Pretty damn good. It's got a lighter taste to it than regular Chai, and the coconut comes through nicely.

I usually dislike lemongrass but this was balanced perfectly. The lemongrass is there but not overpowering the other spices. Light coconut flavor and delicious iced.
I want to love this chai but it's less chai and more...something else. If I was rating this on a well-rounded tea, I would give it 5 stars. However, as a Chai, I was expecting something else. The ginger and coconut, are fantastic with the lemongrass. I've tried it with sugar and honey and sugar was the winner as honey was too strong for the delicate flavors. Adding cream or milk was also too much for the tea as well.
The selling point for this tea is that despite its delicate taste, it remains consistent for a second steep. The second selling point is that it's so well balanced that nothing is overpowering.
Smells like my favorite hole in the wall thai restaurant in a cup. I was in love with this tea before I tasted it. After I was ready to set up a small shrine to it. Chai and I are very hit and miss, but this one knocks it out of the ballpark with the thai coconut curry aromatics and flavor. Wow!
Exactly what you would expect. 10/10 would recommend. Honestly, it really reminds me of the holidays, so I am happy
One of my favorite teas! I enjoy this tea both hot and iced. My favorite way to enjoy it is with a splash of cream or coconut milk.

Strong coconut flavor, followed by tea and spices. Pronounced cinnamon flavor. Brewed at 212 for 5 minutes with half and half and splenda.
I'm only giving it four stars because it's tasty, but it feels a little too light for chai. I enjoy it but wish for more.

This is yummy as-is, but if you want a real treat? Mix in some hot cocoa! I liked it enough to build my own version, without the chai spices.

This is not bad. I even overstepped a cup and it still wasn't bitter. I like that it doesn't need honey or cream. It also use a delicate hand when adding honey or cream, as the flavors are subtle.

I tasted this chai tea in a sampler when I first found this website. I'll be honest, when I first tried it, I needed to sit with it, let it roll around on my taste buds and in my mind. But I was hooked! This is one of my favorites! I love the blend of flavors, so inviting and surprising! This tea doesn't need any help at all, no sweeteners, maybe a splash of coconut cream, that's it!
I had a coworker walking the other direction who caught a whiff of my tea and stopped to ask what it was. He thought it smelled fantastic so I offered him some to try. This tea helps bring new friends together at the office.

Probably the best chai I've ever had. It's refreshing when chilled and makes a great mixer, too. I think it's also the most creative take on a chai blend! It's not overly strong, but the flavors shine. The cardamon does the most lifting.
I was not sure about this chai variation when I ordered it. I'm glad I did! It has just the right mix of sweet and spicy. With the tropical notes, it's also perfect for summer!

I love chai teas but this is by far one of my favorite teas, I love the coconut notes which I think gives it that hint of sweetness. The way I drink this is I steep it as normal and then add about 1/2 cup of coffee with one tablespoon of heavy whipping cream and splash of honey as I really don't care for sugar; OMG it's heaven in a cup. It's my version of a dirty chai and my go to for a quick pick me up.

This is perhaps my fave tea ever. If I could give it 10 stars I would. I’m so glad I finally got a big bag this time. Even better, I discovered it makes a pretty kickin southern sweet tea if I use the twice steeped leaves for a final cool steep overnight in the fridge! It’s the tea that just keeps giving!!

At some point, I think they blend these teas for the sake of novelty rather than answering a question to meet a desire. If someone made this tea for me, I'd drink it and be fine with it, but I would never request (or purchase again) this tea. It's not the most aromatic, which you typically would expect from a Chai. The flavor matches, having a lack of particularly strong notes, initially. Then, you get the spiciness of the ginger on the backend, and that's really all you have--the taste of ginger lingering in your mouth. If you have some general schema for the profile of a Chai, this likely won't match. You probably won't hate it, but you probably would be fine never having tried it.
