I've always wanted to like white teas, but I'd never found one which I at all liked. I don't drink this often, but I definitely enjoy it's flavor. It's stronger than the other whites I've had, approaching green in strength. Yet it doesn't have much, if any, of the grassy flavor that tends to dominate greens. It's like hot water with a heavy, yet delicate overtone. Yet it also has... I think of it as a tea flavor at it's root, which gets covered up by most greens and all blacks. What ever it is, it enhances the natural flavor of water just enough to keep it from being bland.

It's worth a try, but order a small amount to start, this 4oz will last me forever.

This is one of my favorites. It's not very economic, because the leaves are so voluminous. However, you can enjoy this tea with the standard 1 tsp/cup measurement. It isn't strong, but it lasts longer and tastes good.

By far my favorite tea. A great tea that doesn't seem to get bitter.

This is my favorite of the white teas. Very delicate, light taste and nice, light color.

This is the tea to try first if you haven't tried a white yet. Very nice. Great flavor w/out being overly grassy. If fact, it's not *too* anything. The balance here is perfect. It is light tasting as I find most of the whites.

This was my first foray into white tea. I choose it based on it's score and reviews. It is a very light and delicate tea. Smooth flavor and perfect for the evening or relaxing, especially considering low caffeine content. I may not know the other whites, but I would definately reccomend starting with this as a white.

In a word - Awesome! Very delicate, but amazing flavor. Sweet, subtle, awesome! Ordered the sample last time, next order will have to have the biggest amount. You can't go wrong with this one!!

Good white tea. I think we all know no matter how good the white tea is its not as favorful as the other teas. This one had more flavor than most white teas

This was my first introduction to Whites. Very good taste, although of course very light. I guess I'm more of a Green tea person.

I must say my opinion of this tea vascillates-- mainly because some days I think I can taste it, others I think I can't. When I can, it has a wonderfully sweet and pure flavor. Maybe I just need to get the hang of brewing it...

I agree with others. This brews really lite. Maybe I need to add more than a teaspoon of leaves to get a stronger brew.

This was good; a refined flavor - maybe a little too subtle for me...but this was my first experience with White tea, so I'm not giving up yet. The leaves are beautiful. Flavor is more like an herbal tea. I expected this to taste a little like green - not! White tea products are now popular in skincare products, etc - so why not learn to enjoy the White tea in its original form?

My second favorite white tea so far tothe White A'Cappella Tea

You know... of all the teas I know and have consumed, I find this to be (consistent with who is the seller) most sublime. I personally prefer the first steeping, as it has wonderful botanical scent tones (coming up in the vapor... how nice), as well as a subtle sweet taste tone, the closest thing of a description I can think of being very mild clover honey (something like that, anyway). I think that when it gets to about the third steeping it tastes like most white tea, and that is somewhat generic. Also, it is a nice size leaf that affords many possibilities in steeping. It will work with success even in a regular teaball, as the tea doesn't come out and with the longer steeping time it infuses pretty well; just sharing that if one is in a pinch - it works okay with a teaball.

Quite possibly my favorite tea of all, and it definitely ranks up there with Yunnan Gold and Jasmine #12. This is much more subtle than those, though, producing a complex sweetness unlike anything I've ever experienced. This word is often used to describe this tea, but it truly fits: sublime.

I really enjoyed this, for my first white tea. A very delicate flavor, no need for sugar or anything added.

This is an excellent tea, light and flavorful. Be careful not to oversteep it as it gets bitter.

Mellow and smooth. I bought it for my girlfriend because she likes it. I like it from time to time. I prefer stronger tea, but this is a good light tea.

the best white tea i've been able to find. so nice right before bed, there's hardly any caffeine, as it is so fragrant and delicate it makes for a nice companion to drowsiness

Very mild and delicate. I wasn't blown away, but it was interesting because it had a very purified taste, like freshly filtered water; and it tasted better as it cooled. Great with cane sugar.. I'd buy it again.

This is a nice white tea, with interesting leaves and a delicate aroma and flavor. Can be infused several times.
