After the first use; the pitcher is working fine but mine sadly leaks even after I tried to close it tighter.
The rubber gasket on the infuser rolls over on its self and gets pushed off when installing. Infuser will fall all the way through without the gasket. It has also leaked a few times when pouring. Bad design. Would not buy again
Best ice tea pitcher I’ve ever owned. Love that it does loose tea leaves and that I don’t have to boil the water before hand to make ice tea.
Really nice pitcher and doesn't take up too much space. I really love how easy it is to clean and store when not in use.
Not spill proof but I confused it with the plastic tea pitcher so that was my mistake, the infuser is long so all your herb is sure to get soaked well.
I really like this pitcher! I have had no issues with it. I really like that it easily fits in the bottom little shelf on my refrigerator door, so you can have it there without taking up too much space.
I’ve used this pitcher for cold brewing tea and also hot brew. I feel like I got more flavor for my cold tea by brewing it hot, taking the center out after steeping time and letting it cool in my fridge. Either way was delicious and very easy to make.
It’s an okay product honestly. I struggle with putting the infuser in and half the time it sits at an angle.
I wish the handle was attached to the base so it would feel sturdier.
Great pitcher! I love the one where you can put your bag of tea, but I was missing using my loose tea to prepare a pitcher for dinner. Now I have this one and is wonderful.

Pitcher is easy to use with the convenient iced tea pouches. Top screws on and off easily, handle feels good and sturdy, and the whole thing fits in the frig door.

This is my new favorite thing... Which I seem to be saying a LOT for Adagio products. I'm from the southwest, I have iced tea for blood basically. I needed a new pitcher, since the old one I had was getting a little compromised. This fits into my smaller refrigerator perfectly, it brews quickly, and it tastes clean.
The only thing is that it WILL brew quicker at the bottom, because that's how the tea leaves sink. I recommend setting it on the counter and circling it for a few minutes in guided, thorough motions to evenly balance out the tea... Otherwise you'll be drinking water on top and tea on the bottom.
I bought a couple of these. I use to make cold brew tea in the refrigerator. Some teas just taste better cold. Allows me the choice of loose leaf of my choice. Easy to clean.

I love this pitcher way more than I thought I could love a piece of kitchenware. It's easy to clean, doesn't take up too much space, and is the right size for emptying in 1-2 days (which is about how long before I want to try a different flavor).
I love Adagio's iced tea pitchers! They are great for both hot-brewing or cold-brewing. The infuser basket is a bit tricky to get in or out, but it just takes some patience. Just don't be too aggressive with setting it down - I've had one break on me in the past!
I have been using this almost daily since I purchased it. The handle seems a bit shaky, but so far it is performing very well.

Let's be real. I was making way too much tea to only have one iced tea pitcher in the fridge. We now use this for our low or no caffiene options to have on hand for a refreshing change from water (or adult beverages) in the afternoons or evenings. I say we but really my partner gave me a look when yet another pitcher appeared in the fridge. 🌞 But honestly, they are a great size. Enjoy to have a good helping of tea but yet doesn't take up a ton of room. Good seal and the infuser works great (Although I have given up trying to make it set in the lid perfectly). I think I still have another color to purchase! 😲

This pitcher looks nice and works fine except that the tea leaks out from under the lid as you’re pouring it. I always have to pour over the sink so the leaking tea doesn’t get everywhere.
I love the size and quality of this pitcher, and like that you can use it as an infuser for fruit and/or other additions besides loose tea. The only reason I can’t get it five stars is the complete lack of directions about how to use the pitcher included with the packaging. While there is some guidance on the website, it isn’t very detailed. When reading through the FAQs and reviews some of the information is contradictory and confusing. Some users instruct you to remove the gasket from the infuser basket (don’t do it). There is no clear description of how to remove the infuser basket. Most instructions say to leave the tea to steep overnight, but don’t give you any indication whether that’s six hours, eight hours, 12 hours. I figured it out, but only after fiddling with the pitcher, and worrying I’d break it, and reading through a number of different posts online. Including just a simple set of directions with the package would’ve prevented all of this. It’s still a great product, but be prepared to figure it out mostly on your own.

I am so happy I purchased this glass pitcher! It has been perfect for cold brewing my loose leaf teas. I like that the container is glass because I feel it is easier to clean. It is such a sleek look too. The plastic handle feels a bit less sturdy however it has not given me any issues. Also, I like the metal infuser which is easier to clean and hasn’t gotten stained! I have noticed that a bit more tea particles get thru but it is not a substantial amount to be a worry.
The pitcher works well enough for the price. It is not as substantial as I would have hoped. The glass is not very thick and the plastic top is quite thin.
The handle to the infuser broke after only the third use. The ring underneath the plastic seal doesn't seal all the way anymore more or causes the lid to jam at times. Every time that I finish steeping the tea, I have to unscrew the top plastic portion from the glass bottom and dump out the tea. I don't even bother removing the infuser anymore because it's difficult/tedious to remove and reinsert. Despite all this, the pitcher does its job.
Edit: The plastic seal ring is broken and the black plastic top is stuck to the glass pitcher. Using considerable force might break the glass. This also makes it nearly impossible to clean the pitcher properly. Do not buy this pitcher. Updating to one star.
The little handle on the filter basket snapped off immediately when I tried to take it out of it's seat. You don't really need it though, so it's not a big loss. Otherwise, this tea pitcher is just the right size for over person for a few days of delicious iced tea. The filter basket is easy enough to clean with a bottle brush. I don't know if you're supposed to take the leaves out after stepping overnight but I usually take them out after about 24 hours. Overall, the pitcher does it's job and is easy enough to clean. The goat isn't particularly thick, but it's not extremely delicate either. So far, so good, and the price is reasonable.
This has been great in our household. We used to get regular shipments of bottled ice tea and this has really helped us cut back by being both convenient and easy to clean. I think my only criticism is that I was under the assumption you could stand it up or lay it on its side. We absolutely cannot lay it on the side, but it hasnt caused us any issues otherwise!
I love this pitcher. I use it literally every day. It has changed my quality of life for the better to be able to throw some tea in the fridge at night and have a pitcher of fresh iced tea in there in the morning.
This pitcher is great and the price point is wonderful. You can add warm water to it to get a quicker steep from the tea then add some ice and pop it in the fridge to continue to steep, or just add your tea and water and steep overnight in the fridge. I love having fresh tea in the fridge at all time!
Update: the plastic part at the top, that holds the tea basket, melted just from hot water. This caused it to warp out of shape and the basket no longer fits. I still use it with tea bags but am very disappointed that I can’t use the basket anymore.
I just got this iced tea pitcher because I wanted to be able to brew loose tea, for iced teas, more easily. I also wanted a pitcher that was a little smaller, with a slimmer profile, that wouldn’t take up too much room in the fridge. I am very happy with this so far. It’s just the right size, easy to clean and the basket is removable if I want to use teas bags.

This is a dream! Makes iced tea such a quick and easy process. I need about 5 so I never run out of tea! It held up to all the abuse I put it through this summer. One of my favorites!
Still not sure about the strength of the plastic top and weight of tea/water in the pitcher. Seems like top needs to be 'beefed' up. Also, size is odd for 1 or 2 of your iced tea bags. I just brew two bags and drink strong tea. Really like the idea though.
I love that I can make make the iced tea in the evening and it is ready to go in the morning.

Very easy to “set and forget” iced tea, however the plastic handle connection to the rim feels flimsy and bends under the weight of a full pitcher. I’m not sure how long it will stay functional.

This pitcher with the screw-on lid and removable metal infuser works well for cold brewing. My only complaint is that the clear rubber washer around the top of the infuser is a bit to large and makes the infuser difficult to remove for cleaning.
This is great it gives you the option to use tea bags or loose tea. It’s also super easy to clean.
