Nice spicy tea
I am sure that I will order again.

★★★★★

A pretty standard chai blend, but I'm happy to have this in loose leaf instead of bagged. I need to order more.

★★★★★

I love this spiced chai - it's definitely one of the best I've ever had. The spices are really well balanced without being either too weak or too strong.

★★★★☆

This is one of my all time favorite Adagio offerings. Although I think it could use a little bit more spice (I like the tip of my tongue to go numb when drinking chai), this tea is so warming and flavorful it should be a staple in any tea lovers collection!

★★★★★

I love this tea, even without milk or sugar. Very tasty and spiced.

★★★★★

Very tasty. Much better than a powdered mix I had elsewhere. Sweetened with a bit of turbinado and added some milk, and I'm good to go.

★★★★★

Great chai that can be brewed at home easily and much cheaper than the concentrated mixes we were purchansing before. Seeing whole cloves is very reassuring that this is amazing quality which gives the chai it's amazing fresh flavor.

★★★★☆

Tastes horrible in water but AMAZING in milk. I always order a tin of this tea for days I want a Tea Latte. Only good with milk though.

★★★★☆

Pretty good- i was disappointed though- they were out of thai chai, and i really wanted to try that one.

★★★★☆

This is good, but not exactly what I was expecting. I was hoping for a bit more of an east asian flavor. This is a bit too Christmasy, but still nice.

★★★★★

I agree that this is the best chai tea. I enjoyed the cinnamon flavor.

★★★★★

This tea is fantastic; a teaspoon lasts for at least 3-4 infusions, and that's because I like my tea strong. It is a warm, lightly spiced tea. I am a big cinnamon fan, so I usually add an extra stick of cinnamon for my own benefit.

★★★★★

Excellent spicy tea, the whole cloves really make it for me. Add one creamer and I'm in bliss. My only regret is that it is caffeinated and therefore only and occasional treat.

★★★★☆

Not the very best masala I've had, but it's still good in its own right and the price is just right for my budget.

★★★★★

We often get soy chais from coffee shops and they aren't cheap. We decided to give making our own a try and we can really customize it to our taste. My partner is over the moon. We brew it in a ban right in the soy milk and add plenty of honey. Strain and enjoy. So good.

I do not like chai and I'm really not sure why I ordered this other than I'm always up for something new. Well, I realized that I still really don't like chai. I gave it to my friend who loves spiced teas and she raves about this one, so it's really all based on preference.

★★★★☆

Someone pinch me because I think I've died and gone to heaven drinking this tea. I love drinking Chai at Indian Restaurants and they always include sugar and milk. I rarely put milk, creamer or sugar in my tea but after tasting this Masala Chai straight up I knew that it needed something. After adding some generic non-dairy creamer and some PureVia stevia sweetener I began fading into tea bliss. It makes me wonder how much better it would be with actual milk instead of this non-dairy creamer.

I'm rating this one pretty high for its great flavors after being 'doctored up' with cream and sugar. If I would have to rate this tea without the sweeteners, it wouldn't be as high as it is now.

Method: 1.5tsps for 12oz cup, 5 minutes @ 212°. Added stevia sweetener and non-dairy creamer.

Time for another cup!

Good flavor, er on the side of more, makes a great chai tea latte.

★★★★★

Still my favorite chai, very strong spices. Not good when made neat, it's strength comes out when boiled with milk and sugar. Then it's fabulous!

★★★★★

I love Chai`s and this one is delicious! I enjoy it in the afternoons with a little milk and some sugar crystals.

★★★★★

I love this one. It was my first cup and it is always a safe bet. I mix it with a little peppermint and curl up with a good book at night.

★★★★☆

Very spiced and warm-tasting. The ginger doesn't overpower, yet can still be clearly detected. Best with cream and sugar.

★★★★★

This is probably what most people would think of when they ask for chai tea. Good basic spicy flavor without any of the additions.

★★★☆☆

I tried steeping it in milk. I didn't really care for the taste. It smells wonderful though. Maybe it just isn't for me.

★★★★★

The spices in this tea are wonderful, it's great with a little milk and honey.

★★★★☆

This is a good masala chai. If you find that your masala chai is tasting water-y, prepare it on the stove. It makes a world of difference.

★★★★★

This tea is amazing if you boil it in milk for at least 15 mins though longer is better, just remember to add sugar to counter the bitterness from the long steep time.

I thought it tasted like cinnamon candy rather than a product made of fresh and traditional spices (whether it truly is or not). I may not finish my sample-sized container.

★★★★★

Very traditional chai flavor - spicy and warm. Great steeped in milk, doesn't need a lot of added sugar.

★★★★★

best for breakfast with teaspoon of milk and a bit of honey

★★★★☆

This is a very fragrant and delicious tea. The blend of spices is fantastic, I taste mostly the cardamom and ginger but then at the end of it is the cinnamon. I am not enjoying it cooler, I think hotter was better, but maybe a cold brew or sugar?

★★★★★

The right balance of spice for a chai tea in my opinion. Would be great with milk and sugar, or brewed in milk.

★★★★★

Great but very spicy - sometimes causes acid reflux, esp. on an empty stomach.

★★★★☆

Nice flavor to it. Best enjoyed very strongly brewed with milk to "dilute" it.

★★★★★

My absolute favorite tea on Adagio. It smells so amazing that I'm almost happy just opening the container and smelling the unbrewed mix. The tea itself is spicy and delicious and has a great blend of flavors.

Nice flavor with a bit of spice. if you like a good cha latte you will like this.

★★★★☆

This tea tasted very good. Not too spicey. Good for a cold winters day.

★★★★☆

This was a good chai. Very spicey. It wasn't my favorite chai ever but I would order it again.

★★★★★

I love this tea. I drink it with milk and agave nectar which beats any store bought chai mix. It's also good just black.

★★★★☆

This is a great blend. A balanced amount of spices that makes this tea better than any other "chai" I've had from so many coffee shops or tea houses. I would recommend to anybody.

★★★★★

My new favorite! I love, love, love this spicy tea! I just thought I had tasted chai until I discovered this beauty!

★★★★★

LOVE IT must have as a staple as this is the perfect blending of traditional chai spices with great black tea. I highly recommend this especially if you are making traditional sweetened chai with hot milk.

★★★★★

We enjoyed this very much. The spices are blended to perfection. Enjoyed it with a little milk.

★★★★☆

Very nice chai. My only complaint is that the flavor is very mild at the recommended time & temp - next time I'll steep longer.

5 min steep · 212°F

★★★★☆

this is good. but i really would have liked less clove and more cinnamon. then it would really be good. add some sugar/honey and whole milk

★★★★★

Although chai means tea, most of us have a fairly specific idea of what "chai" tastes like, and this matches it perfectly. I gift this flavor a lot, as it is insanely popular amongst my friends. Perfect with some honey and milk/soymilk.

★★★★☆

I've tried masala chai from a number of places and this is by far one of the better ones I've enjoyed.

★★★★★

A more classic chai, in my opinion. Great aroma and flavor.

I didn't really know what to expect as I'm a tea noob, but the tea was very good and I look forward to my next cup.

★★★★★

Loved this one! I tried it for the first time this morning and had to have a second cup immediately!
