This encourages the use of loose tea, which really is the best way to brew tea. My only complaint (which does not keep me from using it) is the way the filter floats up. I have followed the suggestion from your website re soaking the filter in hot water and then letting it cool, but this does not work for long. Now I use a long-handled spoon to hold the filter down while I pour in the hot water. Works great!

I love this. You do have to be careful how much water you put in versus the size of the glass you are going to use, but once you get used to it no problem! The one I bought for my mother did have a loose filter, but hopefully the replacement filter I bought her will fix that up.

this thing works like a dream. i keep filters on hand tho they last a while anyway, if this was glass it'd be 110% perfect
I previously used a metal tea bag strainer for the loose leaves. The IngenuiTea is easier to use and provides a fuller flavor by allowing the tea leaves to expand and not be confined in a small strainer.
The ingenuiTEA filter mug is absolutely amazing! I have the full tea making unit at home (the pot that makes 4 cups) and this is the perfect mobile version to compliment that.

This tea steeper cup is just perfect. You place the tea leaves into the cup and pour hot water in. Let it steep as much as you like and place ingenuiTea over your warmed cup and the tea strains into the cup. No tea leaves and perfect tea and no mess. Rinse and place cup in dishwasher when dirty.
It does its job, and, I must say, does it mighty well. User-friendly, sturdy, puts a smile on my face. I'm extremely satisfied with it.

Fantastic piece of equipment! Makes a breeze of brewing a great cup. I may have to upgrade the bigger model down the road though, as I just get one big cup out of it, which is a bit of a bother if I'm making for more than one. Other than that, love it!

I love my ingenuiTEA and can't imagine making a cup of tea without it. Clean up is fairly easy: I pop the lid off and one quick shake normally dumps the used tea out. I rinse it out and set it aside to dry for my next cup of tea. I loved mine so much I bought one for my hubby who has recently discovered that he loves green tea.
It was a little tough to get the new filter, in, but with a little hot water it fits like a glove. No slipping or falling out while brewing. Still my favorite way to brew tea!

Fantastic little tea pot. You don't have to worry about breaking out the nice ceramic tea pot and you can easily see the tea as it steeps. I highly recommend this for anyone who drinks just one to two cups of tea in the morning.
This makes brewing tea a snap. And I like being able to see the strength of the tea being brewed, not like in a porcelein teapot. Emptying the leaves is still the same chore though -- guess that's the price to pay for having loose-leaf tea.

Blehhhhh, so I heard the horror stories about this replacement filter but somehow managed to convince myself I'd be immune--I am far from it. Every time I thought I'd get close to fitting it in, the opposite side would pop out. UGH. 5 minutes of struggling, 10 minutes of letting the filter float in hot water, another fight and some awkward help from some spoons, the thing is finally in. I'm afraid what will happen if it ever comes out, or what will make it come out, but for now I'm just happy to have my IngenuiTEA back.
Wow. Wow. Wow. There are sometimes when you just don't want a whole pot of tea, and that is what ingenuiTEA is for. I got five different sample packs of tea and because ingenuiTEA is so easy to use I was able to try all five kinds in no time. I haven't had to change the filter, I hear that might be difficult, but for now I am extremely pleased with this product.

The only way I really feel comfortable brewing tea. I work in an office environment, and that's where a majority of my tea consumption takes place. It sits on my desk perfectly, and it kind of adds a unique twist to it while I'm waiting for it to brew. I've looked at other tea brewing methods, and they always seemed to either be too big, or just didn't fit well into an office setting.

This thing is BRILLIANT! At first it was hard for us to figure out how to use the thing (a friend purchased it for my wife as a gift). Then, we bothered to READ THE DIRECTIONS and both went 'Oooooooooooooooo! NEAT!' It's really the coolest tea pot you can own (and worth the price). We sent one to my wife's sister because we love it so much!

Works just like the video says. If you don't have a clear cup it's hard to figure out when to stop but once you have done it once you know exactly when to stop. Great product!
These infusers are great although a couple notes. On a regular size mug, if you fill the whole infuser, tea will overflow. I tried to use it with one of the larger Teavana mugs but the bottom of the infuser is too small for it. Overall I really like the infuser but always have to make sure I don't overfill.
