I love this little tea pot and cups! It makes the tea pretty to present and is fairly easy to clean! My only issue is that the infuser insert is not of the best quality and the rooibos in my teas often slips through the mesh and into the tea.
This is a perfect little pot for anyone not looking to share. It looks small but holds enough for a good couple cups of your favorite tea. The steeper inside is large and offers plenty of room for the leaves to expand, and deep enough to almost reach the bottom of the pot. But one of the best features of this teapot is that the handle does NOT get too hot. It warms up a bit, but not enough for it to be a problem.
A nice tea pot for 1 or 2 people to share. Well made and an excellent fit for the small tea maker

Initial reaction review: everything about this little teapot is cute. From the small size that fits perfectly in my small hands, to the shape and construction. However I was initially disappointed with the color. I understood from other reviews that the teapot would be the rich plum it appears to be on the website. It's actually a dusty grape, still pretty but a bit disappointing. Also the glaze is uneven around the edges of the spout, handle, top opening and lid. It's not bad, it adds charector but also gives a 'worn' appreance before I've even used it. Despite this it's still a pretty little teapot for the price and so far I'm very happy with it.
Edit: Got the cup set, perfectly in tack the next day. Together it makes such an adorable little set, and the teapot pours very smoothly. keeps everything hot for a good long time, and its just a pleasurable experience all around.
The color is great, but the tea pot itself leaks tea when you are pouring into a cup. There is a better ceramic tea pot that is sold in adagio retail stores.
I bought this product over the years for some of my family and they loved it. I got this one for my big sis and she adores it.

This is a very cute little teapot. It's a bit of a mellower purple than the picture here shows, but it's not enough of a difference to bother me. The infuser basket is perfect, and the little cups it comes with are adorable. I only have one very tiny gripe - the spout does have a tendency to dribble, but only enough to be a very minor annoyance. Otherwise it's a good, sturdy little pot and cute on top of it!
This tea set is super cute! It's just the right size for our small household of two, or for when a friend comes over for tea. The color we chose (plum) is absolutely gorgeous, a very rich purple. The pot itself retains heat well and while the handle-less cups are a bit difficult for some to get used to, I didn't have a problem with them, since I was already used to Japanese style tea sets. Overall, a lovely set and I'm glad we bought it!
This is a great, simple teapot for making a couple of cups at a time. I wouldn't recommend filling it with more than 20 oz of water at a time, though, because an overfilled teapot can leak out through the top and make a bit of a mess. It's great that this is dishwasher safe because it makes regular cleaning very easy, especially for a busy student like myself.
I love my tea pot set! It arrived in excellent condition, and it arrived on time. Tracking it was simple via Adagio's website.

As others have said, the purple is a lot more muted than the picture suggests, but that may just be my monitor talking. Despite that, it's still a lovely shade of purple and what's not to love about a purple teapot? This is the first teapot I've owned ever and I'm really surprised why I've gone so long without one because it's amazing. I love the size, it feels sturdy, and it keeps my tea warm for a ridiculously long amount of time. All in all, I'll be getting the cups when my next paycheck rolls around. :D
I attended another tasting and now I've found myself with another colored teapot. They're cute little things, simple as can be, comes with its own mesh strainer and the colors are just as vibrant as you see in the pictures. Holds two cups I think? Be sure to pick up a set of the matching cups.
Pot is holding strong. It holds its heat well enough that I can take my time drinking, and, even if I have a little trouble getting the basket out, it's the perfect size.
I like that it doesn't need sugar, but can be added.
I really adore this teapot!! It's easy to use and comes in handy. Now as others have said the color advertised is not the color it actually is. It's more of a grape color than a plum color. Nevertheless I couldn't be more happier with my purchase! I would consider buying another in the future.I also like how the scent of the tea doesn't cling to the pot. With less than a few rinsings the smell fades away and best of all doesn't cling to the infuser.

I love the personaliTEA teapot line. I now have a matching purple set! It brews a good amount of tea for 2 people (or 4 people if you're making multiple pots) and doesn't spill very easily.
Favorite color! This teapot holds four cups of water or 32 ounces of water, great color variations to pick from!
The personaliTEA teapot is just about the cutest thing EVER. I love the deep plum colour, and it holds the perfect amount of tea to keep me going through late-night study sessions. I love it.
This teapot served me well for quite some time until, in my idiocy, I knocked it off of a shelf and broke the handle. I was so extremely satisfied with it that I ordered a new one within the hour. However, the picture shows it to be a sort of matte, velvety purple and that it not the case. It's got a simple glossy finish, but I love it dearly all the same.
My daughter has been begging me to get a teapot to have tea parties with her! I bought this and 4 cups to go with it. Love the mesh basket in it. Thanks!

Cute, great color, and holds about two mugs worth. Just don't fill it up all the way or you won't be able to put the lid on--that was my dumb mistake--I got a little overexcited! :)

I really like the little plum teapot (16 oz). It does dribble a bit which isn't a problem if you plan for it. Be sure not to overfill it and you won't get a geyser when you put the lid on. Also, keep the lid hole toward the pour handle and not the spout when pouring to avoid extra dribbling.
Makes enough tea for 2 larger cups or 3 smaller ones.
I have found that even though I warm the teapot with hot water before I add the tea and near-boiling water, it needs to be covered with a towel to keep a 2nd cup of tea hot while I drink the first one. I need a tea cozy!
I am already planning on getting this teapot as a gift for friends.
Update: I got a tea cozy and the tea stays nice and hot.

This is my very first tea pot and I love it! It's a beautiful dusty plum/eggplant color. The infuser works great and is easy to remove. It gets pretty hot, so try and just touch the handle when you pour! I got the tea cups too. My favorite thing about them is the fact that they're white on the inside, so you can see the color of your tea. They're very nice.
I agree with the previous post about the color. But this is a nice sized teapot and the lid doesn't slip out when you pour your tea!
I love this teapot. It's the perfect size for my desktop and the color is beautiful. I bought the teacups as well and was surprised that they were somewhat small but I'm used to huge cups. The smaller size just lets me savor my tea longer and lets only a small amount cool while drinking instead of my whole batch of tea.
I got this for my sister for a Christmas present and she adores it! It's a cute little pot with a nifty infuser basket that came with it. It's not the sturdiest infuser basket I've ever seen, but it does the job and it's a lot better than what she's been using. The color is her favorite, too <3

All around good teapot. I was expecting a more vibrant shade of purple however, and was slightly disappointed when I opened the box and found a darker color. I can't really fault the pot, more like my monitor, but probably would have ordered a different color if I had known.

OH MY GOD IT'S SO CUTE. The color is a bit different from what's shown on the site- less the deep royal purple and more an actual plum color- but that's alright. It's still an adorable purple teapot, and it works very well. Easy to clean. Very recommended.
This beautiful 3 cup pot with strainer is my favorite gift to myself. I use it at least twice a day. I read some comments about spills out of the spout, but after one overfill I noted that if you leave 3/4' room at top that solves the problem.
