Slightly different flavor than the Earl Grey Bravo, but it's a really tasty decaf. I mix it with regular 50/50 to get half the caffeine and enjoy it just as much!
Decaf blend of rich black tea, flavored with bergamot (a citrus fruit). A zesty citrus classic.

Slightly different flavor than the Earl Grey Bravo, but it's a really tasty decaf. I mix it with regular 50/50 to get half the caffeine and enjoy it just as much!
I love Earl Grey decaf tea but this is exceptional! The blue cornflower added to it adds something special to it. It is light and relaxing.
Perfect after dinner tea for a guest who loves earl grey and doesn't want the caffeine. Really great tea.
I always grave a cup of Earl Grey with cream and sugar at night, but I know I'll stay awake from the caffeine. This is the perfect solution. Tastes just like the Earl Grey Bravo, but now I can enjoy it at night.
It's exactly what you'd expect, delicious and perfect as a London Fog before bed
This is a nice tea to have after dinner if you need to watch your caffeine. Has a pleasant taste, smooth and not bitter. I can taste the orange in it. Not my most favorite but a tea I would continue to drink.
Love this tea! It's my go-to when I want a London Fog in the evening
Earl Grey is one of my favorites, but my sleep struggles when I drink caffeinated beverages in the evening. Then Decaf Earl Grey comes to the rescue! It tastes just like the Earl Grey you know and love, but has none of the caffeine that tends to keep you up all night. This is definitely one I'll always have on hand.
212 degrees for 3 minutes. Being a decaf, it is milder than its caffeinated brother, but still a good choice for an evening fix of the Earl.
I live this so much I can’t even. I but a pound at a time so I don’t run out. My favorite is this tea with grapefruit Korean tea jelly added in. Mind blowing good
Decent tea, but I’ve had better decaf earl greys.
My all-time favorite tea. I'm caffeine sensitive, but even as a decaf this is the best Earl Grey I've had.
Up until this past year, I 'didn't believe' in decaf teas, unless they were herbal or fruit teas. However, things change as we age and since I'm a 'tea totaller', I enjoy my hot tea into the late evening. I'm a huge Earl Grey fan, so I got brave a few month ago and ordered some samples of this. I'm so pleased! Now I can enjoy my favorite tea without it keeping me up half the night!
My new favorite! tastes just like earl grey but without the caffeine. @adagioteas
This is a solid Earl Grey. I appreciate being able to have it when I need to drink decaf. It s very bright and perky - not sure how else to describe it. Not mellow, but that s pretty perfect for me. I like blending this with other decaf flavors to tone it down slightly. :) @adagioteas
This is my new favorite tea, I drink it every morning and it is decaf. It is a good strong black tea and the best earl grey I have tasted. I even found it to be a little strong so I put only two teaspoons in the infuser for my 32oz mug and it is still plenty strong.
I love earl grey, but I can't always do caffeine. This is a great alternative for when you really want a nice crisp cup of traditional earl grey tea.
Love this blend, very smooth and relaxing. Recommended by my son and I was impressed !
So glad to have a delightful decaf Earl Grey option!
Dry tea smells heavily of bergamot, which makes sense for an earl grey. Once brewed, the resulting cup is a medium dark brown that smells of bergamot. When hot, the bergamot is the predominate flavor. When warm, the bergamot melds nicely with the decaffeinated Ceylon, which adds a nice brightness but isn't bitter. It's difficult to tell that this cup of tea is decaffeinated, which, to me, means that this tea has succeeded. Brewed at 200 for 3 minutes.
Earl Grey Bravo is a real favorite of mine. I love Earl Grey tea and for me Adagio is the only Earl Grey. I was a little hesitant to try the decaf because sometimes flavor is lost in the decaffeinating process. I am happy to say that is not the case here. I have taken to mixing the decaf and the regular Earl Grey Bravo in order to use it up. I will happily order decaf from now on.
And the people who are caffeine sensitive will rise up and bless you.
Most of the time choosing a Decaf version of a tea will result in lack-luster, soulless tea that tastes off and disappointing. It's super hard to find a good decaf. Look no further: I love Earl Grey, and this decaf is the best by far of all the Decaf Earl Grey's I've tried. It's my answer to 8pm wishes for tea.
The perfect way to beat my Earl Grey cravings without the caffeine. Excellent evening treat!
I’ve always loved Earl Grey tea, and this just continues to cement its place in my heart. Just an all-around reliable flavor and tasty tea. Very good!
This tea is exceptional for decaf tea. Very fragrant but not overpowering. Doesn't taste like decaf at all. It doesn't have a weird after-taste like regular decaf teas. Of note, the recipe of the packaging calls for 1 teaspoon per cup, but I like things strong so I use 3 teaspoons per cup. I drink tea like a Brit (learned from my Birt husband)!
I have been ordering this for years. It is always wonderful!
Not a bad cup of tea. I like Earl Grey so it’s nice to have the decaf option. This one just doesn’t quite have the “oomph” that I get and like with the Earl Grey Bravo. Tried with honey and maybe would recommend agave or even brown sugar instead. Already some nice malty and honey flavors from the Ceylon. Also works with a touch of cream. Can get bitter quick so brew at a low temp. Steeped at 195° for 3 mins. 2nd steep for 4 mins May be too weak for most to drink. I added decaf vanilla to second steep for a nice cup of tea.
A nice Earl Grey and I like that it's decaf. Not my favorite Earl Grey but still very good.
I wouldn't guess that this was decaf, and it is a decent Earl Grey; however, I do find it a bit floral which throws me off a bit. It is not as citrusy or bold as the Bravo, but If I were concerned with caffeine content this would be a great alternative. Since I'm not, this wouldn't be my first choice. Great option when you are wanting Earl Grey, but not the caffeine. Excellent decaf version of an all-time favorite, with no compromise in flavor.
Loved the energy without the jitters from caffeine! The taste of citrus was delicate and well blended in this earl grey tea. Highly recommend!
A well done Earl Grey decaf. It didn't really lose much flavor in the decaffeination process.
When you want a nice cup of tea without the caffeine this is a good one! 👍🏻
A delicious Earl Grey tea that I can have in the evening and still get to sleep!?! I think I'm in luv.
Same rich taste with a dry, slightly sweet finish as Earl Grey Bravo. It can be enjoyed by the caffeine sensitive without concern.
One of my favorites Earls. It’s so nice to have a delicious decaf option when I’m craving an EG. There’s no bitterness with this decaf ceylon. Beautifully balanced, great aroma and perfect hot or iced. 190° for 2 minutes.
Ok normally I dunk on decaf teas for being flat, but this was actually really good. Paired with some local honey, and it tasted like a regular earl grey.
I've never met an Earl I didn't like, I love that there's a decaf version.
Excellent earl grey tea! So glad to have a decaffeinated version to sip in evening.
It was good for decaf earl grey, good Job (212 3min).
Well done decaf that you won't know its Decaf. All of the balanced flavor, with reduced caffiene. I made an Afternoon Latte with a little honey. I sampled this tea as part of the CommuniTEA August 2021 box.
Sipping along with the CommuniTEA: Strong bergamot with orange fragrance wafting from dry ingredients and packet. Once steeped for 3 mins at 190°F, mainly honey ceylon notes from my cup. When I take a sip, I enjoy a subtle honey-ed Earl Grey tea with slight astringent black tea notes. The bergamot is present, but not overwhelming and balanced with the tea. I notice very little orange essence. All in all it's a good cup.
Everybody was present in my communiTEA packet. Strong bergamot aromas were noted.
I had 3.13 grams of ingredients, enough for a 12-½ ounce steep. I steep all Ceylon black decaf teas at 200°F. I steeped for three minutes so I wouldn’t overcook the tea, but still allow other flavors to come through.
When hot, moderate bergamot flavors were noted. I added a bit of sugar to try and tame this.
When warm, strong bergamot flavors were noted. Mild orange flavors surfaced. The tea became moderately bitter close to finish.
This was a strong and crisp Earl Grey decaf. If you want a decaf and you love bergamot, this one may be for you. However, it was just too bergamot forward for me. (3 mins @ 200ºF, ¼ tsp sugar)
Like many decaf black teas, I found this one bitter and not as flavorful as the caffeinated version.
A touch floral, but I enjoyed it very much after giving it the London Fog treatment. Delicate, refined, and so relaxing. It's nice to enjoy an EG without worrying about timing it for caffeine purposes.
Lifelong EG fan here, and this tea is fantastic. I've always loved Adagio's version of EG better than any other, and the decaf version provides a worthy alternative to their caffeine version.
I just don’t care for Earl Grey tea. It always tastes like perfume to me not matter what else has been added. It’s nice for those who like Earl Grey to have a decaf version.
An astonishingly smooth, gentle and floral earl grey blend that nearly glides down your throat. I take mine with sweet cream, and it's exceptionally good.
Me and the Earl love to fight. I find him so aggressive. Usually we can get along when he's in a blend. He can surprise me by peeking out a bit, then hiding again. He's a little trickster that way. But when it comes to full on Earl, out in the spotlight, hogging the show, I just don't enjoy him. For me, this blend is too heavy on the bergamot but I'm sure Earl lovers will enjoy it. I'm always looking for a good decaf but alas, some relationships are not meant to be. Happy Sipping!
I usually like Earl Grey tea, but this one was too bergamot-dominant for me, and the black tea flavors were too subdued.
