★☆☆☆☆

Sadly, I think this is the least favorite of all the Adagio teas I've tried. Not particularly strong on berry or wine notes.

Thought I would like this one more based on previous reviews. It is good but very similar to many others and don't really taste elderberry.

★★★★★

Love this one iced! I brew it pretty strong for iced tea. Adding a little sugar or simple syrup takes it to another level but it's also nice plain.

I really enjoyed this sample. It s great with a little raw honey. It s not too tart. The flavors are very well balanced.

Pretty good blend of flavors

I was expecting more depth with this tea. It's not bad on it's own, but seems better blended with other teas.

★★★★★

This was very tasty. I had it both hot and iced. I think I liked it better hot!

★★★★☆

It was good. I'm not a wine drinker, but it did give a sour bitter taste that I think wine drinkers will love.

★★★★☆

The berry flavor is pretty good. Not sure I would call it wine, but it makes a nice iced tea.

Love this one! Tart and tangy, plus the red color makes for beautiful mixed drinks. A little dragonfruit rum, and you're ready to go!

I think I was expecting more berry flavor. Don t brew too long or else the tea will get a bitter taste. I sweetened with honey and it was pretty tasty.

★★★★★

This tea is great. I bought this tea because a local winery makes Elderberry Wine and it is amazing. Just perfect and just sweet enough that it did not need any sugar.

I wish there were more elderberries in this, because I love them, but I do appreciate this unique offering!! Might get more actually.

★★★★★

Love it! It s very well balanced for a fruit tea. It also has a nice, mildly tangy, after taste!

I made this cold brewed and I did not particularly enjoy it. There is something in it that tastes like ketchup to me - I will try it hot this winter and see if that translates better!

★★★★☆

I live most herbals. I was definitely not disappointed in the elderberry wine tea. I only went 8 min because I got impatient. A true must try!

This tisane smells pretty good, but the flavor is pretty weak, even when steeped for closer to 10 minutes. The flavor that is there is pretty tasty though, so I'm pleased with it.

I love this tea it is rich and very soothing on both the stomach and throat.

This is really good, surprisingly good! I don t know exactly what I expected when I decided to try a sample. I assumed it would be similar to sangria, which I can t stand. But it s a lovely, dark fruity tisane that s not too sweet. It s tart and fruity enough to be complex but not complicated or overwhelming. This is going to be a regular in my summer iced tea rotation. I ll try it hot when the weather gets cold.

Although it has a stronger flavor than most of the fruit-based teas, that flavor is tart and sour. I am not a fan of this one.

I expected to love this, but it s just okay. It doesn t have strong or unique flavor, in my opinion. It s good enough to drink but I won t be coming back for more of this particular blend..

★★★★☆

This tea is good but not great! I may be spoiled because I iusually LOVE all of my tea purchases.

★★★★★

This was just as good as it sounds! Very bold and yummy!

I enjoyed this one. It is a little on the tart side, but has a nice lemony berry flavor. It kind of reminds me of Bella Luna Blue.

Wow, this tea was tart! I understand what the flavor profile was supposed to be, but I don't think it was really achieved; the hibiscus in this really overpowered the rest of the flavors in this blend. If you are a fan of hibiscus, go for it, but if you're looking for the namesake of this tea, I don't think you will find it. I tried this iced, hot, and cold brewed. The flavors were most intense in the cold brew, and I preferred this hot (surprisingly, since it's a hibiscus based tea).

Not really what I was expecting...can't say it was good, but can't say it was bad either. Definitely doesn't remind me of wine/sangria.

★★★☆☆

As other reviewers have mentioned, this tea is very tart. Also, the hibiscus overpowers the other flavors. It reminds me of Tazo’s Passion tea, so if you are looking for something similar, then this is a good choice.

A very deep, rich flavor. Excellent hot, not sure how I'd like it iced. Also feels more like a wintery herbal blend. Definitely tasty, but not replacing my favorite pomegranate grove.

It's worth noting that I almost passed on this one completely as I'm not a fan of fruit based herbals (or hibiscus, for that matter). However the reviews left me hopeful that this would be one of the exceptions, so I bit. Sadly, it was not an exception.

This tea was just gross. Maybe I used too much tea because it was so strong and overwhelming. I took a sip and had to throw it down the drain. For some weird reason all I could taste and smell was tomato juice.

★★★★★

Great new blend for this fruity Elderberry tea. Brewed this for 3-5 minutes for a flavorful cup.

Having never tasted an actual elderberry, I can t vouch how spot on this is or isn t, but I can tell you it s a lovely, slightly fruity, tisane. The color is lovely, the smell is excellent. Took a little bit of sweetener to bring out the flavors. I m glad I got the sample--would recommend to herbal lovers!

very reminiscent of berry blast. i have never tasted an elderberry so this was a first. it has a very distinct flavor almost tart but not quite. might be due to the cranberry but the lemongrass keeps it from getting out of hand. quite refreshing would be good iced

This tea tastes great! It’s sweet and tart. It’s great hot and Iced. I would warn that it’s super strong. I used about half of the recommended amount of tea per cup and it was perfect.

The elderberry flavor does come through quite clearly with this tea, which is great! I m not sure this will be one of the 3-4 herbal teas I keep stocked, but I can wholeheartedly recommend ordering a sample of this if you re the least bit curious (and you should be!)

This was very tart due to the cranberry and elderberry. I do understand the wine flavor coming from it, however the suggested time steeping 5-10 minutes steeping is way too long. I adjusted to my taste by adding a white pomegranate tea. This add some more sweetness to it and steeped it for 3 minutes to lighten the flavor and honey. If you like tart tea go for it but unfortunately this wasn't my cup of tea. I prefer sweeter wine, if you like more dry wine I say give it a shot.

This is very nice. It has a nice mellow berry flavor. I do admit though I care for the berry compote tea more.

★☆☆☆☆

The instructions say to steep for 10 minutes which turns the tea into a soup almost. The tangy swill leaves an unpleasant aftertaste that lingers on. Skip this one.
