As far as wellness teas go, this one has a decent flavor. I predominantly tasted the peppermint. If I were not feeling well, I'd consider drinking this tea, but not really because I enjoyed the flavor.
Blended with helpful ingredients such as mullein and eucalyptus which are traditionally used to support lung health and keep you breathing easy.

I liked this one, far less slimy than some of the Traditional Medicinal blends, I am not sure how it worked though because I'm taking so much other stuff, but it tasted nice
Pretty middle-of-the-road as far as medicinal teas go. I wasn't having any breathing issues while drinking this, so I can't really attest to how well it works for that, but taste-wise, it wasn't bad, but it wasn't good. A solid 3-star tea.
This one surprised me in a couple different ways. Initial sniff, I got warm spices, which surprised me. Second sniff was mint and eucalyptus. I wondered how these would all meld together. The result is oddly delicious. It seems like they shouldn’t work together, but they do.
This tea is VERY powerful, but in an energizing, not overstimulating/overwhelming way. I wouldn’t drink it every day, but if I were sick, I’d definitely reach for it.
This one is a little too hippie for me. There are just some odd tastes here that stick with me after the sip. The peppermint and eucalyptus vibe on the front end is nice, complemented by the cinnamon. But the aftertaste on my tongue is just plain weird. It's like...roots? Savory dirt? Whatever it is, I just want to scrape my tongue off. I wasn't having any breathing issues when I drank this cup, so I can't attest to whether the brew works medicinally either. If it helped you breathe well, super! I would probably go another route to unclog my snoz. Happy Sipping!
I will probably never be someone who shouts 'Herbal tea is my passion!', but this one could have been perfect if the peppermint was missing in action. I have allergies and although this tea did not help me breathe better, I did enjoy the combo of ginger, cinnamon and fennel seed. I did not taste any schisandra berry. On the cool down, the peppermint began to recede and let the spices take over. All in all, a decent wellness tea to sip on when you feel less than stellar.
Upon opening the package of tea, all I could smell was the eucalyptus and a little peppermint. All I could taste was the eucalyptus. Not for me.
UPDATE:
I still appreciate this tea; it feels good going down, and just inhaling the steam and aroma makes you feel refreshed. It does benefit from a little sweetener.
Original review 8/7/22:
This will certainly open up the airways. It smells and tastes like a health tea, but not in a bad way. It's just not one you'd likely reach for if you felt like a casual cuppa. That said, I appreciated it!
If allergies flare
I would reach for this tea quick
For tasty self care
(Haiku Review)
In the bag: Colors range from light green to light orange. Plenty of finely chopped green leaves of various kinds. Several hunks of dried orange rind. A few pieces of cinnamon bark.
On the nose (pre-steep): Peppermint and eucalyptus are loud and proud. Undertone of sugar. It reminds me of minty chewing gum. I can tell other flavors are here but it's hard to pick them out.
On the nose (post-steep): No change from pre-steep other than a touch less sugar.
On the tongue (pre-sweetener): Peppermint and eucalyptus are still here but are joined by new flavors. Something spicy - perhaps ginger and cinnamon. Hints of licorice.
On the tongue (post-sweetener): Sweetener had brought eucalyptus and peppermint back to the fore. Still a hint of spice, but it has become faint.
Opinion: An excellent tea with layers to savor. I think it's better without sweetener since the cinnamon and ginger bring a savory angle that adds depth. But if you're in a minty dessert mood, then load on the sugar.
Preparation: First steep 7 min, second steep 14 min. Both @ 212 ℉. ½ teaspoon monk fruit sweetener.
This is a nice mint and eucalyptus flavor. I would definitely want this on hand for cold and allergy season.
Main flavors are fennel and mint… Not a bad trade off to keep around for when you’re sick. The flavor isn’t an every day drink, but it did help to open up breathing passages. Overall the flavor is okay/good, while the effects are great.
Medicinal taste but seems to clear my sinuses. Improves with a bit more mint. Fresh lemon juice is my favorite addition.
Great wellness tea. Blends well, with Lavender Lemon, Citrus Mint for a great tasting wellness 'cuppa' tea. This tea helped me get through COVID.
I loved this tea immediately and could feel it opening up my breathing after just a few sips. I was a skeptic initially but soon realized this tea did what it promised. Love this blend and will be ordering more.
Love this stuff. I just picked up a bag of it after my sample ran out. I don't know if it helps me breathe, but I do enjoy the flavor a lot. The eucalyptus is not too overpowering, which I worried about.
great flavor! helped with chest congestion, which has been an issue for me for awhile before drinking this tea
I think this is a fine enough herbal tea. However, I find that I need to mix it with this ::other:: mint tea (Minty Comfort) for me to really enjoy.
This is by far my favorite tea. The second I even smell it, it opens my nose right up!
I got this as a gift for my girl who has chronic cough and cold symptoms especially in the winter months and this has quickly become a household favorite and go-to tea for her. Very happy with this purchase.
Very pleasantly fragrant, and has a smooth flavor. Brewed strong enough, it will definitely open up your airways.
I love this tea. It's refreshing and minty; exactly what I want when I'm stuffed up or not feeling well
A little bit of every herb to cure what ails you. This is my favorite evening tea when I'm not at 100%. The licorice helps soothe a scratchy throat, the ginger helps settle an upset stomach, the mint clears my head and refreshes me. Love a tea with unusual ingredients like fennel too. Not an everyday tea, but great when you need a soothing boost to your senses.
Mild, mint tea. A little grassy. Definitely medicinal, but not unpleasant to drink. Especially while sick.
This blend had a really interesting smell when I opened the package, and I was excited to try it. But, brewing it according to the package instructions just made it taste like slightly dirty peppermint tea. The peppermint overshadowed everything else, basically. Also didn't do anything for my sinuses or lungs, but I wasn't expecting a lot of that front. Overall it was just ok.
Very pleasant, great for drinking when feeling under the weather. Although the aroma of eucalyptus was not as strong as I had imagined.
Aside from functioning quite well as a tea to help with chest colds, the warm spice in here makes it a pleasure to drink as well. Steeping for a full ten minutes doesn't extract anything harsh, just deepens flavor and hopefully ups the health benefits. Got this as a sample and am back to order a bag, it's good.
Love it. Very tasty and does exactly what promised. Will buy again and use for presents for my family too.
I bought this for my housemate and she really enjoys it! She says it tastes like it smells, and is great for clearing up the lungs.
This really works to clear the sinuses. I am a bit afraid of the eucalyptus though as I thought it was toxic but I guess in small doses in tea the dried leaves are safe. This is cooling and helped me get through a nasty cold.
This is a great herbal tea and while it doesn't have a total full body taste, still holds its own. I only steep once.
It’s like I knew I was gonna get sick. The tea is tasty and smells so good. I always do peppermint when I don’t feel good, this blend is perfect to help heal. Not sure if it shortened my actual sick, but definitely relieved some symptoms.
Perfect blend with mint and citrus! It's my go to when I start to feel run down. Highly recommend it when you have a cold.
A good go to tea when sick or congested. It has a minty sweetness to it that I really enjoy
LOVE this so much but didn't realize it was a green tea and I have to be careful after lunch with Caffeine
A soothing tea that reminds me of a little more spiced version of Minty Comfort.
I ordered this to try when I’m struggling with my breathing. I’m an asmatic, and at times it flares up, and I like to find natural ways try And help. This works well to open up my breathing and it’s calming as well.
Lovely tea for when you are congested. I steep for the full time . 10 minutes and add honey
Really loved this blend, it has a very pleasant and light taste. Really good tea for mid-day - i also like to breathe in the tea. Helps clear up my lungs
I love this tea!! So needed when you’re sick and tasted so good!
Surprisingly tasty! It tastes more minty than medicinal and I got two pots out of one batch of leaves. I'll probably actually order a full size of this one.
Pleasant flavor and aroma, comforting when I was suffering with a bad cold. Not my favorite, however…I actually find the Double Ginger more helpful in fighting cold or sinus symptoms.
The mix of ingredients and flavors in this tea make for a tasty and complex cup of tea. Adding honey does heighten the taste.
Fresh! I personally find this an amazing morning tea! The mint really seems to wake me in the morning.
Purchased this to stock up as the one I normally buy was getting hard to find. I find adagio's version so much better and I love the addition of peppermint and fennel. The fires have made the skies and air awful here so this comes in handy so much lately and helps a lot to cut through the asthma wheeze for myself or that scratchy throat feeling.
Breathe Well is a refreshing and cooling herbal blend. As someone who deals with asthma, I’ve added this to my daily self-care regimen. It’s a delicious way to do something good for your lungs. It’s excellent paired with Adagio’s raw Manuka honey.
It's a really great end of the day drink, I pair it with hearty meals on the spicier side. It goes really well with muffins in all sorts. I bring it to just before a boil and a lot of the time I drink it at night.
This tea surprised me. I got it as a free sampler, and looking at the ingredients, it has all the things I don't like in teas (like mint, licorice, lemongrass)... yet somehow together it actually tastes not bad. The minty-ness helps clear up the sinuses and makes you feel refreshed when you have a stuffy nose. I will definitely keep some on hand for when I have a cold.
This is one of my favorites. It makes me feel better inside and it tastes like wellness. Perfect hot tea if your a lil stuffy or just need a warm hug.
Very medicinal tasting -but exactly what I need when my asthma and allergies are acting up! Earthy goodness to ease the worst symptoms :)
