Great containers for storing tea and keeping it fresh. They stack so it is easy to keep them out of the way in my cabinet. Love the blue color!

These small bins are nice to store my tea at work. Makes for easy transport

Since Adagio doesn't sell their large amounts of tea in the tins anymore I bought the set of 3. They are great - I've used one for my Amy Pond tea (delicious!) and now use the others to hold my River Song and John's sweater mixes. Thank you for keeping them so fresh! Can't wait to get more in the Spring (tea and containers!).

I love these tins! They are cute and the perfect size for 3-4 oz orders. Be careful opening the package - I scratched the tops of all 3 of mine opening the box with scissors!

The containers seal well and stack which is handy in my cupboard. There needs to be a LABELING system!! What if Adagio had a peel off part of their label for all of their teas that we could put on these tins or our own other containers? Genius.

Great value and nice way to store tea rather than the bulky bags.

Update: After about a year of use 7 of my 18 tins have broken. The latch connected to the lid snaps off quite easily if dropped, but 6 of them just snapped off when latching- eventually the force of latching them closed, even when done carefully, is just more than they can take. Quite disappointing indeed- because they are quite wonderful otherwise. Sadly, this renders the tin useless- and now I have 7 to replace... I'm just not sure I will. :-(



These tins are just a terrific item. I love how the convex lid creates a slight magnification of the precious leaves, further showcasing the beauty of my beloved hand rolled Yunnan Noir and Black Dragon Pearls. The lid blocks UV rays as well, so light does not damage the product- but in full view without opening the canisters, you honestly *will* appreciate your teas more.

There is a small whitened area designated for labeling where you may inscribe such details as the name, water temperature and appropriate steeping time which can be handy if you have a large collection of teas where these variables count. I've also found that while a Sharpie will cleanly and permanently imprint the details of your perennial favorites- if you change your inventory often, that same Sharpie taken to a piece of Scotch tape placed over the labeling area peels away quite nicely when it's time to switch the data of a new tea.

Three in a pack- get a couple.

I bought my first set almost three years ago. They still look great and keep my tea fresh! I only wish there was a place for the tea name on each of them. Instead I make my own 'tags' with all the tea information to stick on the side.

My next set is the assorted colors of barn, daffodil, and grasshopper. I like having a different for each of my tea flavors (appropriately colored of course). They are just as great in my cupboard! My only disappointment is that I dropped the barn one right after I opened it and it broke!! The plastic top broke into several pieces! So bummed!

This tins are so cute! I really do love them. At first when I saw the curved tops I was really disapointed to think they wouldn't stack, but they do stack together very securely! My only suggestion is I wish they had a little transparent slot or pouch that I could slip a lable in so I know what's in the tin without having to unstack everything each time. Other than that they are fantastic.

Just the right size for my 3 oz purchases and takes up a lot less room.

I feel the red tin of green, red, and yellow looks the best. Otherwise quality seems fine. Will probably use as Xmas gifts.

These are by far the best tea tins I've ever used. I just wish they stacked a bit better.

These tins are the perfect size for tea! I tested it using a spearmint tea and I could not detect any hint of mint when the lid was closed. The clear lid allows me to view my beautiful tea without exposing it to more oxidation than necessary. Overall this is a wonderful product.

These tins do what they are supposed to do. I like the lid mechanism...I always end up spilling tea out of tins where I have to try to pry the tins off (I use the holiday tea tins as an example). I'm a little wary about the glass top - I know they say it is UV protected and all, but I still wonder about light hitting my tea. However, the tins are small enough that I will probably drink any tea stored in them before any of the light could have a detrimental effect. I will probably buy more - perhaps the larger ones next time

They are such festive colors and stack nicely on top of one another. The only thing that would make them better is a way to easily label them with what I put in them!

These tins are phenomenal, they keep my tea nice and fresh and look great sitting out on the counter. I got the blue ones, and I'll probably be buying more once I pick a few more teas out!

EDIT: After a while my tins are actually cracking along the tops, which makes them basically useless for storing tea. These are the only tins I've had that do this, so unfortunately I've had to switch to another brand.

Perfect for organization, one of my kids has a crack in it from dropping the tin but it gets the job done.
Used dry erase markers for changeable lables.

I like that they are stackable and have a see through top. I think the picture or description changed on the website, I thought it was a blue, yellow, red set, but it came with green and not blue. The website does say the colors now. I haven't had them long enough to know how well they keep the tea for long periods of time.

I purchased the set of green. They are the perfect size for the 3oz bags of tea that I purchased at the same time. Seals well while opening easily. Fits perfectly in my desk drawer but the ones I left at home stack in the pantry. The price for 3 couldn't be beat either.They also look nice! The color pictured actually matches what the color is in real life (hard to find for shades of green!).

They seem to do just fine keeping tea fresh. Clasp opens and closes easily. When I first got them they had an odd smell, but this went away completely after leaving them open for an hour or two.

I ordered the mixed set of colors to correspond to the 3 flavors (3 oz. loose tea) I also ordered. These tins are very nice, keep a good seal, and stack in the cupboard to save room.

I love these tins! They are bigger than I expected, so they are quite a good value. The latches open and close smoothly with a solid seal. They stack nicely, and they look really cute.

These tins are not small! I was very surprised by how much they hold and the price is extremely reasonable compared to what is on the market! They look small but are very generous in size. I ordered a 3oz bag of loose tea and it's very comfortably in the tin. An absolute must for loose tea! The box said daffodils and I got a green, red, and yellow tin set! I put a small removable label on top with steeping instructions and tea name! They look amazing on my counter top and I don't have to worry about light/air hurting my precious investment. Can't wait to try a cup in the morning!!!

These have been life savers, as I usually buy several kinds of tea and the options were either to keep most sealed as I worked on two, or had the others in my tall tea container, still in their bags, and making everything smell the same.

The only downsides is that I can really see when the 3oz bags of tea I purchase barely reach halfway in the container, and that there's no easy way to label them. I've opted for scotch tape and a sharpie, as that's easy to wipe off when there's a change in tea.

Perfect tins to keep my tea(s) fresh. The locking lid ensures that no air gets to the tea.

I am downgrading my review now because the latches are breaking. Disappointed.

Other reviews said these don't stack, but mine do. The lid is slightly domed, and the bottom is a matching slight concave. The latch is solid. The lid is a clear plastic. There is a small white oval to write a label. Some of the packages have peel off sticker labels, which are almost to large for the tin. They will work effectively, and I will probably purchase more, but they seem a little pricy to me.

Very cute! Also I did not realize this before purchasing, but the tins stack very nicely to make storage easy and compact.

These airtight tins are wonderful! The latch is easy to work, they stack and travel well, and they're nice to look at so I don't have to worry about sorting my tea away into the cabinets anymore. Perfect size to hold a 3 oz pouch of tea. Love it.

These tins are fantastic! They're a great way to organize and display your teas, and they're reusable, which is always a plus! I would highly recommend these, whether you need to store your teas or pretty much anything else!

I love these tins. I can't say I've tried everything when it comes to tins, but I can say that I have a shoe rack half-filled with useless ones in my house. I had almost given up finding the 'perfect' tin when I saw that Adagio sold their own. I decided to give it a shot, not expecting very much, but WOW these are AMAZING. My Irish Breakfast still smells as if I just opened the bag, and I've had these tins for a good while, probably a few months. Contrast this with some random tins I bought at another store which caused my Morrocan mint tea to lose its flavor and scent within the week. THANKS for such a GREAT product! My only complaint is that I bought these tins before the colors were available. Will be purchasing more as my tea collection expands.

These are fantastic! I love that I can see the tea and yet not worry about the light affecting the tea. Keeping my tea fresh is a priority, and I'm sure these will help. I cut the label off the bag and attached it to the tin with sticky tack (it looks like blue putty) which makes it easy to remove.

I just received my tins today. I like them a lot. I wish there was a way to impermanently display the contents and directions. I would love a way to transfer the labels on the tea bags directly to the container. For now, I've just cut the labels from the bags and taped it to each tin. Luckily the labels you use are minimalist and simple so it doesn't look too tacky. Other than that, they are great!

These tins look great, and are just the right size. They're easy to open and close, and they seal tightly.

It's nice to have simple and convenient storage for my tea, as I often spilled tea when measuring it out of the bag - especially when the bag is nearly empty. The tins solve that problem.
I cut the name and the brewing directions off of my bags of tea and tape them to the tin instead of writing in the name space, so that I can continue to reuse them.

These are a super cute way to store the tea on display.

I love these tins, but I really wish that Adagio had stuck with shipping tea in these instead of in tacky bags.

I love these tins! I can write (in pencil) the tea contents on the outside and change as I see fit.

Love these tins! I was a little skeptical that the 4 ounce would actually hold 4 ounces of tea but it did! I love the barn red color for my black tea, will buy green next for my green tea selections!
