A decent chai. Strong on the cinnamon and black tea notes, could use a bit more other spice for complexity (more clove and cardamom maybe). Use whole milk to enhance the richness, and give a long steeping time to get more fullness.

I hate to say it, but I’m not a fan. I love a strong Chai and, for me, this is not it. I have made numerous adjustments to my brewing process, but it just hasn’t made a difference for me.
This is my absolute favorite chai. Strong, spicy and makes a fantastic chai latte.
Next to the white chai, this chai is a favorite of mine. It's a wonderful chai to start off with if you've never had chai before!

I got a sample pack of this as a Christmas gift and drank the whole thing within two days. I *had* to reorder. I'm a fan of chai in general, but this is the real deal. It has a strong flavor that's not really weakened by adding milk, and it's not as sweet as some other blends on the site, but it's pretty much perfect for early mornings. Keeps me warm all day!

This tea does a great job of replicating the chai found in many Indian restaurants. I add a heaping tablespoon chai to 1 cup of boiling water and let it simmer for 5 minutes, then add 1 cup of whole milk and simmer an additional 2 minutes. The result almost perfectly replicates my experience with restaurant chai.
We love our chai in our household, this one has made it to the top of the list, they also had sent us a free sample of chocolate chai, that was extraordinary!!!
Not a big fan of flavored teas, but this is delicious.
I make chai lattes with this tea often. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I find it to be too light in cinnamon. I combine it with 'Hot Cinnamon Spice' to get the right balance. Yum!
Confessing that I'm a total chai snob, I am happy to report that Masala Chai is my favorite chai tea! I'm very hard to please, and have been disappointed time after time after trying many varieties of chai teas...for years. So I'm happy to give 2 thumbs up on this chai tea!

The first cup was a little weak, so I added more tea and steeped a little longer then recommended and it was perfect.
This is my go-to tea for my 16 year old son, whom loves all things Chai. He requests a large cup everynight, and would drink it all day on the weekends if I let him! We put a little demerrara sugar in this, with some half and half. I keep this one in stock.

Do you love cloves? This is the tea for you! Unfortunately, I don't. I really wanted to love this but could not.
**A few weeks later, I'm downgrading this to one star because I am not going to finish it. It is just too unbalanced to drink. I still think it may be good for people who have an intense love of cloves, but I'm simmering the rest on my stove to make the house smell like Christmas.

Brewing this in hot milk and adding sugar to taste makes a perfect cup of chai latte. So delicious and flavorful, I never want to go back to bagged tea again!

Initially, I received a sample of this tea... I tried it and loved it! However, upon ordering and trying the 16oz bag I received it only tastes about 25% like the delicious sample :(
The initial sample is what prompted me to order for the first time from this company. Also, they were very helpful in replacing a broken item I purchased from a different company. Sadly, I doubt I will re-order this one again since the flavor is dramatically different. Perhaps I received a bad lot.

This is the best Masala Chai since Teavana discontinued theirs. I haven’t been able to find a replacement with a spicy, deep flavor and pure aroma since then but this is it and if I recall correctly this one is superior to Teavana’s formulation. Of course, it’s also a much better value. I don’t like my usual chai too sweet or too peppery and most these days are one or the other (if not both). Excellent chai.

I love this chai, it's everything you want. Spicy and perfect for winter. It's wonderful on it's own, but add a little milk and your sweetener of choice for a treat.
