About what I was expecting... the pear flavor is distinct, but I really need to be in the mood for it.
While I didn't taste pear as much as I had expected, I did enjoy the flavor. I tasted the apple more. I love white tea and this is a good flavor. Not my favorite, but still good enough to keep on hand.
Not really my favorite, had more of a grassy flavor than I would've expected from a white tea. Couldn't really taste the pear at all. Overall, it was just okay, but I probably won't buy it again.
Did not get any pear taste from this. Nor impression or even essence of pear. Was hoping this would end the search for a delicious pear tea, but sadly, no.

I was looking for an adagio tea to replace celestial seasonings 'perfectly pear', and while I liked this one, I still haven't decided if I'm going to switch over. It tastes like sour apple jolly ranchers.

Very light refreshing tea. Pear flavor mild but noticeable. It seemed to require a long steeping time to develop any real flavor.
If you follow steeping instructions, this tea is perfect. Not too tart, not too sweet. It's flavor is superb, not washed out. I buy this all the time.
I wasnt the biggest fan of this tea. There was something to it i just didnt care for. I cant quite put my finger on it.
If you find green teas too bitter, then white tea is the one for you to try. Add a delicious fruity flavor, such as white pear and it's even better! I loved this hot and was able to steep it several times without losing quality. Try this iced as well for a great summer tea with all the health benefits of white tea.
It was so great! I had it iced, and I didn't even need sugar. White Pear is awesome!

This is a good white tea, but the pear flavor overpowers the tea. About half the pear flavor and this would be a wonderful cup of tea.

A very good white tea though almost a bit sweet for my taste. I'm thinking it would actually be better iced than hot but I have yet to try it that way. Everyone I've shared this tea with enjoys it very much.
This became an instant hit with us. Mellow flavor goes well with Japanese cuisine, too. Highly recommended to try it.
The pear taste is a little on the artificial side, it also falls a little flat where I wish there'd been a little more to it. But it still a good tea for when I want something a little more fruity.

White Peach is one of my favorite Adagio white teas, but this white pear is just distasteful. It is a little oversaturated with flavor and comes across as more of a pear potpourri than a fruity tea. I'll pass on this next time.
Now that I know not to over-steep white teas, I really enjoyed this one. A very subtle flavor without a lot of kick.

the one big downside to this tea is how much you need to use to get the flavor of the tea and not just the pear out. i was hoping for it to make a nice iced tea but it came out tasting far to similar to water, even when using slightly more tea then advised.
If you are looking for a natural pear flavor you'll enjoy this. I wish it was naturally sweeter, too earthy for me.

Very subtle, even in terms of white tea. Using too much tea will give you more of a candy apple flavor than pear flavor.
I didn't quite get 'pear' flavor from this tea, but it did have an enjoyable sweetness behind a very mild white tea. Still learning on leaf amounts when preparing white tea as it is hard to measure without a scale. Made a decent cup even with my beginning knowledge.
Very fresh - although the pear flavor is not natural tasting. Has almost a candy flavor to the tea.

I love anything pear so I was excited to see this tea. Whites can be a bit too delicate for me (I tend to oversteep them to compensate) but this has a definite pear smell to it. And it's sweet, like you'd expect pear to be.

The smell is off on the tea but the flavoring is pretty good. Not one of my favorites. Its flavor is a nice change from the norm though. I prefer it cold over hot.
Has a very delicate flavor, though I'm not sure it was precisely pear that came through--it was more of a light floral scent.

This tea doesn’t taste or smell of pears at all, not even close. The brew has an indescribable sweetish artificial flavor which is quite unpleasant. The worst thing about it however is that this God-awful flavoring totally ruins the lightness in White Peony that is used as a base here, making it bitter and heavy instead. As i drink it I can’t get rid of the feeling that this poor White Peony has gone bad a long time ago…
Adagio's white pear has a delicate pear flavor and is never bitter. One of my favorite white teas to date.
Wonderful tea that goes well with a book in hand. Will make you feel as if you are sipping in a Japanese Garden.
There is a pleasant, subtle pear flavor with this tea. Crisp and light, this is a great early evening tea.
This is the second fruity white tea I've ordered and it is just ok. I can't really taste the pear. I love the white peony and jasmine silver needle, but maybe fruity white tea is not for me.
