I love this thing. Was afraid it'd be fragile from reading the reviews, but I'm not worried about it breaking at all now. Makes a great cup of tea! I agree that the infuser can be obnoxiously hot when trying to remove it, though I don't really mind. I suggest buying 2, since whenever you use it anyone watching will want a cup as well.

i dropped the original lid and it hit my foot and landed on tile. it did not break, but when i picked it up, i lost grip and dropped it onto the tile again...this time it broke. it's good to be able to buy replacement parts.

This makes loose tea very convienent, I have one at home and one at work. I do wish the glass was a bit thicker, so it didn't feel so fragile.

Solid mug without being too heavy, keeps tea hot but handle stays cool. The convenience factor can't be overstated.

The glass of the mug is a bit thin, but the infuser fits well and is useful.

Using it right now! Great little device for making a quick cup of tea at work, and easy cleanup for when it's time to go hope and use the teapot.

I had to give this a great because I was impressed by this mug. I thought for sure I was going to break it the first day I got it but I haven't yet. I have to agree with the reviews that say the glass is too thin though.

This mug is really cute! The strainer is great for fine teas, like roobios, and both pieces are easy to use and clean. The only downside is for sensitive fingers - it can be a trick to get the strainer out without burning fingertips. I have no problems - love it!

I got this for work and love it. It cleans easily and is perfect for use at the office.

LOVE this! I'm the only tea drinker in the house so it's perfect for me. I can play around all I want with different teas too. It's perfect for work as well, I just bring the infuser with me as it fits in normal mugs too. Fabulous.

I think it works fairly well, Lets a little of fine particals through,especially the gunpowder tea.I think it would be wise to purchase a extra lid when ordering being they are very fragile, mine lasted one week, of course my own fault but didn't take much.

Just got my mug & infuser and I love it! I was considering getting one for home and one for the office, but it's a lot more delicate than I thought it would be, so I think at the office it will stay!

FUN ITEM TO WATCH UNFLURLING LEAVES OR BUDS. I USE IT WHEN I BREW A BLOOM. MY ADULT SON AND HUSBAND EVEN HAD A GOOD TIME WATCHING THE BLOOM OPEN AND THE TEA SPREAD OUT. IT IS VERY CONVIENIENT AND NICE TO OWN. IT ALSO IS A GOOD CUP TO DRINK FROM... IT HAS A GOOD FEEL TO IT. IT IS ALSO PRICED RIGHT.

Easy to clean and very convenient to make tea in an office environment. If it has any fault it is that tea can cool quickly in the glass mug

I absolutely love this. The first one I received was damaged and it was replaced by Adagio without a hitch :) I love you guys! hehe...Very convenient. It's a portable teapot in a travel size, and works great :)

This mug and infuser is awesome for someone to have a work that likes to have a cup of tea. It makes a nice cup of tea and is easy to clean up

Nice mug, GREAT infuser - large, water goes thru tiny holes very fast, but the lid doesn't have a tight fit with the mug.

I love to watch the tea change color as it infuses. The perfect size. Easy to clean. Can use the infuser in other cups so you can 'share' the leaves.

I love this thing. Takes the task out of carrying around the tea pot and a mug. All in one. and easy to reuse the tea-leaves for that second cup of tea.

I've never had a mug with an infuser, so I'm still learning how to get the balance right! So far though, I do like it. This may sound stupid, but I'm trying to figure out if the mug is glass or plastic without breaking it!

I got this as a gift. She loved it however the lip of the cup warped. I never heard of glass warping?! They were wonderful and replaced it. She hasn't mentioned the cup again so I assume the new one is fine.

I bought this to keep in a desk drawer at work, so I can bring in whatever teas I want in sampler tins. Hopefully, the teabags will make this obsolete, but for now, it's a great solution.

I bought this to keep at work, thinking it would be simpler than using the ingenuiTEA teapot and a separate mug. It's not. When the tea is done steeping, it's more difficult to get all the liquid out because the bottom of the infuser is solid. It's also more difficult to clean the leaves out of the infuser. Lastly, it doesn't filter well... I always have floaters in my cup. It works, just not great. Go with the ingenuiTEA teapot instead.

It's a great litte device, but not as handy as you may think without a sink around. Otherwise, great item!

I love how light-weight the mug is. The fact that it's diswasher safe is always a plus.

It is perfect for someone just starting to enjoy the world of loose leave tea.

This cup with the metal infuser is much better than the glass infuser I used to have. No leaf particles get through.

The infuser is great. Can be used in regular mugs. The glass is a little thin, and does not keep the tea warm too long.

This is great! I wish it cam with something you could stand it on because it tends to leave rings on the counter. But I still ordered one for home, one for the office and one for my sister! Infusers alone are also great, I'm even sending some of those abroad.

This is the best item I've bought all year! I was afraid it would break but it's rather strong. I've used it at work and at home. It makes the perfect cup of tea.

As mentioned in other reviews, the size of the filter in the glass is a bit large and lets some tea leaf particulate through, but it's not a big deal. This is great for work.

Nothing too great about this set except the glass is clear. Get the ingenuiTEA instead and a 16 ounce mug.

I only use this to brew my tea nowadays! It's convenient, tidy, and compact.

Glass is indeed very light, but I cannot find any weakness because of it. I use this cup daily and only find the infuser a SLIGHT hassle to clean. It is a great hassle-free way to brew and steep a great cup of tea.

This mug and infiser has been a lifesaver at work. I like being able to take my loose tea with me and brew a fresh cup nytime I want and the lid is perfect for keeping those tea rings off your desk

I keep this at work so I can make loose tea there.

This is such a handy set! I use it all the time, and it's wonderful that it's dishwasher safe. It looks fragile, but it's much tougher than it looks.

What a handy tea-maker! Its overall construction and the quality of the glass remind me of the beakers we had in the high school chemistry lab - each time I make tea it's like I'm conducting a science experiment. One could drink directly from the mug, but I prefer something less delicate.

I love this mug. It has a nice design and the infuser keeps almost all the tea leaves out of the tea (with finer teas there is a little bit of sediment, but it isn't too noticable). The lid is great for putting the infuser in after you take it out of your glass. The only thing I would change about this mug is the thickness of the glass, it is relatively thin, which means it is light and fairly durable, but loses heat quickly.

I use this at work and it is perfect. Very sturdy and the leaves have plenty of room to unfurl. Sometimes I take off the lid just to watch them open up. The best part of my workday is using this to brew some lovely Adagio tea.

Great cup. I both several for all my friends for the holidays and they are very happy. Some of the tea get stucked in the little halls on the bottom but you can clean it relatively easy.

What a great product! Simply super for making a single cup of perfectly brewed loose leaf tea, especially if you're the only tea drinker in the family.

This ia a very nice set. The only reason that I didn't rate it higher was the strainer is not good for finer teas. I much prefer the filter in the ingenuitea but I wanted something that wasn't plastic.

This is basically the same cup as the clarity cup, plus an infuser and a lid.

My first one arrived with the basket broken, but Adagio replaced it quickly and with no trouble at all. This is a fun set, especially for colorful leaf teas with larger leaves, because you can watch them unfurl as the tea brews. I got it as a gift for a friend, but I'm considering one for myself to keep at the office. One drawback is that the mug is thin and doesn't keep the tea warm for long.

This is really convenient to use (I keep it in the office) as it goes directly in the microwave with its own cover which doubles as a coaster when tea is ready to serve. It's lovely to see a tea like jasmine pears blooming in this!

This works really well for single cups. The only drawback is that it is usually too hot to lift the diffuser by hand which can be a pain. (If you're using 180 degree water, this is not an issue) Depending on the tea, you may have some grounds get through as well, but this is minimal and should only affect your last sip.

Great little cup overall - the holes in the infuser do tend to grab some leaves but it's not too hard to clean out.
