It's alright.I mean it's just not my taste buds liking but if you like chai you should give it a try.
'Masala' means 'blend of spices' and 'chai' is simply 'tea.' Inviting fragrance, invigorating flavor, warm finish.

Will always keep this traditional chai in my cupboard. Perfectly spicy without making your eyes water.
I am not a big fan of ginger, so this isn't my favorite chai. But it works really great in blends.
I added just a bit of sweetener and almond milk
Flavorful
This is one of my favorite anytime tea. It is great by itself or with a small amount of milk.
so good. my husband who isn't really a tea drinker even loves it. i'm gonna have to hide it from him.
A really good Chai but not as spicy as I usually like it. It's easy to steep well, and you don't have to worry about the taste getting bad if you leave it standing a few extra minutes. I like to add a little milk or even steep it in hot milk for a creamy consistency.
Delicious chai blend. I've used this in a couple signature blends as well. It can really help spice up an otherwise bland blend.
A fantastic chai but I think I might like it a touch spicier. The last post, possibly because it had all the spice that had settled to the bottom of the container, was perfect. I might just have to use more tea than I normally do. Will definitely drink again.
Nice and spicy a great afternoon tea! My wife like to add a little stevia and a few drips of almond milk.
I had high hopes for this blend but after it was brewed, all I could taste were cloves. It might be improved if the other flavors could come through.
A little heavy on the cloves, but with some milk and honey still delicious.
This was a good, strong chai, one of the better ones that I've had. It wasn't overwhelmingly spicy, nor was it too mild, but it was a nice, balanced mix.
Not my favorite Chai tea a little bitter, I will try it with rock sugar next time.
I like this tea, but it is a bit heavy on the cinnamon. I brewed it in a 50/50 milk water mix.
This tea would be awesome in decaf with a slightly higher tea to spice ratio. I won't be buying this again unless Adagio comes out with a decal version.
This is a really lovely blend. I tried it with just water and then again with milk and it was wonderful both ways.
This was a good chai, but I like my chai to be extra strong, and so I had to steep extra for longer to get the spiciness I desired.
not a bad chai blend, but i might add some ginger flavor and cinnamon flavor tea to this blend to make it pop more.
The quintessential chai, spicy, sweet, full of flavor and with the addition of milk and honey an indulgent treat.
This is a good chai. It's definitely up among the ones I like the most. It's spicy and peppery but also a bit heavy on the spice, which could be a downside of the tea if I didn't like spice.
I gave this as a gift. The boyfriend seemed to like it though.
Very spicy and invigorating, you can get definitely taste the bite of the ginger with the cloves in this tea. I suggest using a bit of cream to round off the flavor, that makes for a great rainy day tea.
I absolutely love this chai tea, I was a bit hesitant for a long time to get it. But when I did I fell in love, it's become my favorite chai tea. Its for me lighter then the rooibos chai which I love. I like to add a little bit of vanilla creamer for a great drink.
I love the spiciness of the chai, and then softening the flavor with almond milk.
This is a very good standard chai base, drinkable straight as well as prepared the traditional Indian way.
Has a really good/sweet flavor. Love it in the afternoon.
A little heavy on the clove taste, lighter on the ginger. I would prefer more ginger, cinnamon and black pepper flavor but this is still a very good tea. I'm sure it's more typical of a masala chai than a typical chai.
I was disappointed. I've made my own chai since I got a recipe at an Indian restaurant many years ago. This has way too much clove in it, very unbalanced and harsh on the tongue and nose. And I am a lover of clove, but not this much. On top of that, it was quite bitter. I'll use up this sample by adding it in small amounts to other black tea and adjusting the slice balance. A little will go a long way.
Masala Chai is one of the better chai's Adagio offers, but it doesn't quite match up against a certain Samurai Chai that I really love. For the price, however, it is a great tea.
very nice scent, but the flavor had a somewhat objectionable aftertaste. maybe with cream or milk this would be hidden.
Very spicey and tasty. Best Chai I have ever tasted! This is my new everyday tea!
I bought a sample of this one, and I really enjoyed this tea! The aroma is wonderful and the flavors are just as satisfying as the smell. I highly recommend this tea as a great morning tea, or even an anytime tea. I will definitely be purchasing this one again.
This chai was a little too spicy for our tastes. Definitely recommend carefully watching the infusion time for this one.
This is a good chai. It's a bit sweeter than other chais I'm used to drinking. But it's very nice! I loved how strongly the cloves smelled in the bag - and it was even better when they didn't overpower the rest of the spices! If you're looking for a sweeter chai - one closer to the chai lattes you get at coffeeshops - then this is the one I would recommend!
I love, love this tea! beautiful tea and tastes great~
Mmm, what a lovely chai! I brewed it with milk, perhaps adding a little too much, but the spices still shine through. I didn't even need to add a sweetener. Clearly the sample size isn't going to be enough for me...
edit: Great when mixed with the caramel black tea.
Especially when brewed with milk! It is great mixed with other teas. Readers, be warned! Not a good bedtime tea! It is perky, spicy, savory, and splendid in every way! You won't be disappointed!
Perfectly spiced. I enjoyed it both straight and with a bit of sugar and milk.
This smells amazing! I love the taste too. If you're looking for a great chai tea this is it!
This tea has a nice flavor, but it is a bit weak for our tastes. We have to use several extra spoonfuls for each pot.
This is an excellent chai. It's not as spicy as some that I have tried, but it has a lovely, warm pop to it, and lots of spices. I added a generous amount of honey and milk to this tea.
This is an awesome Chai tea. Just the right amount of spice to make a rich brew of tea
This tea was fantastic! The flavor was strong enough that I could resteep the leaves.
An excellent standard chai. Clove is decidedly the dominant note, with enough of it to numb the tongue slightly. Pleasant enough on its own, but smoother with a bit of sweetener and milk (I use plain, unsweetened almond milk with a touch of honey).
I am exploring different teas and was very surprised at the masala chai tea. It was very pleasant tasting that I enjoyed.
This chai is so good. This chai is so, so good. When I think about masala chai this is the tea that I think of. Perfect with a bit of milk and honey.
One of my favourite Chai teas. I add just a little milk and sugar and it's the perfect tea for a snow day.
Exactly what I think of when I think of properly spiced tea. Steep it an extra couple of minutes for full spice. I love this just as is, with no milk or sugar added.
this is a good chai for lattes. Not crazy about it on it's own though.
This is a nice, spicy tea, but I've found that it's a little weak. It seems to require far too much tea to get a full flavor.
