This is a yummy minty tea that doesn't seem medicinal at all. I'm that person that has to be in the mood for mint when I drink it, so this wouldn't be an anytime, all the time sippers, but it's a good choice when you need something refreshing.
This caffeine-free herbal blend of spearmint, fennel, and other relaxing herbs promises to soothe digestive discomfort.

Minty sweet herbal with notes of fennel and lemon. Nice to sip when you want something calming and soothing. Cheers!
This is a delicious tea that needs no sweetener (and I love adding sugar to tea). I’m long beyond needing the intended purpose but I will remember it if my children decide to make another generation! I steeped at 195 degrees for 5 minutes.
I was really surprised by this tea! I go into trying out “indigestion” teas with an ambivalent attitude as some have helped me and some have definitely made the situation worse. I’m wary of mint as I feel it can exacerbate my issues. However, this blend definitely made me feel better on a day where my tummy was behaving less than optimally. Imagine the thrill I felt! Hooray! So, there’s no baby on the horizon for me, but I would still recommend this tea! It works! Also, it tastes pretty yummy too–it’s not medicinal in the slightest. It’s got a mint/licorice vibe that doesn’t even require sweetener. So, whether you are expecting or not, I think this tea will deliver great expectations to you! Happy Sipping!
Great for tummy aches
Not just for pregnant women
Good for food babies
THAT bloated belly
When man/woman overeats
And needs stretchy pants….
(Haiku Review)
An enjoyable minty tea - it's simultaneously bright and soothing, and I'd drink it again even though I'm not and will never again be expecting. Steeped 8 min @ 195º.
Now this is an herbal tea I can appreciate. It doesn't look like kool aid, or taste sour or end up circling the drain. This is the real deal, with a harmonious mix of lemon, fennel and spearmint. The citrus and the mint are so good together; with the fennel being the wallflower in the blend. (And who doesn't love a wallflower?!) This is my new go-to herbal tea.
It smells good but not a herbal medicinal tea I have in my stash. I love all the ingredients...and the taste was good. Very relaxing cup of tea. Mint and fennel together was a nice combo.
This is quite the minty sweet tea - I don't even taste the rooibos or much fruitiness. It's bright and calming with a bright pleasant aftertaste. Not bad, just not a flavor profile I would seek out. I'm not pregnant, but have had an upset stomach recently. While this tea doesn't worsen my symptoms, I don't find it as useful as an electrolyte drink for calming the upset. So while this isn't a great tea for me personally, I think it would make a fantastic gift for a pregnant friend.
Yes, yes, and yes! What a wonderful tea! I am NOT pregnant but this tea tastes soooo good that I make it almost daily. Keep it in stock, please!
This is great, but it basically just tastes like peppermint tea...so I might as well just get peppermint tea *shrugs*
I'm not expecting, but this tea is delicious anyway.
A new fav! The loose tea smells most like lemon and spearmint. It taste great! Very bright. Like I’m drinking sunshine.
Unfortunately I did not like this tea. It tastes very medicinal. It is worth getting if you like a fennel licorice taste. If you don’t I would definitely pass on this tea.
Soothing tea
For the stomach. Great flavor must follow directions or the tea could be biter
I like everything about this except for the fennel. It gives it a strange aftertaste, which kind of ruins the rest of the flavors for me. If I mix it with a little more rooibos, it is a little better.
I love drinking this when i accidently eat gluten.. it helps relieve bloating @adagioteas
Somewhat medicinal tasting, but pleasant for an upset stomach. The strongest smell for me is fennel, but there's no single dominant flavor. This is a very earthy lightly sweet tea that reminds me of tulsi (also called holy basil.)
A decent pregnancy tea, blended with rooibos for a caramel flavour. Be careful to finish before delivery, since spearmint is contraindicated for lactation. @adagioteas
The raspberry leaves in this tea do not mix with the other ingredients in the tea. I put my tea in tea jars and my jar is filled with clumps of raspberry leaves on top and the other ingredients mixed together at the bottom. Because of this mixing issue, each cup of tea is inconsistent. I have to scoop the mixed tea parts and then decide how much of the raspberry leaves to add.
The flavour of the tea is okay though - not amazing but not bad.
Bought this as a gift for a friend and she loved it!
This is one of the only things I ve found that helps with my nausea and still tastes good.
very nice cup of herb tea. i bought a handful of none caffeine teas from adagio and this was one of the good purchases.
This tastes SO GOOD! I wish I got it while I was still pregnant to see if it helped with heartburn or made labor easier.
Good for exactly what ails you but not my favourite to drink otherwise. My sister said it did really help her during her pregnancy.
Better iced than hot; this has a minty, earthy flavor. The licorice/anise/fennel flavor was odd with the lemony mint.
Love this tea- the spearmint comes through nicely, while the lemon verbena and red raspberry leaf add a nice undertone.
I m not expecting yet so I can t speak to whether it helps with that but I would recommend this based on flavor. I was worried that the fennel in this would be too strong because I don t like fennel. I couldn t taste it at all, thank goodness. It tastes like a complex mint tea. I recommend.
This tea is a nice minty tea. It does have some earthiness to it but not to much to overwhelm you. To me the raspberry is a little to subtle but would drink this again
Purchased this as a gift and had great reviews! I didn t try it personally, but i might!
I got this for a coworker and she was very happy with the aroma. It is pretty hard to please a pregnant nose!
Really like the raspberry leaf in this tea - I find myself adding some of this to my other 40-winks tea as a blend!
Ordered this for my sister, she says it's amazing and really helps with her severe sickness.
I love this rooibos tea enriched with rose hips, raspberry leaves, and light minty undertones.
Exactly what I craved. Very refreshing and satisfying flavor, surely going to help with nausea and sweet tooth
Has really good flavor seemed subtle in fruity flavor. Smelled good when it was steeping, I don't think this is a tea for me. It is good one the less
Unremarkable tea. I didn't miss it when I finished the sample.
A well received gift! They found it to be thoughtful and interesting
A wonderful and smooth blend of raspberry and rooibos.
Bought this as I heard that it can help with labor. Started drinking it this week and actually really love the taste! Really hope this helps me with my labor.
This tea tastes good. I did nothing for my nausea but it's still a pleasant drink for when I'm not sick.
More like underwhelming, had no flavor and I'm glad It's just a sample size
