This tea is smooth both in flavor and the ability to calm your stomach. Whether you are getting over a late night or a cold, this tea will help you start to feel more like yourself in no time.

There have been times at work where I'm starting to feel a little under the weather, so I make a cup of this tea. It has calmed down any coughs and helped with at least some minor sinus issues. While I highly doubt that a tea can help cure a cold, there's always something to be said for the placebo effect!

My husband loves this tea! It's nice and relaxing without caffeine.

This was another one that came from communiTEA.
I’m not a licorice fan in the slightest But I have to say this tea was a splendid surprise. This is a great blend and I purchased more of it I liked it so much.
This is definitely a “feel better” tea combo with a little punch.
I would recommend trying this one.

While not as good as Throat Therapy, I still enjoyed this tea quite a bit. It's very floral and an enjoyable drink.

Tastes not great but does help you feel better and recover. This has to be had with honey to be palatable

It s probably just me but I don t feel anything in particular when drinking this. It s a decent herbaceous drink, but not something I will order again.

REALLY ENJOY THIS TEA...ITS SMOOTH LICORICE FALVOR CoMES THROUGH LOUD AND CLEAR AND ITS A TEXTURED TEA...SMOOTH BUT IT'S LIKE A SORT OF THICK NECTAR AS THE INGREDIENTS COME TOGETHER. Can not guarantee that it cures the common cold but i guarantee it will make you feel better any day! This tea soothes the throat!

I got a sample of this and pulled it out when someone in the family got a cold. It's a nice one, I tasted mostly a mint flavor though, not very much else.

After experiencing the winter crud that was going around, I was so thankful I purchased this for the winter. It was a flavorful blend that kept me hydrated.

I am quite fond of this tea. I am recovering from the flu and have been drinking two cups daily. It has helped me to relax and to breathe more freely. Best with a touch of honey.

Out of the bag, this totally smells like a chicken seasoning pack to me. Most of what I was able to taste is the peppercorns which I was not pleased with. I am now wondering if I could use this to season chicken... However, if your chest is tight this is a great tea if you can take the taste. I feel like the flavor will grow on me but honestly, the flavor doesn't matter as much as the extra help fighting a cold. Edit: Alright it grew on me.

An enjoyable tea with a hint of sweetness. The ginger helped settle my stomach and it acts a small herbal pick-me-up when you aren’t feeling well. Would buy again. Update: I went back to this tea when I was feeling fatigued and had a huge headache, and this tea helped a lot!!! I’m buying a pound for the flue season.

So so good for of you are sick. It taste good and does make you feel better.

This tastes like a very light mint tea to me. I wish the flavors were a little stronger. But If it keeps you from getting sick, then yay!

Interesting blend. I'm not sure I would use it as a recovery tea.

★★★☆☆

I like the idea behind this tea, and I know there are a great many healing properties in the ingredients, but I don't care for ginger, and of all the scents and flavors, it was dominant. Thankfully, the flavors are all extremely subtle, so even though it dominated, it wasn't overpowering. I wish some of the other flavors had come through more. I couldn't taste the mint, the licorice, or the fennel. So if you like grassy green tree boosted with ginger, this one's for you. It's just not for me.

This was very much just not for me. It's probably fine for those who enjoy green tea and herby flavors but it's not my wheelhouse.

★★★★☆

This tea is perfect for those days when you need a little extra boost to kick a cold. Quite tasty and the aroma is lovely

★★★★☆

I was really apprehensive at first because I usually can't stand fennel and the clove's smell was very strong. After putting off sampling this almost all day, I found its spicy aroma to be deceiving and the fennel was not at all as potent as it is in things like Italian sausage. I found this blend quite pleasing and relaxing, and it's one I would certainly have again!

I wish i liked the flavor better then i do. Great for colds etc

★★★★★

I like this a lot. Very soothing. Minty. Water at 180 degrees and steeped for 2 1/2 minutes. Not bitter.

★★★★☆

I just happen to have a cold today. This tea is surprisingly warn and comforting.

This tea tastes... kind of like a generic sleep or wellness tea - it's the mint/licorice combo that gives me that impression, I think, as that's common in the store-bought wellness teas. It's fresher than 'store bought' teas, though - the green is a nice light touch that freshens it up and makes it more enjoyable than other things with similar flavors. Looking at the ingredients list, I realize I'm not really tasting the pepper or the cloves? I suspect because those would need a longer steep time than I gave it (5 min. since it's green-based).

I'm not quite sure this would be my go-to sick day blend; I make my own herbal blends, and I have much more potent ingredients at home that can kick the flu in the face. It is enjoyable, however, and if you don't have your own home apothecary (which probably most people do not), it's got a couple good ingredients in it that can help make you at least feel less discomfort when you're unwell.

I steeped this at too high temp first infusion and got just a nice mint green tea. Second infusion I followed directions but added 2 mins. Much more ginger and licorice and fennel showing through. A beautiful head and throat soothing blend.

I absolutely love this tea! Everyone at work was sick and the germs finally caught up with me. I drank this tea and was better in half the time as everyone else. Was it the tea? Maybe...but it sure tastes good!

★★★☆☆

This is one of those teas that I'm on the fence about. On the one hand, I really dislike fennel and licorice, and this tea contains both those flavors. On the other hand, I could see where this tea might be soothing during sickness. I might try this again when I'm sick, but other than that it's a hard pass.

I think I would like this tea more if I was really sick and couldn’t taste anything. I can feel a hint of “heat”at the back of my mouth, probably from the peppercorns. I think it needs lemon or more of it. I’m not a fan of chai and the spices of any chai so it’s something I wouldn’t buy but considering all, it wasn’t that bad.

Sick or well, this is a very soothing and tasty tea. Would definitely like to have this on hand if I were under the weather or just feeling blue. The mint comes through strongest but not too dominant. The ginger is present but (thankfully in this case) does not have that spicy bite of many other ginger teas.

Bought a big bag of this to keep at my office, and it's a pleasantly bright minty and soothing all at the same time, with just enough caffeine to make it worth swapping out my coffee for a bit.

Who doesn't want an extra boost in recovery! The green tea, ginger, licorice, mint, and fennel was an odd mix at first sight. I was a little concerned about the the licorice, as I am no fan of licorice. However, 'Speedy Recovery', just the name, sold it for me.

I was extremely surprised by how lovely it was in addition to feeling like I was giving myself a boost of a speedy recovery! The licorice was not over powering. Actually very light tea' not bold or overpowering! Definitely deserves a special spot on my tea station!

I think this Tea is a great tea to get you back up on your feet after being sick or if you are still fighting with cold and allergies. I ordered this when my allergies were dragging me down and it made me feel myself again. Most definitely recommend Speedy Recovery and recommend it being mixed with Minty Comfort for a more minty taste especially if you are suffering from nasal congestion. This is most definitely one of my go-to teas! An update; My mom started to feel ill with a cold this past week, she drank this tea for three days and it lessened her cold. I love this tea and I am positive now that it is perfect to help lessen the effects of a common cold cause I seen it with my own two eyes. I never want to be without this and elderberry during sick season.

Ooooh, I love gore this tastes, even if it were to do nothing, which it does seem to help recovery, it is great!

I don't know if this actually speeds healing from sickness, however, it does taste wonderful!

the licorice was a bit too strong for me, but i don't tend to care for licorice. was hoping it would be a bit more subtle. not bad though!
