This tea was extremely enjoyable. The taste was very unexpected. I was a bit worried about how the different tastes would mingle, but they cohesivly came together to make a very unified blend. I'm not sure how effective the tea was with the girl issues as I was already using a heating pad and ibuprophen because i was very uncomfortable. I will have to test it out another time. Even without that benefit though I would purchase again just for the taste alone. Yum yum!!

I can’t speak on the wellness aspect as I haven’t tried it for the ease of discomfort yet, but it’s worth it just for the taste.

I got this for my niece who has very uncomfortable periods and she says this does help relieve some of the discomfort.

This wellness blend is a really lovely addition to my herbal apothecary. I love the raspberry flavor which is not only delicious but soothing as well. I can't speak to the effectiveness of supposed symptom relief as I'm not currently experiencing any, so I may amend my review at a later date. But for now I'll be happily sipping this tea anytime I feel the urge whether it's my time of the month or not.

Having just finished the book 'The Red Tent', I thought it would be fun to try this tea. I drank this tea first thing in the morning on day one and day two of my red tent days. I do think that it helped ease the general malaise that I usually feel in those first couple of days. I am not a fan of jasmine tea so the taste of the tea was just ok. I will still reach for it next month!

This tea is leaps and bounds over plain raspberry leaf tea. Soothing flavors join together to create an equally soothing sensation during that uncomfortable time of the month.

My wife swears by this one and drinks it every single month. It's got great flavor and is very drinkable all day. Even though she doesn't normally like chamomile, she loves the flavor of this tea.

This is my new go to when I'm expecting my period. The beneficial effects are almost immediate and it tastes wonderful.

Whether reality or placebo, for me, this tea works wonderfully. During the first couple days of my menses, I'll make a whole teapot and sip it throughout the day, remaking it if needed. The times that I forget to make it? I regret it. And when I finally started running out of my original 4oz tin, I immediately bought the 16oz bag to refill it. I only have minor cramps; rarely do I have major cramps, but this tea negates it all - you just have to keep remembering to drink it.
Tastewise, this is a soothing light green that I find pleasant enough to drink. I don't drink it when it's not my period, but I also don't mind this tea replacing all the other teas I would drink if it wasn't my period. This contains rooibos and other small herbal tea elements such that I prefer putting this tea in a teabag rather than just using an infuser, but that's more a complication than a true deterrence.
All in all, I recommend this to anybody who owns a uterus to try. I don't know if it will mitigate severe cramps, but it works on my more minor problems.

I wasn’t expecting this to help. But it does. I often give it to others to sample and they report back with a similar experience.

Tried this tea on a whim - can't speak for any of the effects though. I think no and low-caffeine teas generally help me during my period. Can't say I will go out of my way to purchase a large amount of, but still happy I tried it out.

I ordered this because I was looking for a different approach to help my PCOS symptoms. I just happened to run into this tea after researching herbs that help with the disease. This tea happens to contain a lot of the recommended herbs. Wish me luck. I will probably have to drink it daily.

I love this blend. Hot or cold, sweetened or unsweetened. This is the best tea I've found for helping to ease menstrual discomfort, both physical and mental, and it tastes wonderful. Highly recommend.

I like this tea a lot. In the past I have done my own custom blends with lemon balm, raspberry leaf, and fennel. This tastes much better than my custom blends.

My mother decided to drink this while she was feeling under the weather and woke up the next morning feeling so much better. She also said it was the freshest tea she has ever had

A nice blend, pleasant to drink and smell. And a slight sweet kick when oat milk and honey added. Did use 2 teaspoons for a cup. I like my tea strong even if herbal.

I am a dude, so no period issues. I also don't normally like rooibos, but the blending here made this taste pretty good. If you like rooibos, you will probably love this.

This tea definitely seems to help ease the discomfort of my cramps and helps with the stomach issues that go along with my period.

Anti inflammatory tea I bought to help me. It's a nice blend with chamomile elements and not too much caffeine to wake one up. I can definitely taste the fennel, and it mixes nicely.
★★★☆☆
This tea is not my fav. The taste is fine, and it brews as a fun red color, although I have not personally had any symptom relief after drinking it. Of course, this tea is not the end-all-be-all for cramps. Either way, I enjoy drinking it for the taste

I did not buy this for it's intended purpose...although, I will try to get my daughter to try it. I was really just interested in the ingredients and sampling it. I am not a red rooibos fan, but found it to be enjoyable in this blend. I really enjoyed this cup with a smidge of honey. I get the raspberry and lemon with mild notes of the rooibos and chamomile. I couldn't detect the jasmine or fennel. Looking forward to trying a larger bag soon!

It does what it's meant to do in that it relieves bloating and cramping; but I just can't get over the strong licorice/anise taste. If the amount were lowered this would be the perfect period tea.

rasberry leaf + my uterus = BFFs. I have severe flipping periods and this tea really helps so much. I drink it throughout the day during and it is a flipping godsend. My only criticism is the tin. Wtf? Why is there a ballet dancer on the inside of the lid? It makes me angry and honestly it’s insulting. No one has their period and dances with joy and this kind of weird misogynistic messaging is so over.

Good as an herbal remedy for exactly as it claims! Also solid for accompanying nausea imho.
★★★★★
This tea came just in time to help this lady month. It helped out so much with the discomfort, the bloating and even the nausea that I have been experiencing recently. Has a very herbally taste to it , but there’s enough raspberry where I don’t mind. And I like herbally teas to begin with. I personally add a teaspoon of erithyritol and it’s perfect for when i don’t want to break my fast/ add sugar to my diet.

The aroma of this tea is very enticingly raspberry-forward, but that zingy sweetness is dampened in the actual brewing. It gets a little lost in the chamomile, but the chamomile (much to my delight, as I don’t actually like chamomile) gets hidden well amongst the raspberry and aniseed. It’s a flavor combination unlike any ice had before, and I can’t really explain it other than to say it’s fruity, floral, and pretty sweet even without sugar. It’s also NOT a subtle taste, and was a bit difficult for me to finish a whole cup of before it had cooled beyond my liking. Weirdly, the texture is sort of thick after brewing (it’s a bit heavy??), and it is VERY dry, meaning I had to pretty much immediately follow the mug with some ice water.
That said, it is tasty and I’ll be trying it more.
As for the health benefits during your moon? As luck would have it, I am testing this at the perfect time, and can say… jury’s out. The only POTENTIAL change I’m noticing is that it -maybe- has helped to clear out “the red stuff” a little quicker than before, but this was also accompanied by a very sharp and very sudden cramp to announce the change. I don’t seem to be as bloated as expected, but everything else is absolutely at my normal levels (back pain, migraines, joint weakness, etc), so I’d definitely hold my breath on this actually having huge benefits for menses. I suspect the minor changes I noted are just random coincidence, rather than tea affect.
Still. Glad to have tried, and to try again and again. Will not go to waste, though not yet sure if i anticipate reordering.

I felt that this had some improvements to be made myself. The flavor isn't particularly appealing. Its somewhat hard to explain; it almost tasted like... cardboard?

I don't care for the taste very much, but that may be because I don't normally like green teas. However, it is very soothing when I am cramping.
