★★★★☆

Earthy taste. Great for an afternoon pick me up.

★★★★★

Very nice chai tea, blended with the samurai matte this makes a fairly close replacement for Teavana's Samurai chai matte

★★★★★

Spicy and delicious. Great with milk and honey. It is a cozy tea

★★★☆☆

Again, not my favorite. I appreciate the whole spices, and the flavor is fine, but I don't think I'll be ordering this again.

★★★★★

A lovely, deep, earthy chai. The flavor does not get diluted or washed out with the addition of sugar and/or creme.

This is my favorite (base) chai tea I have had. It's good just the right level of spice for a cool day. I am especially happy that it does *not* have the strong anise taste many chai teas have. It is an especially good blended tea - I mix this with vanilla, hazelnut, cream, or chocolate fairly frequently with good results. It is a great chai for either spicy or sweet foods - I like it equally well with a spicy curry or a cookie.

★★★★★

My all time favorite chai - lots of flavor, great with cream.

★★★★★

I love chais and this one is by far my favorite!!!

★★★★★

Robust flavor, highly recommended. A very smooth flavor

★★★★★

This is my favorite Chai. The spices are in perfect balance with the tea. It's my go to cup of tea on a rainy day for a quick pick me up.

★★★★★

I love this! Add some sugar and some oat milk and you will have a super tasty drink!

★★★★☆

A well rounded spicy chai. I prefer the Raja Oolong Chai but only because of the cinnamon and ginger content.

Nice and spicy, just the way I like it. Perfect for the winter months, it makes you feel warm and cozy.

★★★★☆

it was good! too strong on the spices level for me! but a great chai for sure!

★★★★★

STRONG and full-bodied chai. Worth buying, some of the best Chai I've ever had. I found that brewing it for a little more than the recommended time made for better results when serving with milk.

★★★★☆

This is good - very spicy! I don't reach for this one too often because the flavor is so intense, but I do enjoy it when I'm in the mood for something really bold!

★★★★☆

The flavor profile of this tea was yummy, but it just wasn't spicy enough for me.

It’s alright. Good breakfast chai tea. Has bready notes

★★★★★

Best chai. We usually make a big pot and the drink it throughout the week. Good hot or iced.

★★★★☆

Very pleasant spicy flavor. Brewed with 2 teaspoons per cup, this is a wonderful Chai. All the flavor you could want, but very smooth, not rough at all. Very nice!!!

This tea smells amazing, but tastes only OK. I like it with a lot of milk to balance out the spices, which I think are a little overly strong (even for chai)

This is not the best chai I've ever had. It's pretty strong, and very caffeinated

★★★★★

This chai has a nice combination of spice and is wonderful with a dash of milk and sugar for fall mornings.

★★★★☆

Good solid chai. Nice and spicy. But I prefer my Indian spice one. Husband loves it

I spent some time in India, where I developed a love for Masala Chai. This is not exactly the same as I had there, but it is pretty close. Ill take it.

★★★★★

Used this to make Chai lattes the other day and they turned out fantastic. A great blend of spices for autumn

One of my favorite chai teas. Excellent spice mix. Perfect for fall and winter.

I REALLY wanted this to be good. I actually tried it a few different ways from the shortest to the longest steeping time. With and without sweetener and milk. When it steeps it *smells* AMAZING. Like I got SUPER excited when I smelled the steam coming from my cup. Then I took a sip-- bland. I was shocked. I let it sit for while to cool down. Still bland. I tried it as many different ways as I could think of. Still bland. It's like a cup of weak black tea and I don't get any of the spice that the aroma speaks to. I'm so disappointed. :(

A good, strong chai with not too much bite. Good as is or as a latte.

★★★★★

While im not one to drink chai teas this was a fairly good tea

I hadn't tried chai before I tried this, but this was a good first experience.

★★★★★

One of my favorite Chai blends! Excellent as is or made into a concentrate for Chai lattes or even iced. Great balance of spices.

★★★★☆

A delicious chai! My yoga instructor makes her own chai... this is 100% comparable. Perfect for fall.

Not bad, actually quite pleasant. I was hoping itd taste similar to the aries tea they have. Unfortunately it doesn't. But it's still not bad. I'd buy again.

With a touch of milk and honey, this makes a Chay latte to rival that big corporate coffee company! Great for fall!

★★★★★

I love this tea and it's why I shop on this Adagio again and again. It's the best tea on this site and if they ever got rid of it (DON'T DO THAT!!) I would have no idea what to do with myself.

Got hooked on chai tea when introduced by a friend. Love the flavor, strong but not overwhelming. Sometimes make it as a latte, yummy.

★★★★★

Very delicious, almost tastes a bit like vanilla coffee to me. I like adding 1/2 tsp of honey or 1 tablespn of almond milk.

Delicious, strong spice flavors. The best chai I've ever had, and my daily drink.

Nice chai flavor. Great with soy milk. Rich favor.

★★★★★

A good chai with all the good ingredients that a good Chai needs to have. Nice and strong enough to wake you in the morning and to keep you going.

★★★★★

Best masala chai mix I've had - great flavor and doesn't require as much sweetener. I make it with milk and a little honey. I drink it exclusively now and will probably just stick to it.

My husband and I go through tons of this stuff. We buy two 16 ounce bags at a time on autoship and get free shipping and 15 percent off each order. He has never been a tea or coffee drinker, but he has been drinking a giant cup of chai from Adagio every morning for over two years now.
How to make the perfect cup of chai: steep two rounded tablespoons (yes, TABLESPOONS) of Adagio Masala Chai in 12 ounces of water for about 12 minutes (it sounds crazy but a long steep allows the spices to come through and the milk and sugar cuts the bitterness completely). You'll end up with about 10 ounces of concentrated tea. Add 10 ounces of steamed or microwaved 2 percent milk and a tablespoon of sugar. If steamed, the volume of the milk means this will fill a 24 ounce mug to the top. I usually don't add sugar to tea, but this just doesn't taste right to me without it. If you make it this way, it will taste way better than that chai you're paying 5 bucks for down the street. :)

My favorite tea to brew on a lazy weekend morning. I add honey and a drop of milk...delicious!

★★★★☆

I enjoy a good cup of chai in the morning. I like this chai tea, but it is not my favorite

A good chai tea, although nothing too fantastic. Once I finish this bag I might try the other chai tea on adagio to see if it's any better. That being said, it is a solid black tea when I need one.

This is the perfect basic spiced chai blend. Works really well with a little bit of maple syrup

★★★★★

I got just a sampler size of this one and it was not enough! I finished it off really quick - it's super delicious! Perfectly spicy and yummy with a bit of milk.

★★★★★

This is my favorite Chai. When steeped correctly it has a complex, sweet, and earthy flavor. If steeped longer the cloves take over.
