Strong grapefruit smell that mingles well with the mild white tea flavors. The graprefruit taste isn’t as strong on the tongue.

This tea is very aromatic and has such a nice citrus edge. It's a little unforgiving to brew, because the grapefruit can develop a soapy taste when mishandled. On the other hand, with a very light touch of sweetener, it really brings out the fruit flavor!

This tea is very weak, unless you steep for about 4-5 minutes. Grapefruit flavor is not as pungent as when you open the package. With a little sweetener, it's a delightful tea!

Love this! My boyfriend also really enjoys this, and he doesn’t usually like flavored teas. Unique and zesty, especially if you are looking for something with a twist.

This is a light, springy flavor that quite surprised me. The juiciness of the grapefruit makes me want to keep drinking more! I haven t tried it iced yet, but I m confident that will be delicious as well.

Really refreshing and great for an afternoon pick-me-up without the caffeine.

A decent cup. I appreciate that the grapefruit flavor doesn't overwhelm the flavor of the tea.

This white tea has a very delicate flavor, but I could not taste grapefruit in it

I ordered this out of curiosity and was pleasantly surprised. Nice tea flavor with a noticeable, but not overpowering, grapefruit taste in the background. Will definitely purchase again.

The marigold flavor really stands out to me. You can taste the flowers. I wish the grapefruit was more the high note. Still a very refreshing taste.

Update: I really enjoy this when blending it with the white peach.

Not as flavorful as the black tea with grapefruit.

The smell and taste of the grapefruit are quite strong, so this tea certainly accomplished what it set out to do. But it turns out I don t like grapefruit in my tea as much as I thought I would.

If you know your own mind better and you want grapefruit tea, this is certainly a good one to try!

In the bag, very strong grapefruit rind smell. Strong citrus. Once brewed, it's very delicate and refreshing! Nice grapefruit flavor. Well balanced with the white tea. I had this hot and cold and it's better hot. nice tea!

Very light, not much of a grapefruit flavor. Good if you're looking for a nice, unassuming white.

Lovely white tea flavor that plays well with the grapefruit.

By far my favorite white tea! The mild flavor of the white allows the grapefruit to shine through. I oversteep it to give it a stronger flavor because normally I prefer black teas, but in the grapefruit, I think the white is the best. The white tea flavor blends well with the citrus perfectly and, for whatever reason, the grapefruit is stronger than the white tangerine.

Fabulous aroma! Many have complained that this tea lacks flavor but I appreciate the subtle flavor. This will be a go-to tea when I need a lighter tea.

Sounds weird but it s really yummy. It s a lot like the citron green but not. Not artificial tasting. Good with sweetener.

The Grapefruit is my favorite adagio tea, so I wanted to give the white version a try. This tea was good... I would use subtle and mild to describe the grapefruit flavor; I would not use tangy or bright. It is a great choice if you are looking for a light, white tea with mild grapefruit flavor. If you are looking for a more bold grapefruit flavor and like black tea, then I suggest that one over this white version. The Oolong Grapefruit is also nice if you like oolong tea.

Wasn't as strong of a grapefruit taste as I was expecting just a subtle hint. Great tea overall

Excellent. Subtle citrus with a fragrant aroma. Enjoyable hot, but iced is preferred. One of my top favorites.

A very clean and refreshing tea iced! Best brewed strong and poured over ice with a little stevia!

I like this tea, the flavor is lovely. A small warning (this has never happened to me with a citrus, white tea , but there is a first time for everything): This tea's acidity level is very high. I do not steep white tea for very log, nor do I use overly hot water (in fact I steep white tea at a lower temp than most) and the acid in this tea hit my stomach very aggressively. Otherwise the aroma is lovely, the flavor is grapefruit forward, and the white tea flavor floats through.

I honestly didnt think I'd like this tea, simply due to the typical light body of white tea. However, I've tried other grapefruit variations from Adagio and loved them, so I thought 'why not!'.

This tea has a bit more flavour and body to it than other white teas I've tasted and the grapefruit is prominent! If you're looking for a tea that has FLAVOUR, this is it! Great for a hot summers day!

Cold brewed for iced tea. Full sample pack into 1Q/1L of room temp water.

Very nice flavor. Makes great iced tea. The hint of grapefruit adds a sharp hint of flavor without overwhelming the rest of the tea. I'd buy again.

I was surprised, I mean I had an idea of what it would taste, and nope the other way around. The grapefruit is not bitter, but it is not sweet either. So you taste the grapefruit, but nothing acidic or else. That’s strange and good at the same time !!

I expected to really like this one, but it had both a scent and a flavor that I didn't love. While it's not bad, I'll stick with other citrus teas.

I really enjoy white teas but cannot have grapefruit in any form or fashion, so this communitea review is courtesy of my partner, who mostly enjoyed the black grapefruit- “The black grapefruit was a nice tea with a subtle citrusy flavor. This white one tastes and smells exactly like catnip. I don’t like catnip.”

I’m more used to the grapefruit flavored black tea, but I enjoyed the lighter flavors of this as well. Both good teas, just for different moods.

This doesn't have a whole lot of flavor, either of the white tea or the grapefruit. What I can taste is good, but there's just not much there.

After having a fantastic grapefruit tea earlier in this month’s CommuniTEA, I was excited for a white version, thinking it would be even better and truer to a grapefruit. It wasn’t. It had no grapefruit scent at all and barely and flavor. Even adding some fresh orange and sugar, it remained surprisingly tasteless.

Overall I found this tea very light in flavor and smell, all I could really taste was the white tea. I love Adagio's other grapefruit teas, so I'll be sticking to those instead.
