Indeed a nice and practical gadget. Convenient, never spills a drop, feels very durable. Really ingenious design makes it fit for multiple infusions: remaining water somehow stays under the mesh and does not touch the leaves.
Very easy to clean (leaves slip away almost entirely). /However, after brewing drink black teas, the filter mesh gradually acquiers the color. I have not found a way to make it white again./

Works great. I use it everyday to make my after dinner teas. It's absolutely practical and easy to clean. Every few uses I put it in the dishwasher to remove the tea stain on the mesh filter. Comes out as clean as new!

I really like being able to microwave it. I love the capacity and brewing style and the fact that I can use it for hot or iced tea (just throw ice in the cup underneath). I love how easy it is to empty. The only thing I didn't like about it was that when I did throw it in the dishwasher, really fine muck got caught in the underside of the mesh and baked on in the dry cycle. Yuck. I poured in boiling water, but there's no way to scrub clean the underside of the mesh. So while I love it I wouldn't recommend the dishwasher.

These teapots are used 10 times a day in our house. Unfortunately, the Big (32 oz) one gets stuck sometimes (on the bottom) and all the tea flows everywhere. It happens with my mom's too. I love the small (16 oz)size though; I own two of them! I have given them as gifts as well, and everyone raves over the ease and TASTE of the freshly brewed tea from the tea leaves (versus traditional tea bags).

I read the wonderful reviews and after receiving it at first glance I didn't think it would work but it really did. I like it because you can fit it on most any cup, with it's clear container you can see it brew and it's large enough to fit my hand in and get it clean unlike other devices I've used to brew loose tea. I didn't have any leakage. It's a wonderful addition to my gourmet experience.
Very cute and the perfect size for brewing tea for one. Not the most convenient thing to use at work. It would be nice if the teapot kept water hot while it's steeping. Just a suggestion, of course.

I like this teapot! It works great - if it fits in your microwave! Getting the leaves out of the bottom is a bit of a challenge when they are still wet. But, all in all - it's a good little teapot!
Love it, Finally got a greatway to steep tea leaves without the hassel. Keep it on a FLAT surface or you will find water everywhere due o the filter. A must have! Great Price, easy, quick, I can't rave enough about it.

It took a time or two but I finally discovered an easy and quick way to clean it at the office. After draining the tea I add an ounce or two of water, swish and then dump it firmly into the trash. There are usually a small amount of leaves left but I don't feel bad about rinsing those down the drain. This teapot is great. I bought one for myself and have since purchased 3 for gifts. It has sparked many interest and conversations in the office. I will be taking it on vacation this summer as I always need a good cuppa while I travel. Excellent product

The best invention ever!!! I bought two of them. One for work and one for home. I use it all the time. It is microwaveable so you just fill it up with water, put in the mic, heat up the water, add the leaves and steep and enjoy. It's so easy to clean and doesn't make a mess. This is a great innovation, so simple yet so ingenious. People with disabilities can use it too. And you only need 1 arm to open the top then drop whole tea leaves in, shut it and your tea is brewing. I have given this as a gift, and was proud to do so.
