This is generally a great mug and infuser set. Pros: it's dishwasher safe, and the extra-tiny holes mean no little bits floating around, even if you're making rooibos. Cons: as others have mentioned tea made with this infuser tastes a bit weaker than using a fully mesh infuser (the bottom is solid). The solid bottom also makes it a little messier when emptying the leaves out, because some liquid always gets trapped as well. But overall it gets the job done!
These are the best mugs. The infuser is nice and heavy with tiny holes, so no little floaties.
Love the colour, strainer and lid are good. Handle needs to be bigger though. I have small hands and can only fit 2 fingers thru the handle loop which makes the mug awkward to balance and heavy to hold. Should be able to get all 4 finders thru the handle loop. Disappointed as I wanted to buy a set of 4 mugs to replace old mugs, not sure I will bother getting a set now. Too bad! Thought it would be bigger as well. Glad only ordered 1 and not the set of 4.
I love this design. The larger infuser has definitely helped me get more flavor out of my tea. The lid that doubles as a holder/coaster for the infuser basket is ingenious. It s a 12-ounce cup, so I have to remember to either add an extra half-serving of tea to the basket OR only fill 2/3 of the way. I m so glad I bought this, though.
A great addition to my collection. Makes it so much easier to make a cup of tea than usual as it's all contained in one so I don't have to go digging around trying to find my tea ball.

When I’m feeling a little under the weather and I just want to heat water on the stove for a nice chamomile tea this is my go to. It works perfectly and is beautiful to boot. Oh, and it’s great for all other teas as well!

The cup is substantial in feel. i love the lid to keep things warm. The infuser can be difficult to get all of the loose tea out, but its wonderful quality. I am very happy.

I love the size and feel of this cup. The color is fairly true to the picture, plus being dishwasher safe is a major plus! The only issue I have with this is that the infuser does not have a mesh bottom. I have another infuser mug from a different website that is mesh on all sides of the infuser and I notice a slight difference in flavor between the two cups. It seems this one makes weaker tasting tea than my other infusers. I've found that if I moved the infuser up and down while steeping it will help a bit, but I've reserved this for black and herbal teas only. I don't really trust it to make a good cup of a delicate white tea and really capture the flavor.
Gave this as a gift for someone getting into loose leaf tea, since we love the ones we have already, and it was a hit

Very nice infuser for my husband for work. I just wish that the lid was flatter, so it felt more secure when you put the insert on it. Overall still a very good purchase

Great solid porcelain cup. The lid fits perfectly on the cup, the infuser, and with the infuser inside the lid as seen in the product photo. My complaint is about the infuser. The bottom is solid therefore difficult to wash out. Yes, tea leave don't far through but still would like a sieve type bottom on the infuser. This is the second cup/infuser I have purchased because the lid broke on the first one. It would be nice to have a purchase the lid only option.

I love this cup and infuser! It's way faster and easier to use compared to a tea pot, especially if you want a single serving of loose-leaf tea right away.
The infuser is made from a strong metal and it prevents the tea leaves from escaping into the water, but easily allows the water to penetrate inside it to steep the leaves. Happily, it also seems to clean well too.
The lid, albeit can be used like a coaster, also prevents my tea from getting cold too quickly. Pretty nice!
I am so in love with my cup and infuser. i have two in the house and gave one as Christmas present. makes it soooo easy to have a cup of tea. love the lid/saucer. a must have for those who want a quick cup of tea brewed just right.
Holds about the same amount of water as a regular mug. The infuser works very well! I don't get any tea chunks/flakes left over in my tea like some others leave. As a bonus, the color is lovely. :)
I now have pink for the warmer days and red for when it gets cold. So happy with this.

The cup the cup is so smooth and made of high quality ceramic material. I especially like the matching lid. I use to keep my tea warm as I work at my desk. The stainless steel infuser is so easy to clean. I am so happy everytime I use it!

bought the cup to use with my loose teas, screen is strong metal and very close together so no leaves in my tea the cup is of really fine quality the cup has a cover that also serves as a infuser holder

I love this cup and how it works, but I ordered three at once (one for home, one for work, and one for a friend) and of the three, one of them had a chip of porcelain stuck under the glaze. I've seen complaints of there being cracks in these cups (none of mine had cracks) but I do wonder about the quality control of the manufacturing.
