I love this teapot! It works fantastically and keeps my tea free of leaves. HOWEVER: I did not recieve a replacement filter with my teapot, so I am fairly disappointed in terms of that mistake. In terms of functionality, however, it is fantastic!
This is the most convenient, adorable and overall fantastic thing I have ever owned. I drink massive amounts of tea. This makes the whole process simpler, faster, and much more fun. [I get a kick out of watching my tea leaves expand. Not fanatic at all.] Seriously, the absolute best invention. It'll make tea brewing in my tiny dorm room a breeze [and eliminate the incessant mess of infusers/paper filters lying around my room and driving my roommates crazy].
I love to use this! I pretty much use it on a daily basis. It's such a cute device and is really easy to use.
This thing is crazy cool, you guys. No leaves got through the strainer, no leaks (I was worried about the little drain thingie on the bottom but nope no worries needed), and it's clear so you can see when your tea is done... Plus being covered it seemed to steep extra fast? Maybe?
I got this to take to work with me... trying it out at home, I kind of feel like I need two of these now. One for there, and one for home when I don't feel like breaking out the tea bags / strainer ball / teapot, because this is much easier than any of those! May or may not be getting a second one. Maybe. Probably.
So basically I highly recommend this if you want loose tea and no leaves in your drink, and something you can rinse and chuck in the dishwasher?
Lovely little brewer that has served me well its first time out! Definitely recommend for those who don't want a large tea pot, or those who do want something super simple to use.
It's like a French press without the pressing. And it's single serve, so I don't have to worry about the rest of the tea in the pot over brewing. I love it!

This is the perfect way to brew tea. Getting to see your tea expand to worth the money alone, but the great taste is another thing worth considering. I waited a long time for this to be available, and it was worth it! The only thign that is hard for me is getting al the tea leaves out of it. That can pose a bit of a problem. But that's just one minor complaint, I still whole-heartedly recommend this product!
This pot is amazing. Super easy to use and (big bonus for me) easy and quick to clean. I usually give it a rinse out and then run water through the bottom mechanism and then wipe it dry - I haven't even dish washed it yet, and it still looks brand new. Lovely to know you CAN put it in the dishwasher though!
Great quality and good price, if something ever happens to mine I would definitely purchase another.
The only downside to me is that, for someone who regularly does second and third infusions of tea, it can be hard to remove enough of the leaves to save. But a rubber scraper or fork usually does it decently:)

Love these! I know someone using something similar from another company but I don't like the quality of the other company or really just the other company in general. These, however, are AWESOME. They are super easy to clean as well! I recommend rinsing the tea leaves out immediately and running some water through the contraption at the bottom. Great product for when my boyfriend and I want different teas :D
I ordered the ingenuiTea maker because before all I had was a tumbler to steep tea in. Man, this thing is wonderful. All my tea tastes so much better because of the room they now have to expand. The one thing I was worried about was leakage and from as far as I can tell there is none. The pressure mechanism works perfectly. This is truly one of the best things you can do for you and your tea.
Wish I bought this sooner. Absolutely fantastic, and it makes my loose teas taste so much better than the method I was using before.
I was so glad to see this was finally available again, and grabbed one right then and there. It works wonderfully with big leafy teas like white teas and ones that unroll like Gunpowder. I can't wait to try it with Mate or Rooibos and see if the strainer keeps the bits out. So far it is the best teapot ever! I might have to get another one for home...

I bought the ingenuiTEA after being given a knockoff someone had gotten me from another company - Adagio's is better! Better quality, and better materials. Enjoy it to make your loose tea wherever you go!

I got this for my mom for christmas, and she absolutely loves it. She always complained about how she couldn't get any loose leaf tea because it didn't taste right in the little ball infuser, and this solved the problem. I saw this product at a cute little tea shop in hico, , and as soon as I got home I ordered it. I love how easy it is to brew just one cup for myself before I rush out the door in the morning, and the clean up is just as quick.
This is ingenious! The only thing I would like is if the cup were graduated so I knew exactly how much water I was pouring over my tea. My simple fix: I filled the cup with 1 water, marked it with a Sharpie, then did the same with 1.5 (my typical drink size).

I bought there as Christmas gifts for both of my kids that are in college. Easy to clean out. I also got them both a variety of sample teas to go with it.
I love this tea diffuser. It is the easiest way to drink loose tea. Just put the leaves in the cup, let it steep and put it on your tea cup. the tea drains into your cup, perfectly. this is a great invention.

Been using this gem the past few months. Easy to use, makes a great cuppa, and it's holding up well. The filter started to stain recently, but I just soaked it in hot water with some baking soda and it came right out.
I love this maker, it is absolutely perfect for easy tea. The size is just right for a large cup of tea, or two smaller cups with a friend. Easy to clean, and the only problem is the bottom doesn't depress when trying to use a large mouthed cup, but it's not a problem often.
I adore this thing so much. I've had one for a few years, actually, but it was a gift and I couldn't review it - but then the filter inside accidentally got thrown away. I would have just bought a new filter, but they appeared to not be selling them anymore - because the maker itself has been completely revamped! It's even more sleek than before, and exactly as functional. This word vomit has just been to say A , 10/10, would buy again.

This is fantastic, and I can't believe I've gone this long without one. It makes brewing and enjoying good tea so very easy, and I've introduced a few tea-drinking friends of mine to it as well. *grins* I'm so very happy this can be tossed in the dishwasher for cleaning! Love my IngenuiTEA, and I think I might order another one, just in case I lose or manage to break this one in my next move.
I am so in love with my ingenuiTEA. Except for one time I put it on my dining room table and the corner of a magazine that I set it near lifted the mechanism underneath and my tea slowly leaked all out and over the table and on the ground without me noticing. But that was user error. The tea works great, washes easily, and is well made.
These are fantastic and make great gifts. It takes the lazy excuse out of loose leaf tea. They seem a little flimsy but as long as you're not throwing them around the kitchen they are perfectly durable.
Best way in my opinion to brew loose tea, hands down. No leaking issues, plastic gets warm but not too hot to touch. Would highly recommend.
Easy to use, easy to clean, and makes a great tasting cup of tea. It's a lot of fun to watch the leaves unfold as the tea brews, and it's helpful for knowing when to let it stop, too. The pouring mechanism is very neat and quick, no spilling on the counter that comes with some pots.
I had been ogling loose leaf tea at adagio for a really long time but was afraid it would be too much work. I finally caved and bought the ingenuiTEA, and there hasn't been a day where it's been out of use since. It works beautifully and it's really fun watching the leaves unfurl as you brew.

This is an excellent starting point for getting into loose leaf tea.
I use this tea pot at work where I don't have a dishwasher or a disposal so the earlier comments about the ease of cleaning is completely wasted on me. The device works well although it is very easy to accidentally start it leaking while walking back from the communal kitchen. It also does not keep the tea very warm so you have to make sure to transfer the tea as soon as possible.
