It does exactly what it should do, allow gravity and a filter to process a cup of tea. My only complaint is that it does not have a coaster to catch drips. Once you are done, it may drip a little. These drips end up on whatever surface you leave it on. A coaster would be a nice addition for new models.

I bought this for use at home and liked it som much a got a secound one for at work. As the filter ages it gets loose and can float to the top. It is only a big problem if some leaves get stuck in the valve on the bottom causing it to leak.
A great idea, but the quality is definitely not as good as the earlier versions. I was disappointed I couldn't get a filte for my older version, had to buy a new one, and now the filter and the top fall off almost every time I use it...but I still use it all the time!
Best Christmas present EVER!! I use it every day. I never used to drink tea every day. The tea that this gadget produces is a whole different beverage from tea made with a tea bag. My eyes are now open to a whole new world of tea drinking!

This is an amazing teapot. There's not much else to say except that it makes brewing loose tea actually less annoying than a tea bag. The result is always completely free of debris, and it never makes a mess. About the only thing that is annoying is that you should really warm it a lot before using

I can sum this product up in one word: AWESOME! I received this as a gift this past Christmas, and I haven’t stopped using it since. It’s convenient and easy to use, but not only that, it can stand up to a plenty of use and abuse. On average, I use this a minimum of 10 times a day. Perfect for anyone making a cup or two at a time.
This nifty little gadget is an excellent way to have looseleaf tea at work. I first gave the ingenuiTEA to my boss, who loves Formosa tea. He's used it for over 5 years now, with bi-annual filter replacements. It works very well, and the only problem I've ever had with it is having the filter loosen up and fall out when I'm dumping the tea leaves.

My husband and I LOVE this! He wasn't really thrilled about using loose tea because of the leaves left in the bottom of his cup. Well, problem solved with the ingenuiTEA! We have cups that are very wide mouthed, so we just touch the underside rim of the ingenuiTEA and it flows right in. No problems at all so far.

The replaceable filters keep falling out into our garbage disposal. They are almost impossible to lock. A replacement filter doesn't fit into the ingenuiTea. The fixed filter was Ok. We used denture tablets to keep it clean. Also, cannot find a way to simply email you on the website. May have to quit using Adagio. The tea is great.
A wonderful product indeed. I steep with it daily. Easy to use, dishwasher safe or manual clean, and holds up to any looseleaf I throw at it... or rather in it. So, drop the infuser ball, throw away the bags, and pick up the ingenuiTEA! Highly recommended!

This is the best loose leaf tea brewing system ever. Everything from the brewing to getting it into your cup is easy and clean. Just make sure when you're beating the leaves out of it you don't lose the screen in the trash as well.

Unfortunately, when this originally shipped, they neglected to include the filter. A few months of tearing my hair out later, I realized what was wrong with it. Works perfectly now - I love it! Adagio sent the filter super fast once I realized the problem.
If you like tea, or even want to try tea, this 'tea pot' makes the best tea without having the tea leaves in your cup.
I love the IngenuiTEA tea maker but there seems to be some difficulty getting the replacement filters to fit right. They were previously too small and therefore loose. This last batch was very tight. Luckily after it was heated up once it slid in for a better fit. Hopefully I'll be able to get it back out.

Generally works well but you have to fit the filter tight enough that it doesn't float up when you pour the water in.
