I received a sample of this Chai and absolutely loved it. It's flavoring was rich and complex with good balance between the different flavors- without overpowering the mellow experience. I was excited to purchase more, but found the second batch to have a much sharper, stronger taste of some of the flavorings and not enough of the others to balance it out. I varied the steeping times on subsequent cups but couldn't get the symphony of flavors on the same page of the music. The blending of so many strong flavors is critical in a cup like this and while I loved the first batch, the second batch now has me gun shy on purchasing a third time...

I was skeptical before trying this, as I mix and brew my own chai tea at home, and have never been happy with commercial mixes. I have to say this is delicious, a nice balance of bold flavors not overpowered by the black tea.

Yummy! Love it with cream and sugar! This might be a new favorite!

This is one of my favorite teas. With some sugar and milk, it s amazing. I mixed it with a vanilla tea for some added fun and that was excellent, too.

First purchase, I bought a variety of samples but bought this Masala Chai in the bags, figuring it was going to be a great tea and it is Perfect for a quick drop in the cup. Perfect flavor and aroma!

I don't know if I'll order again, as it seems like a rather plain chai compared to the others I've tried, but it was one of the better 'plain' chais I've had.

I really like the combination of spices in this tea. Very yummy.

My absolute favorite chai. It’s not bitter at all, like chai can be- a must buy.

I love Chai, and this classic one is the perfect blend of spices. It is a very enjoyable tea.

Masala Chai literally nursed me back to life while being sick over the past few weeks. I just add a tablespoon of honey and I’m set. One of my favourite teas for sure!

Masala Chai never fails to disappoint. This tea has great lasting power and each cup always tastes good, no matter the season or the time of day.

I found the cardamom to be a bit overbearing, but overall it was a pretty good tea

Not enough spice for me, but nice black tea though

I purchased this for my brother in law and he didn't like it at all. I didn't try it myself, so I'm giving it three stars, but he was not impressed.

The perfect tea if you want strong flavors and you enjoy the spices typically used in chai teas.

I find this to be intensely aromatic and not too overpoweringly spicy, delicious black but also excellent in a latte (I tested mine with soy milk). Will very likely buy this again.

This tea has a bitter aftertaste. Even adding honey and brewing it less than the recommended time, the bitterness remained.

Finally bought myself a packet of this after getting some for Christmas from a friend. I like to use it both hot or iced, especially with a splash of cashew milk and some sweetener. :)

I love the flavor or Masala Chai. It has a nice spiced taste that I enjoy after having a meal.

The ultimate comfort tea, just needs a little sugar and milk and its heaven!

This is good, I prefer it with french vanilla cream.

Very solid on it's own, but I purchased it to mix with the samurai mate to replicate an old teavanna tea. That blend is excellent

A very fragrant and good quality chai. Steeped twice and the flavor still came out in the second batch.

I really like this chai, I am not over the moon for it. It has a good spice and a lovely aroma, but the balance of flavors seems off to me.

If you re a lover of warm spices, this Masala Chai is an easy choice for a great cuppa. Fabulous on its own, it s also great when used as a base for blends. I like to add chocolate chai or Raja Oolong Chai (or better yet, both!).

This tea took me by surprise. I’d never had this type of chai, so it’s strong spiced flavors really got my attention. It may not be for everyone, but it’s worth a look!

I could drink this stuff all day every day, perfect blend of strength and spice, plus a bunch of caffeine! XD

Two scoops of this, and 1 of Raja Oolong Chai and 2 of Masala Chai make a good replacement for teavana maharaja chai oolong samurai chai mate

This is a bright and spicy chai that is perfect brewed a little string with creamer.

the flavor is deep, especially when steeped in warm milk. I usually have some warm, then have some iced later. It beats the brand name barristas premix quite handily. The aroma is sensual. I continue to order this tea as a staple to my tea rack and it never fails to please.

I m definitely a chai tea fan, and this was overall a pleasant chai tea! I m still a die hard fan of the chocolate chai Pu-erh, but I would consider buying this one again.

I got this as a baby tester and I needed to ty it out again I loved it so much

I haven't had many chai teas, but as far as I'm concerned this one tastes great. Good for cold nights in winter. Also amazing if you refrigerate it with sugar, and then add the cream to the cup before you drink it.

A good classic masala spiced chai for every day spice lovers.

I had just used up Teavana's Maharaja Chai Oolong & Samurai Chai Mate and found this to be a great alternative. Has a really rich, strong chai flavor and far surpasses the quality of your standard tea bag. Full bodied and complex. Love it!

Usually I love the Marsala Chai as it has lots of cinnamon permeating through the entire cup but this time all I can taste is cloves. I don't even think there's any cinnamon in it. The reason I bought this was because it was the closest thing to Oprah Chai that I could find but now it just doesn't taste good. I will I could have some of the delicious cinnamon chai I received last time.

Delicious flavor! I like this in the morning, a great mix of sweet and spicy.

Used as part to try and recreate teavanas chai chai blend. Mixed it with raja oolong chai and samurai mate. I found this tea to be too overpowering and had an overwhelming black tea flavour. I still use it in my blend but only add a pinch or two of this one and the blend turns out great, much like the teavana one.
