What a terrific surprise to enjoy this relaxing herbal tea, today. A wonder of Mother Earth. All flavors came through nicely and worked well together.

The lemon verbena gave a subtle brightness to earthy chamomile and savory fennel seed and coriander while aniseed and fenugreek offered a touch of natural sweetness to the blend. The peppermint taste was delightful, a tummy warmer and seemed to tie all the flavors together without being overwhelming.

My CT packet had 2 tsp. of all listed ingredients in various shades of sage. Brewed 12 oz. at 212*F for 7 minutes. The golden colored liquor was an easy sip after sweetening with light agave. A 6 oz. resteep was milder and more minty in flavor but very tasty. This healthy helpful tea for mamas is a pleasantly flavorful one and caff free too for night time calm.

There is the unique aroma of lemon and mint. This steeps into a clear, yellow gold color. The lemon and mint hit my tongue first, however the fennel and aniseed soon take over and are too strong for my palate. Good tea if unwell, but not something I would drink for fun. (10 min @ 212ºF).

This makes a nice, relaxing cup of tea. The fennel seed and aniseed are a treat.

While I can’t speak to the claim to assist with lactation (WAY past that point in life), I can say that this was a unique and smooth blend that felt very light and relaxing. I could taste both fennel and aniseed, as well as chamomile, but found the lemon and peppermint to be the predominant tastes. This would be a great tea to unwind with at the end of the day.

All ingredients were accounted for in my communiTEA packet. Mild licorice and lemon aromas were noted.

I had 3.17 grams of ingredients, enough for a ~13 ounce medium strength steep. I steeped at 212°F for seven minutes.

When hot, mild fennel and anise licorice flavors were noted. Fenugreek flavors were mild and caramel-y. Mild lemon flavors were noted from the coriander and verbena. I added ¼ of sugar to assist other flavors to bloom.

When warm, mild peppermint and chamomile flavors were noted. All other flavors moderated in intensity. The fenugreek was especially noticeable by providing a caramel sweetness and depth of flavor that smoothed all the other bold flavors together. I use fenugreek in saucy Indian dishes.

This blend of spices will definitely wake up your palate! (7 mins @ 212ºF, ¼ tsp sugar)

aniseed is contraindicated for lactation and not an equivalent to fennel. @adagioteas

I bought this for my wife and she loves it. It has a very pleasant smell, and I've stolen a couple of sips and find the taste to be equally pleasant. I believe that it has aided in her production. I've had to buy a new chest freezer as she has taken over the top freezer of our dual unit with milk.

Amazing tea! The mint adds a smooth texture and favor! But the aroma of the tea is relaxing and perfect to end your night

This tea is good if you like fennel/licorice. I m not the biggest fan but otherwise good tea.

very very nice. i don't know which ingredient in the blend makes that perfect balance, but it just instantly gives me a good time when i steep a cup.

I did not notice a difference one way or another in my milk supply, but it was a very good tea!

Well, taste itself is not that bad, I can feel mostly chamomile taste. But the it has some strange smell because of aniseed. I personally don't like aniseed smell, so if somebody doesn't like this smell, I will do not recommend this tea.

This has a good mix of flavors. Doctors advise being careful about what herbal tea you drink when pregnant so I don't drink it too frequently just to be safe.

This tea is fantastic to help with both relaxation and opening up your nose/sinuses so that you can breath at night. It's tastes goo too.

I steep this for 10 minutes for a stronger flavor. I have noticed a bit of an uptick in supply from the fennel and fenugreek. It’s a pretty mild tea and definitely pleasant.

Mamma Mia is an interesting mix of different plants and herbs that makes a calming cup of tea.

Chamomile Flowers are the dominant taste to me in this tea over all the tea is very mellow in flavor. Not my cup of tea though.

Bought this tea more so for the taste not so much for what it is supposed to do. Love this tea with a little sugar added. It does reduce some stress but not enough to make me sleepy like some teas that have chamomile in it.

Bought as a gift. Will update if/when she gets around to trying it.

The predominant flavors are chamomile and anise. I am enjoying calming cup of it at this very moment. It has a refreshing finish and no aftertaste.
