This flavor is one of my favorites! It combines the best of flavors.
I couldn't even finish the sample cup - too strong, too chemical / fake.
The chocolate chai smelled so good that I just had to try it. I mixed it with caramel tea and caramelized sugar, on ice. It was like drinking cake or a candy bar! Much better than a caramel mocha, so I bought a bag of the chocolate chai.
I guess I'm in the minority of Adagio chai tasters because this is my favorite Chai blend. The balance of spices is perfect and the chocolate is subtle and delicious. I recently used up all the samplers from the Chai sampler and had to buy more of this for popsicle attempts.
Chai teas in general are some of my favorite teas. This one is quite good and I was pleasantly surprised by the combination of chocolate and spices. The chocolate adds a depth to the spiced chai and they really compliment each other. I got this in a full size after trying the Chai Sampler. This really is one of my favorite teas.
I finally found a tea that my 8-year-old son will drink! He really like this tea. (So do I.) We use a splash of vanilla almond milk and it tastes like an exotic hot cocoa. I use about 1.5 teaspoons per cup and brew it for five minutes and it comes out perfectly.
Not a bad chai but I taste no chocolate whatsoever.

This tea was pretty peppery. If that type of chai is your thing, you'll love it. It was a tad too much for me. With chocolate, I was expecting something with a softer flavor.

Pretty nice evening tea. I like it with some milk to smooth out the cinnamon flavor a bit. The aroma is delightful.
The chocolate flavor isn't overpowering. Flavor combo sounded odd at first, but this actually works. Very smooth.

I recommend steeping it in a saucepan and adding milk. I typically add the tea to 1 part water, boil it, add 1 part milk, and boil it again. It makes a wonderful cup.

This is a MUCH better balanced chai than the spiced apple chai. The chocolate adds a smooth sweetness to it, without being overpowering. This tea would be amazing with cream or milk, or in blends!
Tasty when prepared like a traditional chai or straight. Not as strong as expected though still flavorful. The chocolate scent is appealing. Was hoping for some spiciness, which would make it more like a chai.
This tea was a perfect blend of chai spice and sweet. I brewed and added almond milk to make a great tea latte.
Basically a spicy hot chocolate. I'm not much of a chai drinker so this was a great alternative for me.

Not a huge fan of this one. I was hoping it would be spicier and was looking forward to a spicy chocolate combo. Unfortunately, it tasted more like watery chocolate milk no matter how strong I made it.
it tastes good but its too weak for me, i brewed this with water so maybe il try it with milk next time.
I really wish it had a touch of clove just to give that extra kick and I can only taste the chocolate when I add sugar. Its an ok chai better than the other brands I've tried but this can't compete with my all time fave Adagio's masala chai.
I steep this long in only about 1/2 the water that I plan per cup in order to concentrate the flavor before blending it with sugar and hot milk. <3 I love this more than hot chocolate, and it pairs with spice cookies perfectly.

The tea is alright, but the chai from here is a bit too spicy for my taste and that dampens my enjoyment of this particular tea. I had hoped the chocolate would balance it out, but for me that is not the case.
Update: with extra milk/cream and sugar this tastes much better. I guess that's not surprising as that's how Chai is supposed to be consumed to my knowledge.
This is a good, sweet tea. You shouldn't add any sugar though a touch of cream wouldn't kill it. The ginger fades into the cinnamon a bit, so it tastes like a spiced chocolate.

This is definitely a tea that would work well in autumn or winter on a cool morning. The scent is flat out heavenly. I'll admit I'm not really picking up on the flavor of chocolate in this directly, but the after taste seems to have the strongest hints of it. What I do notice is the cinnamon and ginger, which are very pleasant.
Nice once-in-a-while tea. I'm not a big fan of chocolate in tea, and was surprised I liked this at all. A very small amount of sugar will help brighten the flavors.
While I really like the flavor of it, I can't help but wonder if I didn't put in enough tea. it's not as strong as I was expecting it to be. Milk and sugar seemed to bring out the spices in it quite nicely.

Probably my favorite chocolate tea on adagio. Reminds me of mexican hot chocolate. I might just add a little bit of cocoa to this, but that is because I like to eat the cocoa nibs out of this.
This is great either hot or as an iced late. This tea is way more flavorful than any other kind I've tried. You can really taste the chocolate unlike another brand I've tried which didn't taste like anything. I will be buying this again.
