This is a great tea to use for Southern style sweet tea, and you can have it before bedtime. It also makes a nice milk tea or lemon iced tea.
Great tea for those of us who don't use Caffeine. Great morning tea! I use it every AM! My daily ritual is Decaf Ceylon and Jasmine Yin Hao with several Jasmine Pearls mixed in. I always use the IngenuiTea to brew my concoction.
This is one of my favorite decaf black teas from Adagio. It's crisp and smooth and goes great with milk and sugar.
So happy to have discovered decaf loose black tea. This has a very nice flavor, and it blends well with a small amount of my other black teas with caffeine. It's a great way to make a delicious cup of full flavored black tea but with just a fraction of the caffeine.

This one works ok I guess. For me it was just a plain black tea with not a ton of depth in flavor profile. Malty flavor was super light and it had a mild astringency. I think it was a little more forgiving of oversteep error than it's caffeinated version though I only had this one sample so that could just be a one time deal. I think this tea finds it's true value in being a decaf base for blending for those who are trying to cut their caffeine consumption. Glad I got to try it, but not a purchase for me as I like other plain black teas significantly more. 3.5 might be a more accurate representation, but half stars aren't a thing. 212° 3 min

A very traditional tasting black tea. I had it with a splash of half and half and just a little monk fruit sweetener, and it was a great addition to my morning. I think this is a good choice for a day when you just want tea. Good tea. I am more of a fan of flavored teas, but I can see myself reaching for this to make a pitcher of iced tea or for an evening when I need something comforting and familair.

I love this tea. I drink it every day and is one of the best black teas I've ever had. Highly recommend it if you love iced tea or hot tea with a premium flavor.
This tea wasn't as flavorful as I had hoped for, even in a decaf version. I was REALLY missing my decaf Earl Grey and at the time, this was the only decaf option. Perhaps that skewed my taste buds?
Not the best tea. I really wanted to like this but it just isn't as good as what I needed. I had it both hot and cold.
Great decaf option. I love many tea flavors and can only really enjoy them as decaf. Also, I'm in Denver at a mile high - my water doesn't often brew hot enough to get the most out of a black tea, but I find decaf teas brew to a full body more easily

I have been unable to find a good decaf tea that reserves most of the flavor of a non-decaf, and unfortunately this tea didn’t make the cut either. It is, however, the best decaf tea I’ve tried yet.
Every bit as good as it's caffeinated cousin, which is good for me because my afib keeps me from enjoying as much tea as I would like. With the decaf teas, I can extend my morning well into the afternoon.
I wouldn't even know this is decaf! This ceylon is clean yet rich, and a delightful cup when I'm not in the mood for anything sweet. Add a drop of cream and I'm ready for a weeknight movie curled up on the couch. I've come back for another big ol' bag!
I’m sorry but this was just bad. Whatever they do to remove the caffeine also takes out the best part of the flavor, leaving an unpleasant metallic taste. Cannot recommend.

My review is not about the tea but customer service. I was sent an auto delivery that I never signed up for. Adagio customer service blamed me and 'the computer.' The tea is good and I'll have to buy it here but if there was any other source I wouldn't give Adagio any more business.
A bright lemony scent before brewing, then smooth malt once fully steeped. Ceylon isn't my favorite black tea, but this is very good for what it is, and it's nice to have more decaf options.
I really enjoyed this tea. It’s nice and smooth without any bitterness. It’s good hot or iced and would work great in blends. I would definitely get this one again.
This is a nice decaf tea. Also a good option to keep on hand to offer to people who don’t like flavored or caffeinated teas.

Nice black tea! I add this to a 16 oz cup of caffeinated tea so I don’t get too jittery.
This makes excellent hot and iced tea. This is staying on my rotation for good!
I make decaf iced tea and this is the perfect foundation
I don't enjoy either Ceylon or Decaf Ceylon on its own-- both are bright but shallow to my tastes & not the teas for me. However, each is useful at different times-- for 'diluting' an overly flavored tea for example. I also enjoy making my own low-caff Irish Breakfast by combining Decaf with some Assam Melody. I will keep both on hand for pop-up blending needs.
