A nice tea but there are definitely other Adagio chais that I like more. The spice isn't as strong in this one, which may be a good thing for some people.
Timeless duo of apples and spice. Juicy and pleasantly sweet, like warm applesauce, with a clean, refreshing texture.

A nice tea but there are definitely other Adagio chais that I like more. The spice isn't as strong in this one, which may be a good thing for some people.
So good during the fall. Great spice and apple combo. A new favorite!!! @adagioteas
The apple flavor is subtle but gives a really great note to this hearty, spicy chai.
This tea has just the flavor I was looking for without tasting artificial.
I was a bit disapointed in the flavor of this tea. It really is just. Black chai, with barely a hint of apple. I have had better spiced apple teas.
Lovely fall flavors goes great with cider mill doughnuts
This chai has a very fall, cider-y flavor. I'm going to try it with a splash of milk next time.
Love the spices combined with the hint of apple. I like it strong in the mornings.
I really was wishing for a stronger apple flavor.
Love this tea, it has a very fall taste reminiscent of apple cider
This is fall in a cup! his is so utterly delicious and brings the best flavors together!! its such a treat with cream and honey!!! A new favorite!!!
I really enjoy mixing this one with the caramel and cinnamon teas. Tastes like caramel apple pie. It's also delicious on its own, like fall in a cup.
I love this tea! I want it all day long. I put a drop of honey and a splash of half and half and it is happiness in a cup!
An autumnal twist on a chai tea with a little sweetness from the apple. The strongest spice note is cinnamon and there is a nice apple cider scent to the tea. Like others, I found it sweeter tasting when cooled. I prefer this slightly over steeped and a little cooler than some other hot teas. My husband isn't much of a tea drinker, but he also liked this blend.
This is a very mellow take on Apple Chai that I really enjoy.
My family was hoping for more sweetness from the apples, but the chai spices overwhelmed the apple notes. I suspect adding a bit of sugar or honey would help balance it out. @adagioteas
So wanted this to be a great tea, but it tasted awful! definately will no be getting this tea again!!
This tea smells like autumn (it smells like those cinnamon-scented pine cone decorations you'd find in a craft store). The mix of spice gives it a nice kick. My only complaint (and the reason why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5) is that I can barely taste the apple flavour underneath the cinnamon and spices. I really wish the apple flavour came through better.
I really wanted to be a fan of this one, but it just fell flat for me. I found that the spices in this one really overpowered the apple and just didn't make for a pleasant cup.
I've had negative reactions to a lot of Adagio's chais, where the spices end up becoming acrid and unpleasant, even brewed for shorter time. This one was better than most, with the sweetness of the apple providing a balance to the acrid notes. Still, on its own it's underwhelming; I think it would contrast well with the candy apple or the cranberry to provide more complex flavor, and almond or hazelnut would be a good match as well
This is very tasty, and I cannot prove it, but I swear that this tea made me feel better every time I drank it while sick. If you want to really go wild, I suggest mixing this with caramel tea.
It wasn't bad but I found that the overall flavor of the tea left something to be desired. I wouldn't order this tea again but it's not so bad that I wouldn't drink it again.
It was a nice flavor! But my favorite is the honey bush banana nut!
OMG! I love this tea! I purchased the 'Iced tea' version first. Went to reorder and it was gone. So, I grabbed the loose leaf version here. Just as good, it satisfied my craving. Not a whole lot of apple comes through, but it's there, like the aroma of a nicely spiced apple pie. I fill up a tea bag or 2 depending on the size of pitcher I'm using, also added some Allulose to sweeten it up just a bit. Then I add enough 212 degree water to just cover the tea bag, letting it steep about 5 minutes then fill the rest of the pitcher with cold water and place it in the fridge overnight. I usually leave the teabag in the pitcher until it's time to remake. YUM!
I haven't met a chai from Adagio that I haven't loved yet. This is no exception. Perfect tea for fall.
This is pretty much exactly what you'd expect. It's warm and a little sweet, with some autumnal spices. I like to pair with a little bit of sugar and some almond milk. The apple flavor is distinguishable, but not overpowering. I will be ordering this again.
Spiced apple chai embodies the flavor of fall in a single serving. Great hot or iced.
This will be great in front of a winter fire, but I love it all the time.
Love the aroma. It is quite delicious, but, can be a little strong.
I’m not usually a fan of overly sweet chais, but I found this one extremely enjoyable. The spice in the drink is extremely evident, while the taste of apple makes itself present in the undertones. Though you can certainly add sugar and milk and still find the drink enjoyable, I have found this drink to be best without all the extras.
This tea has a lot of cinnamon, I found that the taste of the apple was a little overpowered by the spices. However, the spices in the tea are fantastic together and it is a lovely fall tea.
Good nice warm herbal perfect for cold weather. Very much recommend.
This delicious Chai tea is like drinking a mug full of comfort, with a flavor reminiscent of hot spiced apple cider.
This will be my fall black staple I bet. In the summer, it's a nice treat, but from September to January I expect to go through plenty of this lovely tea. While hot, it's reminiscent of pie straight from the oven. Once it's cooled off some, it's move like orchard cider. Either way, it's a treat
Possibly one of my favorite teas by Adagio! I recommend adding a little hazelnut or caramel black tea to this for a very autumnal cup.
This tea is okay for what it is, but it just tastes like all other chai teas to me.
Looks like I have a new favorite tea. This tastes just like apple pie, it is delicious and addicting!
The spice was a bit much for me personally. Flavor wise, it was great! Tasted almost like apple pie filling. The cinnamon kick at the end of each sip is extremely strong and it hurt my throat.
This is kind of like drinking apple pie, which is nothing but great.
I love chai tea and I love fall so this is a perfect combination! It's definitely strong so I wouldn't let it steep for more than five minutes. I like to add a bit of milk or creamer to mine!
I received this in the advent calendar and loved it. It’s like dessert in a cup after adding cream and sugar.
The Spiced Apple Chai was a little too apple heavy for my liking, but I still enjoyed the taste of this tea.
212 degrees for 5 minutes. Black tea with strong spiced apple scent, like a cider packet, and also ginger to rally on a winter night.
The apple came through very well in this one and I greatly enjoyed the complexity of the spices
Great tasting tea would purchase again. I highly recommend this tea for your enjoyment.
I could barely taste the 'spiced' part of this one; if I hadn't known what it was supposed to be, I would've thought it was a plain apple tea. I was hoping for something close to apple cider. (I did get the sample size, so maybe mine just had a lot of apple pieces?)
The tea has a wonderful smell when dry and retains some of the smell when brewed. It is best to drink this tea while hot because the spices - especially the cinnamon and cloves - and the citrus really take charge then. As the tea cools the flavor grows less intense. I really enjoyed this blend.
It was amazing to have in addition to my cold brew and cold foam. Even by itself I could taste the apple.
A favored tea of many family members. The apple and spice makes it a perfect autumn/winter tea.
Mildly apple-and-cinnamon tasting, having used 1-1/2 tsp. with 212 degree water. I found that the apple taste is quite subtle. Overall, the taste was a bit too delicate, though, the slightly longer steep than recommended bought out a bit of assertiveness in the tea.
