This little thing is wonderful for people who don't want to brew a whole pot of tea. It makes two cups which is great for just me, or me and a friend. Definitely recommend!

This little thing is wonderful for people who don't want to brew a whole pot of tea. It makes two cups which is great for just me, or me and a friend. Definitely recommend!
I use this teapot at work and just love it. The teas look beautiful in the clear teapot, and it makes enough for two cups so I can drink both cups or share with a friend. Very easy to use and clean.
great teapot! cute! wish the strainer was a bit wider, however. when only using 8 ounces of water, it doesn't provide enough room for tea to expand.
I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys multiple cups of tea or shares them with someone else. I think adagio has the best infuser I've ever used it really eliminates particles from almost any tea and you can see the color of it in the glass teapot/cups.
This is a great little tea pot! I was searching for a teapot this size for a while and I am very happy with my purchase.
Teapot is nice and much easier to clean than the Ingenuitea but mine cracked in less than 6 days. It's extremely fragile and made in Chiners. I'm still not compltely comfortable with boiling water plus lexan. I'd like to have an option like this that is much more durable.
My go-to teapot. It is sturdier than it looks. The filter does a good job even on reducing some of the tea dust. Easier to clean than the ingenuiTea.
I love this teapot. This is my first one since I started steeping my own tea and I'm very happy with it. As one review I read mentioned, the infuser gets hot, but I just pick it out real fast and set it down. Sometimes that turns out to be a bad idea... Anyways, the only other problem I have with it is that the glass is very thin and I'm constantly afraid I'm going to break it. It seems surprisingly resilient considering I haven't broken it yet...
this teapot is great for singles. the teapot is sturdy and not as delicate as advertised. i highly recommend this!
Very fragile. The lid sits on it very loosely and just as I saw happening from the day I got it, the lid fell off and broke. I'm still using it without the lid, just a bit harder to pour out but I'm still afraid it will break someday because it's just so delicate. It was to replace one I bought at Adagio about 5-6 years ago that had finally broken, but it wasn't nearly the same quality as the old one. I think I'll be luck to get a year out of this one.
Got this along with some teas for my Mom for Mother's Day. She loved it!!! What a great gift.
Light and beautiful. The perfect size for a moment alone.
I really like this teapot. it's the perfect size for sharing a tea. I bough two, in fact. It is delicate, however.
Really love the teapot, just hate that it drips condensation off the lid when you pour.
Good teapot but, as others have said, the lid can fall off when pouring. My lid fell off and sadly broke.
This teapot is artistic and so easy to clean. So much easier than teavana products to clean. I am very happy.
Really nice, strong glass. Great handle design. Recommended to brew any type of tea.
I just love my little teapot. It makes just enough for 2 mugs of tea. I enjoy being able to see the color of the tea change as it steeps. I've used it daily for the past 3 weeks and banged it accidently a few times but its held up nicely. Definately keep your finger on the ball of the lid when pouring to avoid it from falling off.
This teapot has become my new 'go-to' pot for daily tea. I love it.
A cute little thing! Tiny bits of finer leaf teas did slip through the infuser mesh but in negligible amounts. This makes the perfect amount of tea for two. I just hope I don't break this anytime soon!
I ordered this for my mother and she loves the petit teapot it is perfect for her
Wow! What can more can i say? It's just perfect for an individual tea drinker. It keeps the water warm for surprisingly long and can hold 3 small cups. The strainer seems to be made of high quality and filters out even the finest of teas.
I just received the petit teapot to replace another version of the teapot I'd gotten at Adagio years ago. (Unfortunately, someone apparently thought mine was wonderful enough to have taken it from my office.) This one seems just as attractive in different ways. I like the metal infuser (the other one was glass), and the spout is more aesthetically attractive. As other reviewers noted, it gives the allusion of being fragile, but I used my other one for months without incident. I have to laugh in reading reviews that say, watch it! it can break! It IS glass, and since we are a plastic/cardboard cup society, sometimes glass can be a new entity to deal with. My advice: take off the lid and take out the infuser before pouring, or keep one finger on the ball of the lid as you pour (it, too, is glass and could break!). Keep away from table or desk edges. Wash carefully (as you would anything you care about). And enjoy!!
The petit teapot is perfect for one. It keeps your tea warm and it's gorgeous to see the different colors of your teas on display like this.
I just love the look of this pot. It is so pretty! The only reason I don't give it a "great" is because the glass is so thin and it seems like if you hold it too tight, it could break. It's very delicate. But, just be careful and you should be fine. The strainer inside is great too because it is super fine, and the bottom of the strainer doesn't have holes in it, so you do not get any tea leaves at all in your tea.
Perfect teapot for a small tea party or just a few cups. There are times when I only want a couple cups of tea and don't want to resteep in a small cup. This teapot is perfect for those times.
This is the cutest and most useful teapot I have ever had. It's great for company and for when you're alone. It's just perfect!
After being served tea from this classy pot at both my father's house and my brother's house, I caved and purchased one for myself. I am completely satisfied with this product. I love the center filter's solid bottom that catches leftover drips. It feels delicate, but my father has used his nightly for over a year without a problem and though my brother dropped his lid, he replaced it easily.
Beautiful, easy to clean, perfect for one or two.
This is a very beautiful teapot with a well designed spout. The filter fits in it perfectly and is fine enough to make rooibos. The size is just as described, it makes 2 cups. I love having this clear glass teapot but my only complaint is that it is extremely delicate. I feel like it will shatter if I am not extremely careful.
Great aesthetic. Extremely delicate--perhaps too much so. The lid slipped out of my girlfriend's hand a foot above the sink; it was a goner. The tip of spout broke off as well when I accidentally bumped it against the handle of my kettle. I would recommend this teapot, but be careful!
We really like the teapot, but the glass is more fragile than expected. Really hoping one of us doesn't have a clumsy moment and set it down harder than planned -- may need to get a rubber mat to protect it from impact with granite countertops.
I gave this pot as a gift, and they absolutely loved it! I ws tempted to keep it myself! The infuser gives plenty of room for the leaf to expand, and there the spout gives you great control over your pour.
I like this pot especially if I am just brewing for myself.
Definitely a pretty petit pot. It was a little bit more fragile that I would have hoped, but so far so good.
I love the little glass teapot and it didn't look right without its glass lid. I am very thankful that Adagio got the replacement back in stock. Now I leave my finger on the lid while I am pouring tea as this is how I broke the first lid.
This teapot has 3 main flaws which keep it from being great:
1. The metal infuser gets scorchingly hot when herbal or black teas are brewed making it hard to remove with bare hands.
2. The lid won't stay on when pouring tea. Mine fell off and got broken in the first month of use.
3. The lid doesn't have a ventilation hole in it causing the moisture in the pot to seal the space between the pot and the lid which stops tea from pouring. One have to constantly lift off the lid to get some air inside.
On the other hand the pot looks great, is dishwasher safe and has the right size for one person.
fragile, lid fails to stay on, don't be surprised if it breaks when you place it on the table, looks nice tho
This is a beautiful teapot that was well-received as a gift.
This tea pot is so cute and is perfect for one person. My only concern is it feels so dainty and I have to be super careful so I don't break it but so far so good!
Nothing special. It does what it is supposed to do.
It was great at first, but after a few washes it received a crack and was useless. Disappointing to say the least.
Perfect companion - a visual treat while you prepare your tea.
I love this teapot: though it feels delicate, it goes in the dishwasher. Perfect for a blooming tea.
Just recieved it today, have already made 3 pots! Makes more than it looks!
This is the standard teapot at our house. We could keep two going most of the time!he option to replace parts is useful, as the lid will slip if you are not careful.
Although surprisingly light, the pot keeps tea warm longer than you might expect.
Very attractive glass teapot. It looks sleek with a beautiful design. Makes a great gift.
i love this teapot, but be careful for it is very fragile.
One thing anyone considering purchasing this teapot would be how fragile. The glass is very thin. Nothing to worry about if you are careful, but do not expect it to withstand a fall.
A lot more tough and hard-wearing than it looks. I've accidently knocked it about a bit and it's still fine, no chips or scratches or anything! Such a pretty piece of kitchen-ware. It's a delight to watch your tea change colour and brew in this teapot!
Such an elegant looking but sturdy teapot. Thinking about buying another one for my office. Very easy to clean also.
