This is one of my favorite white teas! I was looking for a good basic white tea and this is it :) The flavor is definitely present but light and refreshing or comforting, depending on my mood. I really enjoyed it in the summer when I wanted good flavor but nothing heavy. I drank it hot (which is how I drink almost all tea) but I would imagine that this would be good iced as well. It's good for a couple of steeps if not brewed too long.
Has a bit of a honey smell to it. Very fresh tasting with a little sweetness and earthiness.
The tea tastes lovely, however the initial scent does not match the taste of the tea.
I have been using the white tea and absolutely love it for its taste and its health benefits.

I was a little worried when I bought this. The last time I bought white tea(pai mu dan) it must have been what was last of their stock. It wasnt what the picture showed. This stuff (white symphony) is awesome!! Buds with white hair you can see and a great floral delicate taste! I'm very happy with white symphony I will buy it again!!

I like to blend this tea with other teas as well as drinking it alone.
I found this tea to be somewhat bland in comparison to green and black teas. It definitely has a very light, almost floral taste, but was not strong enough for me.
I enjoy the white teas for their gentle flavor white symphony is no different with light floral undertones. A touch of honey blends well and makes this a nice after noon tea to relax with.
Godd flavor . Light tasting. No after taste. Will but again.
As with Snowbud, this blend is good on it's own, but will probably use it to add depth to other blends.
this is my first unflavored white tea. I like it, of course it's not very strong, but it keeps me pouring cup after cup. It's great to mix with jasmine flavors.

I gave it 5 stars because at this price you won't find a better white tea. Maybe as good but that's about it. If you like white tea you know what you're looking for and this will fit the bill. I like subtle teas nevertheless I brew this a tad warmer-190? than is typical and that makes it a bit stronger. That's just the way I like it.

I really liked this tea. It's a bit stronger than my favorite white tea-- white peony, but you really can't go wrong with this one if you like white teas.
this tea tastes just like silver needle. meaning it taste like warm water. no flavor. but I drink it with honey for the benefits it provides. it does have more white buds in it so more antioxidant if that's what you looking for.
This tea has a classic white tea flavor, and it's strong enough to really enjoy it. It's not grassy or smoky like green teas and it's definitely not bitter like black teas. Unlike most white teas the flavor really stands out and can undergo second steepings maintaining its characteristics. It has subtle sweet notes towards the end reminiscent of honeysuckle and perhaps melon.

White Symphony is my personal favorite on Adagio. It can be light or a little stronger depending on the brew time, but it always releases a nice slightly sweet flavor that has me buying this tea continuously on a monthly basis.

This tea isn't doing much for me. Kind of a generic white-ish tea. Someone else mentioned it was vegetal to them - not a description I would have come up with on my own, but I can get it now that it's been pointed out.
Perfect white tea for when I want some sweet but no to sweet. Haven't gotten the melon taste flavor yet but I do agree that there is some subtle fruit in there.

I really enjoyed this one. It has similar characteristics to white peony but more refined. It has a really nice ratio of buds to leaves, making for a more complex flavour.

I was surprised at the amount of flavor that you can get from this tea. It is very subtle and delicious. Has a shorter breweing time so be sure to not oversteep.
