I have never really like any decaf tea, but I needed to lower my caffeine intake, so I tried it. Well, I was pleasantly surprised to find this is a tea I can enjoy!

This hits the spot when I am wanting a nice warm cup of tea, but it's a bit late in the evening for my other go-to flavors. It tastes good and I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything.
A wonderful ceylon and I love that it is decaf. I was looking for a non-flavored decaf for brewing kombucha. After brewing the leaves once for the kombucha, I brew a second time and pop it in the fridge to drink cold. It is a great iced tea!

I really like iced tea for dinner, but can't do regular if I'm going to sleep. This is a really nice decaf tea and makes a lovely glass iced. I also like this tea because my mother says she doesn't like decaf tea but with this, she can't tell the difference. :-)
I started buying this for my mother-in-law who has a medical condition that makes it hard for her to drink her beloved tea, due to the acidity of most other teas and the fact that she can't have caffeine. I purchased this for her to TRY and it wound up being very palatable and smooth for her to drink...AND...no caffeine. I now have ordered the 16 oz size several times for her. Tea is one of her simple pleasures in life and now she can continue to enjoy it due to this Adagio tea, thank you Adagio for your offering of this fine tea!
The decaf Ceylon is just okay, not my favorite decaf but there aren't many decaf teas that I really like so I might not be the best judge for this one.
A delightful decaf blend. I enjoy it at nighttime. Very relaxing, and the scent is also comforting in its aroma.

Generally decaffeinated teas lack taste and body. However, this tea had both and was as good or better than many regular caffeinated black teas I have had.
This tea is almost completely tasteless, and I generally like to brew my black teas on the weak side. You can add boiling water to a normal amount in the pot or cup, and leave it for 15 minutes and it still has no taste. I finally got a little taste out of a TABLESPOON of tea in about 8 oz of boiling water, steeped for 10 minutes. This is the first bad tea I've ever bought from Adagio, but boy is it useless.
Needed decaf because of pregnancy and it still taste great. I use it to make Hong Kong tea.
I'm enjoying this decaf which started our as my afternoon decaf launch and is my go to black tea in the AM. Nice flavor and fragrance.

I prepare all my tea in a 12-cup automatic coffee maker, that is only used tor brewing tea. To brew 12 cups I fill the pot with cold water and put two measuring spoons of tea into the basket. I hit the on button, the water seeps through the tea leaves in the basket, and the tea if perfect in a few minutes.
For very large leaf tea (like Jasmin Pearl) I use three measuring spoons of tea.
Great basic tea. It's my favorite Adagio tea. Goes with just about any food.
I cannot handle a lot of caffeine so I drink this regularly. It comes close to the full bodied taste of a 'regular' or non-decaf ceylon which I appreciate. I will usually brew it a bit stronger than suggested (add more tea leaves) to give a stronger flavor. I would have a hard time saying any decaf is GREAT (I feel like, similar to coffee, decafs always taste a bit flat and watered down), but this one is good and I drink it often.
It's difficult to find good decaf teas that actually have flavor. This decaf ceylon is an excellent decaf tea!
This is a nice decaf tea, though doesn't seem to have the same depth of flavor as the last Ceylon tea I ordered. Can't say whether it is a matter of the tea or the decaffeination process.Even so, it is a nice addition to my cabinet for times when I would like a cup close to bedtime

My husband drinks this tea's brother...Ceylon Sonata. That one and this one, as well, are by far the best plain black teas available for purchase anywhere. The decaf is just as flavorful as the regular tea and nothing is missing at all. This tea is perfect with milk and sugar or with lemon, or plan, the way I like it. Buy this tea - you will not be disappointed.
This is THE best decaf tea ever...most decafs have no taste at all and this one has the full bodied taste of a lovely regular black tea. Can't live without it!!
A great evening cuppa! Nice, brisk black tea that isn't caffeinated is a win! It's got a nice, citrusy undertone as well.
Ceylon Sonata is one of my favorite everyday teas. When I started cutting back on caffeine, I tried this decaf version to see if it would be an acceptable substitute, and it is! It's fairly strong and tannic but not too bitter and not smoky (I like smoky tea occasionally, but it's the exception rather than the rule for me).
Has a nice flavor. This tea is used as the base for several of the flavored teas - give them a try as well.
I wanted a basic black tea for making homemade chai at night, and this does the trick nicely.
I usually drink decaf flavored teas. This is a great change for myself and I am starting to prefer more than the flavored teas.
I needed a good evening tea, no caffeine for me after 3pm, and this tea went above and beyond my expectations. Steeps to a nice color and has a very pleasant 'full' flavor. It will probably become my favorite nighttime tea.
This tea isn't bad by any means. But it is too basic for me. Too one note and unmemorable - at least as a hot tea. I actually think I would much prefer it iced. But in my never ending quest to find wonderful decaf (non herbal) teas...this won't make my list.
I use a little bit more than with other teas when measuring for brewing - nice mild cup of tea - great any time of day
This is a great plain decaf black tea, but it tasted somewhat different than the non-decaf version. I don't think it's any worse, just not exactly the same.
