This was a very good chai, with a wonderful cinnamon flavor, but the chocolate flavor was lacking. It was very faint, barely there. That said, I thoroughly enjoyed the tea, but I wouldn't call it chocolate.

Not as chocolaty as I had hoped for, and not fantastic, but it is still an okay blend. Not my personal favorite but worth a try.

I liked this tea a lot! I wasn't sure at first because I tend to like more mild teas, but the spice of the cinnamon and chai was enjoyable, especially with a tiny bit of milk to make it more creamy.
Perfect balance of a bittersweet chocolate and the spicy chai. I tried it cold, w/ cold soy milk and a bit of stevia, it tasted like chocolate milk, which is always a good thing! Not a fan of brewing chai in my ingenuitea, as the flavor kinda sticks to the filter.
I wasn't quite sure what to make of chocolate tea, but its infusion with the chai flavors turned out to be quite delightful.
I don't like to write bad reviews, but this was not my tea. A combination of medicinal, chocolate and spice that amounted to a soapy cough medicine taste I'm afraid. Others who are more partial to chai may have a different take on this.
I did not care for this one at all. Too much cardamom for me. I don't know if it was just a poorly blended batch but it was all cardamom taste with a hint of chocolate flavor. I just didn't like it. Thinking I was being silly I brewed it several different times with similar results. I won't order again. Bleh.
The chocolate flavor of this chai is so rich and faintly bitter. It has heft and depth, this tea. I taste more chocolate than spice, but as I have several other spice teas, I think that fact just makes this chai unique.
This blend has become my favorite 'relaxation' blend. I wouldn't say that it's super chocolatey, but the fruity undertones you get with cocoa really go well with the chai spices. Tastes great plain or with a splash of milk and honey. I only regret not ordering more at once.
Very good. Smells like chocolate cinnamon coffee cake when you open the bag. Once steeped, the flavors blend nicely. I usually add just a splash of milk and a little raw sugar.

This is my moms favorite so I bought her a whole pound of this. She always raves about this flavor. I couldn't taste much chocolate but the overall flavor of the chai was very nice and relaxing.

Very delicious, I'm always happy with Adagio's chais. The chocolate only adds rather than distracts from the complexity of the spiced tea. A must have for the chai and chocolate lover.

Everything about this tea is enticing. The smell is like a nice autumnal hug and the combination of flavors is fantastic. Especially good with cream and sugar, though it would still be tasty on its own!
This is one of my favorite teas on Adagio. I love how all the spices come together and the smell of the tea is wonderful! Although it looks like quite a bit of the ginger ended up at the bottom of the bag so these last few cups really have a bite to them!
Chocolate chai is not just a favorite of mine, but of many guests who have tried it when visiting! Great anytime, especially good when curling up with a blanket by the fire, or something to get you going in the morning! Replaced coffee for me! Also great in blends. I used it in the Seventh Kingdom blend, and really enjoy it!
All I can say is YUM! It is perfectly balanced. Good with milk and sugar !
It's possible that this just isn't to my taste. This tea was much too strong for me. I tried to prepare it differently, but nothing seemed to help much. The smell of the tea is nice, but I couldn't handle the strong flavor.
What a delicious cup of tea! Good with or without sugar and very great with a little splash of warmed milk.

Delicious dessert-like tea. I'm partial to the extra cloves Adagio puts in their chai teas. that coupled with spicy ginger and a chocolate flavor adds up to a fabulous combination. Can't wait to use it in blends or to just drink it for some sweet, cozy, comfort.

Thanks to Adagio, I'm really enjoying chai teas, and this one was the first I ordered, and it's wonderful. Chocolate laced with warm spices, it actually reminded me of gingerbread. I ordered the pyramid bags for convenience, and they were perfect for a camping trip.
