I've had better silver needle but this was decent. Very subtle in flavor and bouquet. The honeydew and cucumber are front and center and fade until you get spun sugar towards the end.

By far one of my favorite teas.. Fresh, mellow taste. Highly recommended..

This tea was outstanding. I could really taste the freshness. I love Silver Needle and this tea did not disappoint.

The tea leaves look elegant and produce a clear, delicious cup of tea. I'm impressed!

★★★★★

Light-tasting and refreshing tea.
It makes a light color.

had ordering isssues though never order with paypal they're stupid

Very delicate flavor that just touches on being earthy. However, I don't know that the price is equal to the uniqueness of the flavor. I ordered the tester, and I likely wouldn't order the full size, but it was nice to try.

★★★★★

Very light. Noticeable difference between the masters' collection and the regular kind.

Ugh, this is such an outstanding white tea. worth every penny, I swear. Very light, so do be warned if that's not your thing, and make sure to steep it at 180 or lower. Floral with very faintly fruity notes (like melon, I think?) and super super smooth. If I had a ton of money to burn I'd buy way more of this.

This white tea has a mellow taste. Light taste but satisfying.

As I sip, I find myself out of words for such an exquisite master's tea. I need to shut up and enjoy it, and then I will exclaim all sorts of adjectives.

Exclaiming the adjectives... it has a unique floral nose, laced delicately with cucumber notes. I steeped overlong on purpose as I like my teas that way, and it was very smooth, complex, growing fuller. Me and my fiance cannot get over how beautiful and literally masterfully crafted it is. Truly a divine experience that will have you singing praises.

My new favorite white tea. This masters version is much higher quality than Adagio's regular version. However, start with white peoney if you are not yet used to white tea. White peony is the strongest white tea and if you find that variety too light you won't like silver needle, which is all about the zen of tasting nothingness.

This is the most amazing tea I've ever let pass my lips. Due to its high price, I can only enjoy it once in a while, but when I do, oh man. For those days where you need a little something special to get by.

Smells of sweet honey when brewed. This pale yellow elixir is full of flavour. Sweet, smooth, and calming.

I don't understand how, but this tea tastes milky, even without milk. The quality is very high. Very pleasant aroma, and I love the way the tea looks. Don't steep it past 3 minutes though, it gets bitter quick if you lose track of time.

A very good green tea. Soft some times black which are my favorites I need a break from and this green fills the bill.

Very, very, very light tea- makes me think it'd be really good in summer, when in Mississippi it's 5 million degrees but you might still want a cup of hot tea.

Very nice tea! Mixed it with jasmine Phoenix pearls :) brewed 3 cups out of one batch. Very tasty!

★★★★★

Light flavor with overtones of apricot and white grape. Very smooth, no bitter

★★★★★

Excellent taste. Leaves were in perfect condition, and spread very evenly. Very mellow and creamy.

★★★★★

This is the perfect silver needle tea. The flavor is soft and full. There was very little aroma in my cup, but the taste was very voluptuous in my mouth, almost with a buttery quality that was very satisfying. There were no grassy or smoky undertones, just a lovely, very smooth, very fulfilling tea.

★★★★★

The best way to brew this tricky little bud seems to be to heat your water, walk away, forgetting about it because you haven't had tea yet. then remembering and preparing your tea with water you guess is still kinda sorta hot enough maybe. I think the recommended 180 is a bit too hot, suffice to say. Anyway if you've been kind to this tea it will give you several lightly sweet, very round infusions. It's like having a rainy summer day in your cup. Well worth your time.

One of my very favorite teas! Very gentle and I love this after work or
In the evening!

★★★★★

I loved regular silver needles. This is just a higher quality and I could really tell.

Very light, delicate flavor. Not my favorite of the master's collection, will try blending with another flavor.

★★★★★

Light, sweet, delicious. I really enyoed the switch from my normal black tea, to white.

I purchased this along with the silver needle in the general white teas section. There were two distinct differences in appearance between the two: the Fujian had a higher concentration of the feathery strands among almost all the leaves and the Fujian, when steeped, had more broken bits throughout. One more thing is that in the water, the known 'dance' among all of the floating buds were more commonplace than with the general silver needle offered here. As for the taste, the fruity-floral accent was much less apparent than the general kind I have had as if it was more refined. This is comparable to having a boxed red wine versus a more aged dry wine. I savored the taste as it was truly a silver needle, but I do like something more accented. The scent of the fujian was stronger than the other silver needle, which I found aromatically pleasing for the whole experience of this tea. The second cup tasted exactly the first cup, so there was no flavor loss at all between the two steepings interestingly. The taste disappeared rapidly in the third and fourth cups of the same leaves, but the tea color remained until the fourth cup. I may not buy this again, but I was not disappointed with the purchase and glad I have enough for some time further.

This tea is pretty. It's fuzzy and smells fruity and sweet. If anyone out there is wondering if there is an enormous difference between this and the regular silver needle, I think so. But I actually prefer the regular silver needle because it has a more floral note.

I've never been a huge white tea fan, but this one is really smooth and faintly sweet! Loving it!

Weirdly sweet for me. It was hard to describe and still is. However it was pretty dang good.

Like the standard Silver Needle tea, it's really good. Noticeably smoother when compared side by side, but not really worth it, considering it is 3x more expensive.

Outstanding. I haven't tried the silver needles from the regular white selections, but I will be including it with my next order. This is also my first tasting of the 'Masters' teas, and I must say I am impressed.

I love the regular silver needle, and this is significantly higher quality. It's smooth and light with a lovely floral flavor.

This tea is very good, but also very subtle. I always get some particles in the tea, but that doesn't bother me, as it adds a bit of texture to the tea. I use the TriniTEA so it drains down and keeps some of that out, but I don't mind it.

Try the standard Silver Needle tea first, and if you enjoy it, you will definitely enjoy this as well. This tea is worth the money if you're looking for an amazingly smooth, light version of the Silver Needle tea. If you don't like it that much, don't spend the extra money and stick with the normal Silver Needle tea.

I really am enjoying the Fujian Silver Needle I've just brewed. The only downside I see with it is that there are a LOT of particles in my cup. I can't taste them, and it may be because I'm a bit of an amateur when it comes to tea, but it's slightly off-putting.
