This is one of my favorites, the smell and taste definitely stand out, great if you like raspberry teas

This one was quite good. I bought it for alleviating discomfort but find it a nice blend of raspberry with lemon notes. I’ll reorder this one. Depending on one’s taste, this one was just fine black.

This is an interesting tea. I do find that it helps with the feelings of yuck during my cycle. It has a great flavor profile so im not over stimulated while being cranky.

This tea is easily one of my favorites. The moment you open the bag the aroma of the leaves and tea is absolutely phenomenal. The taste is light and slightly sweet (maybe the raspberry leaves 🍃) but it's also relaxing and calming to me especially when needed most during those monthly crampy/headachy times. Easily one of the best teas I've tested from Adagio.

I don’t know if it’s the Placebo Effect or not, but I absolutely love this tea blend and I definitely recommend.

Andrea (updated): Brew 10mins at 212°F for most effective use of the herbs. If you're sensitive to rooibos or licorice, 5 mins at 200°F will taste better, just less effective. Honestly, this is one of those medicinal teas that only taste good when you need it. I fully recognize that this is bad tasting tea while also enjoying its soothing flavor during my period. The need for it makes it tasty. It helps that I like all the ingredients separately as well. Honey softens the bitters of scalded green tea, but it will bring forward the licorice and chamomile. A splash of milk would tame the rooibos, but only if you're desperate as I think it would throw off the balance of the whole cup. Don't chill it if you want the medicinal effect. Edit: After many experiments, I have now learned what to add to make this a palatable cup of tea!

Lynn: I don't need it and decided not to taste it based on the strong smell.

the rooibos stands out too much for me personally, unlike other reviews mentioned. raspberry leaf was nice! Good flavor. Not really for me. Didn’t think it helped with my cramps personally.

So this tea is not bad, but maybe just not for me. I really enjoy rooibos and fennel seed and almost all the other ingredients on this list, but I really am not a fan of chamomile. It may be able to be chalked up to CT packet disparity, but for me this one was just missing the flavors of many of the list. I got rooibos for sure and loved that as a base. I also liked the lemon balm coming through lightly as well. Unfortunately chamomile really came through strong and covered almost everything else for me and made this one just ok. Glad I got to try this one even if it's not for me. 213° 10 min

I found the taste of this tea to be like drinking a field. I think the licorice helped so it didn't taste grassy like I find most greens, but it still wasn't a preferred taste.

This is another 'kitchen sink' herbal blend. There are a lot of different flavors, but they seem to work well together. It's not one I would buy regularly, but a small stash would be good to have on hand for stomach issues.

I didn't know this tea existed but wowza! This is amazing! I seem to have a new tea in my rotation

It's herbaceous and sweet with an unexpected tinge of smoke flavor (maybe an odd way to interpret the raspberry leaf?). But I'm craving more for some reason. It's nice to have a medicinal tea with some caffeine for sickly mornings.

Very earthy chamomile taste (almost exclusively) with a faint taste of raspberry. Couldn't really taste lemon balm or fennel.

Chamomile and light raspberry scent. The fruity and floral scent reminds me of thorny vines like brambles and rose bushes. The chamomile flavor was pretty strong with a slight tanginess from raspberry. It tasted very planty.

CommuniTEA sample, 5 min @ 212 F, second cup for 10 min @ 212 F. 212 is too hot for this blend. In the future, I will try 180, because immediately I could taste how bitter the green tea was. I found the mix of the jasmine chun hao, the rooibos, the lemon balm, and the chamomile to almost be like spearmint. Overall, the tea was floral, like I said, a little bit bitter, but not too bad.

Not a blend I was enamored with. I'm all for a tasty herbal, but all I could taste was rooibos and raspberry. I was waiting for jasmine and lemon balm to make an appearance, but they were complete no-shows. There was a natural sweetness to this blend, but I needed a little bit more of somethin' in my cup.

Incredibly medicinal tasting, but a great blend for for ailments. I wish it didn't have the rooibos.

I love the flavor of this tea. I drink it during my monthly menstrual cycles and I can tell it helps ease my hormones.

I went out on a limb to give this and another medicinal tea a try to see if either would help with cramping and other related medical monthly issues. The taste is... Interesting. I can't quite put it into words, but something along sweet, yet savory? Floral, but earthy? I wouldn't call it bad, I wouldn't say it's a top favorite either, but I can say the blend is very well balanced. As for the medicinal properties, it works pretty well, if anything I'm at least a lot more relaxed.

The floral flavor is very delicate and relaxing. It’s not as “in your face” as most herbal teas are.

One of the few rooibos blends that I actually enjoy. It's a very intriguing flavor profile. Good for easing cramps, but also good for everyday stomach discomfort.
Update: the more I've drank this tea, the less fond of it I am because it does have a slight aftertaste that seems to linger on my palate.

I liked this red tent tea. Not usually a fan of raspberry leaf tea, but this tea is a really smart blend

Tasted terrible (to me) but somehow did help take the edge off my cramps! I drank a cup before bed on day 1 and managed to sleep through the night without waking to take my next dose of pain meds (I have to take them religiously on days one and two to function). I keep a small stash on hand and will myself to drink it because it helps.

This is a strange combo. It tastes like I imagine a roobios mint would, despite not having mint.

Well, this blend yielded a surprising result. The initial combination of rooibos, jasmine tea, chamomile and raspberry results in an almost minty sensation. Though it's not quite a minty flavor, it has that cooling sensation reminiscent of mint. This sits atop a pleasant raspberry flavor that a touch of sweetener enhances. As it cools, the chamomile becomes more distinct, so I prefer this hotter. I can't speak to the concoction's efficacy, though, as this medicinal blend came up about a week later in the CommuniTEA rotation than I needed it. (5 minutes @ 190F)

As a wellness tea, I don't know how effective this tea is. I will say it is soothing to my stomach and tastes pretty good. That said I generally don't drink camomile so it won't go on my wish list.

Adagio's Red Tent wellness tea is a soothing and flavorful blend that provides a nice balance of taste and health benefits. This tea includes rooibos, raspberry green, Jasmine Chun Hao tea, chamomile flowers, raspberry leaves, lemon balm, and fennel seed. The rich, earthy notes from the rooibos are beautifully complemented by the fruity raspberry green tea and the floral jasmine and chamomile. The addition of lemon balm and fennel seed adds a subtle, refreshing twist. Beyond its delightful taste, this tea offers anti-inflammatory benefits, making it a good choice for promoting relaxation and well-being.

Most of this blend I’m good with, but I just couldn’t get past the red rooibos. This blend was put together for the medicinal benefits, which are many. If you don’t mind rooibos this is a very nice herbal helper.

It's drinkable; definitely tastes like a health tea. It's pretty smooth, so that's nice, and I can see this helping settle someone's belly if they're feeling icky. Steeped 5 min @ 195º.

This is a delicious herbal blend. None of the ingredients dominates but they all work together to make a wonderful cup. My first impression when sipping was how incredibly smooth the tea is. It's soft, and almost syrupy and certainly a comforting feeling springs to mind. It's lightly aromatic and sweet to taste with a touch of raspberry. This is a great choice for any time.

The main taste I get from this tea is chamomile. I get a fresh hint of raspberry, which is a nice twist. :) But I think I wouldn't buy this tea for the taste. I'll update If I notice any effect on my body 😄
