The only reason why it gets three stars is because, this was my first white tea and it was extremely light tasting. Which I do not like bold tasting or light tasting teas. The after taste did have some pear to it. But pear is a light taste. So if you want something this is the way to go. If not look else where.

This is a nice light tea to have when you don't want something as heavy as a black/oolong tea. refreshing with the right amount of pear flavor. I like strong flavor with my teas so it takes quite a bit of tea leaves for me to get the flavor I want.
This tea is pretty good. I don't taste the pear as much as I taste the apple. Even so, I do enjoy this tea.

I love this tea with its lovely pear flavor. White tea is so mild and it's a great sipping tea. Another favorite of mine, this is so relaxing to just curl up in my favorite chair with a good book and a great cup of white pear tea.
great tea. very mild taste, and nevertheless still good. Prefer to drink it late in the afternoon. Tastes good cold as well.
Smells like green apple flavored candy, which is weird but the taste is very mellow and peary.

Would like more pear flavor. Celestial Seasonings tea had it just right but that tea is no longer available. This is very good, just not great.

Not sure what happened but I sent an email to customer service.i brewed my sample pack according to the directions. It brewed like an oxidized black tea. I think it may have been packed wrong. Will update soon
This one was okay, but honestly I wish it were stronger. I know it's a white tea, but even with other white teas I was able to get more than a hint of the flavor, and pear is one of my favorites. Guess it explains why the other flavors in my blend kinda overpower it. The white tea itself is very good though!

There was just a mild amount of pear taste in this tea. I like my flavor to be strong, to overpower the tea, actually. I've found that when the rooibos herbal tea is mixed with different flavors, they are the strongest. This was quite mild. If you like just a little bit of flavor in your tea, this would be good.
delicate and delicious. goes well with a light meal. i wasn't sure about the flavor, my brain was questioning it, so i got a sample and tasted it and my tastebuds approved!!

This is a nice white tea-- not earth-shatteringly good, but nice. It has a light pear fragrance, but it doesn't have a tangy pear taste (which I'm glad about). It brews a bit darker than most white teas I've had, and it's a very clear liquid (i.e. not cloudy or gritty).
This tea had a Juicy pear taste, very light bodied and refreshing.
The only problem with this tea is it needs more pear flavor. If this was done it would be a great flavorful tea

I find myself buying mostly black tea and green tea. On occasion, I will choose a white tea for variety, The white pear tea is delicious. It is a great way to sneak in a new flavor along with your regular favorites. Just read an article recommending the health benefits of white tea, plus it's yummy!
Another great Adagio find. Tastes like soft pear, mostly leaf like most of the whites, but it is a great value and the quality of the leaf is very good. Another great tea to get your daily white tea dose. I brew it by the pot in the morning with two tablespoons for a 24oz pot and re-steep a few times until I'm bored :)
Very light tea however you can taste the pear and apple. The apple bits are a nice touch - very refreshing and the smell is amazing. I steeped it for close 8-9 minutes because it was still too light and weak after 5.
I would buy this again.
I finally found one I'm meh on. I just made a cup of the white pear and it's just kind of there. It's not bad but it's my first white tea and I'm more used to the more flavorful greens and blacks. It's like a somewhat flavored hot water. I don't think I'll reorder this unless something amazing happens as it cools down.
Nice soft tea that I personally feel sips nice and clean. It doesn't bear down on you in a way super rich flavors would. Will definitely buy again.

The first packet, the pear flavor was weak. On the next packet I thought I tasted a hint of apple, the next full packet just tasted like tea. I am disappointed.
The pear is just enough that it is noticeable but not overpowering. A very good light tea. I would say it's my favorite except that I've tried Adagio's White Strawberry and I can't get that one out of my mind.

This is the first white tea that I have tried and I really love it. It has just a hint of pear flavor and the tea flavor is very light but still flavorful. I will definitely be buying more and am now encoraged to try some of the other white teas as well.
