I liked this, but not as much as I liked the White Peony.
A delicate tea made from tea buds collected and withered prior to opening. It creates a pale yellow, light-bodied, yet complex cup with hints of honeydew and a faint floral sweetness.

I liked this, but not as much as I liked the White Peony.
Simply put one of the most elegant white teas I have ever tasted. Actually preferring white tea over green i am very picky about white tea. This exceeded my expectations. like the name implies many flavors combine to make beautiful music! Pear and honey dew melon with a touch of Tupelo honey are apparent. Great find will purchase again.
A great, floral white tea with a nice robust flavor. Be careful not to over-steep this tea, because it will get pretty bitter. There are definitely distinct flavors all over this tea. But each steeping only takes these away instead of bringing a new one out further. That is the only disappointing part of this tea.
I bought this tea to drink cold during the summer. It has a very light, delicate flavor, and was the perfect choice for hot, humid days.
Similar to white peony, but it did not call forth any surprises. Very delicate flavor, a bit too delicate for my taste. White teas are still not becoming my favorites. I've found I greatly prefer them blended or flavored, much more so than other types of tea. That being said, this is a great, high quality example of a lovely white tea. the flavor is just too subtle for my taste.
I really like this tea. It has a smooth taste. Ordered it for the second time.
Very good. It has a light flavor, as is typical of white teas. The leaves even appeared to be of a good quality.
This is good, but it has an odd under-taste, to me. Not bitter, but a hint of a darker, heavier flavor than I quite like in my white teas. I like it well enough, but, like the various Darjeelings, not quite enough to keep a regular stock on hand.
Great tea. This is the first white tea I've tried. Very delicate flavor that makes for a great afternoon cup. Very smooth and mellow flavor
One of my absolute favorites - light and refreshing
My favorite tea. This tea has an almost honeysuckle-like flavor. Very light and tasty. I highly recommend this tea.
I get about two good steeps out of this tea and I'm loving it. If I hadn't prepared my cup myself I would have sworn it was sweetened with honey. Sweet and floral and just overall a fantastic drinking experience. I've only had it hot, but I agree with everyone else who has suggested that it would taste good iced. That's on my summer to-do list.
This is easily the most soft and delicate tea I have tried to date. It is lightly sweet, like melons, and has a very subtle floral note that really blends in. A very kind and comforting cup!
Absolutely delicious tea that is very mellow in a good way. Light body but with a more earthy favor than the jasmine silver needle. This is a great white tea choice for frequent use.
just a really nice clean white tea that is great to drink anytime
A great white tea. Perfect for a light drink to finish or even start the day. A tea that I will buy again and again.
I like this light tea. This is a perfect cup for me to make an iced tea.
I used a bit of this tea to tone down my white peach and I think it gave it that calming earthy flavor. I like it, I haven't tried it on its own. It didn't overpower the white peach tea just toned it down a bit.
Sweet and mild. I like it best with a squirt of lemon juice.
very light and tender
Very subtle. I enjoy every sips of this tea.very much recommended.
Crisp. Delicate. A perfect white tea. I loved it as an after dinner tea.
I could drink this all day, every day. This is really light and delicate on the pallet. It's like having Spring in my mouth.
Very subtle flavor, not particularly grassy, but a little weak for my tastes.
If you like white tea, this is great. It is sweet and does not need anything added.
Cheap version of white peony, which even Adagio's version of that wasn't good. Tastes/looks pretty much the same. So I'll use the same comments.
My comments there were: Very green tea tasting! I tried a few white teas and this one tasted a lot like green tea. I don't know if it's because it is mainly twigs or what. But I actually liked the taste more than the other white teas. I have a feeling this isn't what it is intended to taste like with all the twigs but it tastes good.
This was my first white tea, and I was a bit surprised by the flavor. When I opened the bag, the smell reminded me of coffee. Brewing the tea it has a strong scent, and a mellow but distinct flavor.
It brews a bit on the yellow side, and the flavor had some sweetness and some nuttiness to me. It was a good introduction to white tea in my opinion, and after it I look forward to trying more teas. Do not hesitate to buy.
A relatively subtle flavor. I'm not sure if it is the white tea or my preferences but I would not order this tea again.
White symphony has a very subtle flavor, but very smooth and enjoyable!
This is a very nice, very delicate white tea. The flavor is subtle but complex and a little sugar really helps to bring it out. Definitely delicious!
I bought this and Silver Needle, to host a Tasting Party to see what we liked: It is a light tea, as promised: and we were aware of the more sweet taste of this one, liked that. the notes were a little more complex, layered then the Silver. But both were great. How lucky, to have such nice tea.
Such an amazing White tea. I have not yet mixed with herbals but it is fantastic on it's own.
This white tea is delicate and fragrant. I love making it in the afternoons when I'm at work and need something with low caffeine to drink.
This is a luscious white tea. If you like white peony, you'll love this one. It's substantially more flavorful. I agree with Adagio's reference to honeydew. This tea can also be re-stepped, which is nice for the cost-conscious.
This tea is fantastic! I was a little hesitant at the smell when I first received it, but it tastes completely different. It is sweet and refreshing and crisp and I love it.
This is one of my favorites. It makes a great base for iced tea with the fruity higher priced mall teas. It also makes a lovely hot tea.
Light tasting tea with little or no after taste. Prefer this tea after dinner.
The flavor is difficult to describe, but I drink it most mornings.
Delicate and very tasty tea. I'm new to white teas but this has very quickly risen to the top of my list. Delicious!
On my quest to find an affordable alternative to silver needle, this is an excellent candidate. It's light, sweet, delicate, and flavorful. Very nice.
This is certainly pleasant enough to be enjoyable, but to my palate it's not significantly different from the less expensive White Peony.
This is a wonderful white tea that you can drink everyday!
A beautifully light tasting and fragrant smelling tea. Calm and soothing, I like to have this later in the day when it's cooler outside!
My first time trying this tea and I love it! A nice light flavor
A lovely white tea! It has a light flavor, perfect for an evening drink. It tastes like a traditional tea with a rich velvety undertone that almost reminds me of chocolate.
This is a great white tea which is very flavorful but still very delicate. The aroma is fantastic and will make a great addition to your tea collection.
The best white tea I've tried so far. I like it because it has a lot of flavor, but it's not too strong.
Very calming and smooth tea.. Subtle flavors. Light and aromatic..
Super tasty white tea that is one of my favorite whites.
Very smooth taste. I can infuse this multiple times and the taste is still there.
