Easy to use, makes the perfect cup of tea! This is the 4th one I have purchased, they make great gifts.
I love this cup, if the top of the cup is too large I just hold the bottom up with a spoon so it drains out!
Best tea brewing system ever! I used a Teavana one for years until it finally gave out. This one is way better. I love the measuring lines on the side and that the lid is removable.

I have a love/hate relationship with this. I love how easy it is to use, and the fact that it has volume measurement markers is phenomenal! The one thing I dislike are the feet one the bottom. They aren't wide enough to allow me to place the IngenuiTEA completely on my cup.

I’d had my old ingenuitea for years — like, at least 8 years — and finally decided it was time for a new one! same great quality!
We're on our third one now, not because they break or wear out easily--they don't if you care for them properly--but just because between the two of us, we've used it nearly every day since we bought the first one, probably fifteen years ago by now? We have a metal tea ball as well which may last forever, but this is easier to use and more convenient, so we'll keep replacing them every 7-8 years as needed, since that's the average life span so far, which is perfectly fine for a plastic item that gets constant use.

I bought this one for a friend. I use one daily and have a spare in the box in my cupboard. Great to travel with! Still haven't needed the spare --- but i can't say enough good things about this tea maker!

My older steeper was discolored. This is a great replacement. It also has markings for brewing various sizes.
Got this when my Tevana cup brewer finally had to go. Very cute, works well, has an adequate volume so you can do small cup or large cup. Only thing is my old one had its own saucer to set it on while brewing, but this one does not. But works well!
Great at making a reasonably sized cup of tea with relatively little mess. Easy to clean without too much fuss.
I m loving this. It s almost easier to clean despite the fact that I can t remove the strainer part. I had 2 Teavana makers and got this to replace the one that broke/wouldn t strain anymore. The sizing is a bit confusing as it has more lines; 8fl oz, 12 fl oz, and 16 is suggested at the handle bar. That s something I wasn t prepared for, but maybe it ll help me with samplings. We ll see. @adagioteas

This device is the coolest thing EVER for tea lovers!! I love that you can make 2 cups at a time and the ease of it is amazing. I am buying these for everyone I know who loves tea when they have a birthday! SO EASY! My update...this is STILL what I buy for someone who loves tea...just gave it to my good friend who lost her husband in a cozy care package, along with some of your teas, and it is like getting a hug from someone who knows you need some self-care. This is an amazing contraption that actually works. BUY ONE!
I have had this 2 weeks or so and once had a mug full of tea leaves. I contacted them and was not impressed with their customer service...so much so that I'm not buying from them in future. I am switching to another tea supplier.
After one use, I'm already obsessed with this and will be buying another for my boyfriend. The most useful item I have ever purchased. Very easy to use and clean.

An instagram pal has an older one of these and posts herself using it and I knew I wanted one. Finally ordered one for the holidays and loved it so much I bought 4 more as gifts. It hasn’t leaked which is great. I still keep a little plate under it just in case. It’s also easy to clean. Love this product.
Makes making tea so much easier. I take it with me to work so I can have tea even on location. Really easy to clean as well.
The directions say you can put it in the dishwasher. This is not strictly speaking true if you have a compact dishwasher. It led to gunk getting in the filter so I had to take it apart. There is no diagram on how to put it back together and all customer service will say is 'you aren't supposed to take it apart'. This is not particularly user friendly since I think it's human nature to think that you can take something apart to clean it! Anyway, after much water getting everywhere and trial and error I did manage to put it back together but a diagram of where the parts went would have gone a long way rather than just telling me I wasn't supposed to take it apart.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this gadget!!! I brew tea in the this, grab it and go. When I am ready to have some, simply place it on top of my teacup and pour. It holds two cups of tea and is perfect for me. The only negative on this is you can see how much is going into your teacup so you have to carefully judge it as you pour it.
This pot does a good job of infusing teas. Sometimes the filter gets displaced and will leak so it needs checking. I have a 'saucer from an old pot which is useful to catch any leakage and should be included.

This is such a fun tea gadget to use. I just wish it was larger. It would be nice to brew enough for multiple cups at once for when my daughter wants a cup too.
Best way to make the loose tea. I'm just bummed that the filter is no longer removable, makes it a little difficult to empty the tea leaves and to clean it. I have tried everything from soaking it over night and even using vinegar, but I can't get it cleaned. Is there some sort of trick?
This is my second one. I had bought my first one in 2014 while shopping Adagio in Chicago. These things LAST!
Replaced one of my 10+ year old models with this one--the old ones served me for a long time. For those looking for longevity, the plastic does start to get stained (my fault for not washing out immediately, but in 10 years, things happen) and scratched and cloudy, but I used these daily for years.
On the new version, some of the parts are slightly different--the filter, for instance, is a different shape than my old ones. But seems to otherwise work the same--which is to say, really well (until it gets really old). Assuming I don't drop it, expect to get many years of service out of it.
Update: it's still working well, although stained from some of the teas (Tumeric Bliss, in particular). The new design seems to keep drips to a minimum--seldom does it drip after removed from the cup, which happened on occasion with my older version.

Love it! Don't have to deal with tea bags and can start brewing the next cup while enjoying the current one. Plus it's fun watching the tea unfurl and change color.
Unlike the first IngenuiTEA that I personally own, the one I gifted to a family member had a defect where the lid would easily fall off. When I brought it up to support, they didn't really seem interested in figuring out what was wrong with it, nor did they provide a solution to the problem.
This is a replacement for an IngenuiTEA that was purchased over 15 years ago. I love being able to brew individual cups at a time. The new features of oz sizes on the sides and the new contoured handle are wonderful additions.
UPDATE TO REVIEW:
I use this daily and found that the filter fell out while emptying out the tea leaves and was lost. Now I'm going to try the new design and see how that works. Disappointing with the years of service I got from my original IngenuiTEA.
I love this tea infuser! There is minimal debris in my tea cup.
