The mug is well-made--The color is great, and I've had no problems with chipping or discoloration (only hand-washed). The infuser is easy to clean out, and the lid acts as a convenient saucer for the infuser.

Unfortunately, the red cup arrived with a small hairline crack in the base. Not evident until I brewed tea in the cup
Sturdy cup with a sturdy infuser. Currently my only one, and I usually have one or two cups of tea a day in it.
The only thing I don't love about this mug is that the infuser does not have holes on the bottom. It works just fine, but I find that the tea tends to float more on the top of the water while steeping. I 'fluffy' tea like something with a lot of chamomile kind of just sits there unless you lift the infuser out slightly and then put it back in to get the tea to really move around in the water and get a good steep.

I love this cup! So much that I bought one for my honey and son. It is sturdy, bright and the infuser is the best part of it. It doesn't matter the size of tea you put in it, small leaf or big it doesn't go through. It is easy to use and clean. The lid is wonderful too. I can drink my tea anywhere and not have to worry about fuss. Buying another one in pink!

This is probably my favourite infuser/cup combo to date. The mug holds a reasonable amount of tea, the infuser is easy to clean, and the colour matched my other red-ish mugs!
My husband bought this set for me so I could take it to work. It is great! At first, I had issues getting the leaves out of the infuser. It took a couple tries, but I think I got it down now! I really do love it. The mug is a nice size and the lid/coaster does it's job!
I now have several of these single infuser cups, they are great for when you want a separate type of tea than everyone else, or just want to make a single cup. I take mine to work and it makes for an easy cup of tea. I highly recommend them! The red color is very nice. it stands out quite a bit.

Super cute! I enjoy this cup and infuser. Excellent for the work place...that is if you work at a desk.) Infuser fits other cups as well. Sturdier than others I've seen and used. Though it makes it a bit difficult to rinse/clean of your already steeped tea I do like the solid bottom of the infuser for the fact that it doesn't drip all over! Though I bought it for myself this would make a great gift for any tea lover. (Hint hint!)

I like the fact that the cup stays hot longer than any of the ordinary mugs I have. The only thing I would change about the cup is that the handle is not wide enough to to fit all of my fingers into it. Also, it would be nice if the bottom of the infuser came off to allow easier emptying of the tea leaves.

I bought this as a Christmas gift. It was a great color and true to the picture. It is very sturdy and I like that the infuser has very tiny holes so that none of the particles can get into the water.

I LOVE this. The red is so perfect and vivid, the infuser ten times better for my fingers than my old one, and it keeps my tea nice and hot for a good long while.

I use this everyday for my afternoon tea at work. It's a little sloppy to clean out the infuser cup, but I imagine that's typical of all infusers.
Great mug and infuser. Perfect for personal use at home or work. Infuser doesn't allow any tea leaves remnants to remain in the mug. Insulated pretty well, but could be a tad bit thicker of a mug. (That could be because I enjoy my tea too hot though!)

I absolutely love this cup and infuser set. It makes having my Adagio tea at work so much easier.
Overall I like this product. It's nice to leave the tea to steep and not worry about it losing too much heat since the lid works great. The bottom of the infuser is solid which makes it great to carry to the trash, but something of a pain to wash out. Other than that I've been happy with the product and would recommend it with that caveat.
