Earl Grey Bella Luna brings the light of the full moon to your cup - available for 24 hours only, once a month, on the day of each full moon. Robust Earl Grey shines with familiar bergamot notes, highlighted by a soft glow of coconut and cream. Rich, bright, and well-rounded.

The ingredients produce a three-layer flavor profile: bergamot's familiar floral citrus arrives first; coconut's warm, slightly sweet tropical character follows; natural crème rounds the finish into something distinctly its own. The result is an Earl Grey that is simultaneously recognisable and unlike any standard Earl Grey - the bergamot you know, the coconut you didn't expect, the crème that holds it together.

Cream and HONEY!! Sends it over the edge!
on
I find that cream dilutes the coconut notes. Coconut milk, on the other hand, makes it all that much more decadent!
on
I take it with a little sugar free vanilla syrup and a splash of heavy cream to make a London fog that is much better than starbucks!
on
I personally use honey and cream or vanilla creamer!
on
I love it without anything added. At most I'll put a little honey in it if I want it to be a littler sweeter.
on
I do a splash of vanilla soy milk. So good!
on
I like it with cream and sugar. Like I like all of my Earl Greys. But what really takes this over the edge for me is adding a splash of Coffee Mate Italian Sweet Cream. But, I don't like using that too much since it's so artificial, but tastes soooo good.
on
Hot I use a little vanilla creamer, iced I use a little agave sweetener, just a tiny bit as this EG has such an amazing mix of flavors on its own!!
on
I use Cream or half and half plus agave or raw sugar.
on
Cream and sugar
on
A little big of sugar!
on
i use a tsp of sugar (I like ti sweet) and a dash of cream/milk wht\ehter drinking ti hot or cold
on
Some believe that proper earl grey should be taken with only lemon and sugar, which is lovely, especially with the lavender, but I do prefer this tea with cream and sugar (or in my case, pure, liquid sucra)
on
Orange blossom honey and cream 🥰
on
I have milk in all my black teas.
on
black is perfect!
on
I love this tea with honey and coconut cream or Califias unsweetened barista blend oat milk. The coconut and cream flavors make this tea feel very decadent. It's like a dessert!

Can this tea be resteeped? Or isn't a one and done?

i usually get 2 steeps from a 1-1/2 tsp infusion. but it also depends on how strong you like it.
on
The 2nd steep is very light. Still nice but very mild. I'm running low and it's not available for several weeks so I'm stretching it out.
on
Hi Devan. You may certainly try for a second infusion. We recommend a longer steep time with extra hot water when re-steeping

I'm confused. Are there two different types of Bella Luna teas offered depending on the moon? In other words, is there an Earl Grey Bella Luna available on a full moon and a Bella Luna Blue available when there is a blue moon?

2) 'Earl Grey Bella Luna' is a black tea made with coconut, blue cornflowers, natural coconut flavor, natural bergamot flavor & natural creme flavor. It is available to purchase for 24 hours every full moon!

Yes that is correct! 1) The 'Bella Luna Blue' is an herbal tea that is only available on Blue Moons. The next Blue Moon is Aug 22nd, 2021. Bella Luna Blue is made of lemon grass, butterfly pea flower & natural blueberry flavor. 2) 'Earl Grey Bella Luna' i

Does the black tea in this blend come from China?

on
2 × View replies Hide replies
Hello Deborah! Yes, our black tea used for flavored teas is from China.
on
Most black tea is from China. That's where the majority grows. If you're trying to avoid Chinese imports, you'll have to stick to Assam from India or switch to a non-black tea.
on

Does this tea have a strong coconut flavor? I love all earl gray teas, but not a big fan of coconut.

on

Hello Roxanne! Coconut is the second and fourth ingredient in this blend - it's quite coconut-y :)
on
To me, the coconut doesn't overpower the earl grey. The tea tastes almost like a London fog, especially if you add milk.
