How to make the perfect cup of chai: steep two rounded tablespoons (yes, TABLESPOONS) of Adagio Masala Chai in 12 ounces of water for about 12 minutes (it sounds crazy but a long steep allows the spices to come through and the milk and sugar cuts the bitterness completely). You'll end up with about 10 ounces of concentrated tea. Add 10 ounces of steamed or microwaved 2 percent milk and a tablespoon of sugar. If steamed, the volume of the milk means this will fill a 24 ounce mug to the top. I usually don't add sugar to tea, but this just doesn't taste right to me without it. If you make it this way, it will taste way better than that chai you're paying 5 bucks for down the street. :)

A good chai tea, although nothing too fantastic. Once I finish this bag I might try the other chai tea on adagio to see if it's any better. That being said, it is a solid black tea when I need one.

This is my favorite Chai. When steeped correctly it has a complex, sweet, and earthy flavor. If steeped longer the cloves take over.

For some reason, this chai isn't for me. It's a pretty basic tea with plenty of flavors, but I didn't love it.
This chai is perfect! I cold brew it overnight to have it iced literally every day. The spices are very well balanced without being too spicy.

beautiful, spicy, well-rounded chai. I like this either with honey and/or milk OR just plain as it is. The tea itself is lovely and the ginger and spices add a nice sweetness to it on its own.

I really love this tea. I had a sample a while back and fell in love with it, and so bought a bag of it with this last tea order for my birthday. Still amazing, and I still find it to be a wonderful, spice-filled tea. Excellent with cream and it doesn't even need any sugar with it, though that is always nice.
