I love these jars and will be ordering quite a few more. Right now it currently houses my matcha tea. I thought this jar was absolutely perfect for it, and the black and green dragon pearls too. Those are teas that need displaying. Also throw in any teas with those beautiful cornflowers. I vote for those to go in these awesome jars too!
The little lids are ridiculously hard to dry after cleaning. The jars are beauuutiful though and decorate my work desk nicely.
These are wonderful! I love being able to see the tea inside. I do wish there was an easy way to label them. One of the other tea sites sends a rubber banded tag with all the info on when you receive your tea. to transfer to the canister. I so wish Adagio would do something like this.
They are clear glass 'beakers' with a soft-stopper lid - they are imprinted with the 'adagio' name. Once applied, the jar's lid seems air-tight. The tea looks great in the jar, and provides easy access. My only complaint - there is no way to mark the jar to distinguish one tea from another. as I bought three of them and may buy more, this is the only downside that I can see.

This is a nice jar. Cap is somewhat strange maybe, resin type, not screwing, so not sure whether smells penetrate back and forth or not...
It is just the right size for smaller amounts of tea and looks great on my display shelves with the larger glass jars.
I love almost every aspect of the jar, except for the lid. I really wish the lid was transparent so you could see what was in the jar when it is left in a drawer. Although someone will probably tell me that these jars were meant to be displayed, I don't have the counter space. :(
This is quite nice. Looks quite modern and the cover closes the lid quite tight.
I love storing my beautiful Adagio loose leaf teas in these simple clear glass jars. It helps me to drink more tea, as there they are - displayed on the counter. It's also nice to take off the lids (which seal well) just to smell the wonderful teas.

I've owned this for one week. Very nice jar. The lid is stainless and light-weight, and the jar itself is glass, and also quite light-weight. I have my 'sencha premier' in here right now. it's keeping nice and fresh.
I love that I can now see my beautiful tea and it's a major bonus to know that it will not be harmed by any light. No more hiding my tea in a dark pantry!

I bought this to hold my annual purchase of the first batch of Japanese green tea by Maeda En. It has done a wonderful job of keeping my tea fresh all year (since the crop is only harvested in April) and I can see which tea is which without ugly labels and sloppy handwriting since the jar is glass (UV protected, supposedly). I plan to buy a few more.

These jars are pretty and simple. The glass isn't too thin but I would be more sure that they wouldn't break easily if the glass was just a smidge thicker. Also, the metal top shows smudges and fingerprints very easily that aren't coming off with cleaning.
I love the lid on this, it makes it so easy to stack and organize all my teas!

Great for displaying tea. I previously had tin containers and could not see any of my tea. Adding this to my collection allowed me to put my nice looking teas on display on my desk. Also allows me to identify my teas without labeling them.
I love the jars. I was so excited to get them. I have several with different teas in them and they make the counter look great with the varieties.
I've got 2 of these now, one for my main white tea, the other for my main green.
It's a well made jar, the lid is very nice, glass is good quality and the seal seems to be almost completely airtight.
The 12oz size seems to hold about 1.5oz of green pekoe, but would probably hold 8oz of the gunpowder variety due to how dense it is.

I cut out the name of my tea and the brewing instructions and tapes it to the bottom of this jar. Perhaps Adagio can incorporate something like his on their packages? Perhaps come with perfectly sized label and instructions with the pouches/boxes of tea so the customers also have the option of labeling the containers they may already have in addition to the resealable bags?

I have both the 12oz and 24oz jars, I love them so much. What a beautiful way to display all my favorite teas. The seal is great I love both sizes and find myself buying at least one every time I reorder.
