The way this tea tingles on your tongue is just awesome. I add a bit of stevia and some cream to mine. Mind blown.
'Masala' means 'blend of spices' and 'chai' is simply 'tea.' Inviting fragrance, invigorating flavor, warm finish.

Spicy and strong. It's a tea to be tasted with milk, either brewed straight in or mixed into the water. Good either iced or hot.
When I drank it as a normal cup of hot tea the spice was a little strong, but then I made an iced chai tea latte with it, and ohhh so good. I finished off the sample and have ordered more. Great chilled drink for summer!
Wonderful spiced tea - not bitter at all, very enjoyable. Makes an awesome spiced apple cider when mixed with some apple juice, a little bit of caramel sauce and some cinnamon syrup.
A really delicious tea. I'm really grab I grabbed it!
One of the best chai teas. I love the mix of flavors with the mix of tea.
Took others' advice and brewed with a little almond milk - I will never spend another dime on a chai latte at a coffee house. Delicious!
I absolutely adored this tea. The spices were strong and wonderful, especially the cloves.
Absolutely amazing! Great for coffee drinkers like me who enjoy robust flavors.
I LOVE this tea! I had it in the store, meant to be served hot! It has such a nice aroma and a wonderful taste to it. I add a bit of cream to it personally, but tastes great without it! Just bought more of this today, I absolutely am in love with it :)
My favorite go-to tea. Perfect with a ton of sugar and milk, strong and hot. Let it steep for a good long tome, and heat it back up if it cools off (although iced is good, too!)
This is simple tasting, traditional chai tea. Alone, it's a bit too generic tasting, but makes an excellent ingredient in a blend.
Great Tea! I tried this for the first time and loved it.
This is a good choice.
Personally, I find this one to be a bit weak. It has a lovely aroma, but its flavor when brewed leaves a bit to be desired.
Up until now I've not been a fan of chai
Our new favorite evening tea! I can't get away with making just one glass in my house. I followed another customer's suggestion and brew with these instructions: Blend one part whole milk, one part filtered water in the appropriately sized pot. Add (stir in) 2 heaping teaspoons tea (per liquid cup). SLOWLY bring the mix to a steady (just shy of rolling) boil. Transfer to your ingenuiTEA (or similar). Let sit (brew) for 6 to 8 minutes. Strain and sweeten with a good quality honey.
This tea is fantastic! The cinnamon really shines through in this tea, and it's the perfect blend of spices. I didn't read the other reviews before ordering, and I didn't think to brew it in milk, but I'm definitely going to try that next time, because it sounds heavenly!
I prefer chais that are spicier than this, but this one still had some nice spice to it and was definitely better than some other spice chais I have tried. A decent starting point.
Very strongly, richly flavorful. Reminds me of gingerbread and molasses. Spiced just right and ready for a hot steamy cup of chai.
So spicy and delicious! I got it as a free sample, and will definitely be buying more in the future. I't even delicious black!
A great basic chai. I wish it had black pepper in it, but the ginger seems to lend enough spiciness without being too overpowering.
I enjoy spicy teas and this I judge to be the best of chais I've ever had. I believe cardamom and ginger are the highlights of this tea's components. My son is picky about drinks and he gulped his cup quickly.
Not the best chai that I've ever had, though it was certainly drinkable. Smell was typical of a masala chai and flavor was very typical. Nothing special. Won't be buying again.
Very yummy, a nice spice blend. I will be buying more of this!
This, is just amazing. brewed it in a pot with vanilla and milk and honey added, and I was in heaven at first sip. it's rather spicy, but blends well with any sweetness added. And the aroma is very lovely.
Open up the bag, and YUM - smells like you dove into the spice cabinet. Very strong and very inviting. Brewed up, it gets bitter quickly, so be careful. Milk and sugar helped me (I put it in all of my black teas, though) and that underlying spicy bite was just enough to cut through the soothing nature of the milk. Definitely a tasty cup, though I don't think straight chais are my hat...I'm sure this would make a lovely latte or core for a concentrate, though, too!
Best chai I've tried that didn't come from a famous coffee shop (or concentrate). I got a sample originally and am back for more. Add a splash of almond milk and some sugar crystals or leave it plain--it's perfect either way.
This was fantastic. I will be ordering again. Perfect amount of spice, and great at all times of the day.
I was looking for a traditional cup of chai tea, and masala is incredible. Rich in favor and intoxicating to smell, masala chai is great when you're in the mood for tea that is complex yet soothing to the senses.
Followed the directions of an earlier review here - water plus milk plus mix boiled then steeped then served with a little honey. Fantastic.
My favorite chai out of all the different kinds I've tried. Delicious on its own, decadent with cream and honey, even more decadent if brewed with hot milk. Just a hunt of smokiness behind the spice and sweetness - everything I ask for in a cup of chai.
Yep. Starbucks ain't got nothin' on this. This... this is the real deal. Milk, honey, you're set. No more to it than that.
This chai was good and had a wonderful flavor. The spice was very apparent.
I like to have chai with light cream and sugar. I enjoyed this tea but not at the suggested serving size of 2 tsps per cup for 7-10 minutes. At that qty and steeping time, I find that I have to add too much sugar because it becomes bitter. I did a comparison with this and the thai chai, and this comes in a distant second.
This is my go-to chai. I am pretty sure I go through it faster than anything else. I am a fan of the sweet cinnamon and cloves - awesome for winter.
Excellent flavors in this chai. Add honey and milk to taste.
This tea is spicy and fun to drink. It goes great with milk or cream, or just as it is. I sometimes mix a little bit of cinnamon for an added kick-but totally not needed.
Definitely carries me through the day when I need a tiny bit of something wild going on.
I really appreciate the spiciness of this tea. The flavors are very relaxing to me. Great taste.
Chai tea with a kick. If you like a good strong spice flavor, you'll love this one. I personally prefer it with milk and sweetener.
I dont really like strongly spiced tea, but my wife does so she likes this one. Very strong if brewed over 5 minutes, and a very 'punchy' taste.
This tea is absolutely delicious! I ordered it for my boyfriend, but ended up drinking a couple cups as well. It smells and tastes delicious, especially with a bit of cream added- though it works well without cream too.
Let me start off by saying I'm not a huge Chai drinker, but this tea hit the spot. It definitely tastes better with some milk and sugar added.
We usually make masala chai from scratch and add our own spices. This tea is just like homemade. Rich in cloves and flavor. Great with 1:3 parts milk and 1 tsp honey added. Can be steeped longer than 5 minutes with little issue.
Delicious! Spicy and rich flavor that isn't overpowering. This is probably my favorite chai of the bunch--not to mention my favorite of all the chai teas I've tried over the years. Really something special.
Received this today in the mail and made the traditional stovetop chai. 3 tsp chai, 2 tsp rock sugar, 16 oz skim milk. Absolutely everything a chai needs to be. Clove-y, cinnamon, but also spicy. I like most chai but my favorites are ones that tend to be spicier. This is totally my #1 chai!
This tea is just like the chai you get at an Indian restaurant. I put a little milk in it. YUM!
Best chai I've ever had, with the perfect balance of spices. Perfect for breakfast and any time of day. Great with milk and honey, I wouldn't drink it without it. Way better than the chai 'syrup' they use at cafes!
Little cream, little honey, and this is dessert! Multiple infusions enhance the nuances of this tea. Its a pleasant journey.
Love this one. I'm a big chai fan, and this has a great blend of flavors.
Too much ginger, not enough tea. Turned bitter very quickly. It probably might be better boiled in milk.
