I purchased this mainly to go with the ingenuiTEA. The mug fits perfectly. I also don't think it's as flimsy as some claim. It seems durable enough for my use.
Enjoy the radiance and clarity of fine tea in this stylish and elegant glass teacup. Dishwasher and microwave safe. 14 oz. (0.4L) 3.25" Diameter.

After thinking long and hard about what to say about this glass mug I think I have the perfect summation: it's a nice glass mug!
Glass mug is a little too fragile and thin for my tastes. The handle also requires placing your fingers very close to the hot glass. I like the look of them, but unfortunately will need to find other mugs to be my 'go-to.'
In addition to fitting my needs perfectly. I dropped it yesterday and it did not break!
I love clear teapots/mugs/etc. and so I love this. It's a little thin, but is a good size and design. I will probably be buying a few more soon
I love these mugs. I have one at work (as part of the infuser set) and just bought another to use at home. They're lightweight, but not fragile.
It is what it is. First time using it and I'm not disappointed.
The cup displays tea nicely and it holds a good volume of tea. Displays the color of the tea very well. I have had one for the last 10 years and decided to add a few more to my collection. Very pleased with the cup.
Simple, lightweight, and easy to clean. Works perfectly with the ingenuiTEA teapot as well.
If you are buying the ingenuiTEA, you should automatically buy this mug. The design is sleek and modern and the glass is perfect for displaying a perfectly brewed cup of tea. I do wish the glass was thicker, though. It's a bit fragile to me.
I read a lot of reviews regarding how hot the glass got and how thin it was but I have to say that yes it is light and yes it is thin and yes it gets hot but there is plenty of space between the handle and the cup for a good grip without fear of burning your knuckles and though it is light and thin it is very sturdy. Had a similar experience as another reviewer where the delivery man dropped the box onto the ground when delivering, (even though marked fragile), and both mugs were intact when I opened the box. Highly recommended and great when using with the ingenuiTEA.
The mug is super-sturdy -- my sister heard our postman drop it on the front porch and then saw the fragile sticker, and warned me when I got home. I was dreading opening the box, but the mug was perfectly intact due to great packing and sturdy materials. The handle stays perfectly cool and the glass retains heat well without scorching my knuckles when I brush it accidentally.
Very light and it is easy to forget that it is glass. I love being able to see my yummy tea!
The glass mug goes well with the Ingenuitea maker.
Nice little mug. It holds my tea and lets me see the color of it easily
This cup is so cute! It's so pleasing to see the beautiful color of the tea (or coffee) as I'm drinking it. While it is true that the glass is unexpectedly thin and light, I haven't had any trouble with it. Very fun, and definitely worth the reasonable cost.
Very nice looking mug, but it feels very delicate almost as if the thin handle could snap off at any second. The handle stays cool, bid careful not to touch anywhere but the handle. Glass gets extremely hot, which makes it necessary to set the glass down periodically.
Cool little mug. Perfect for use with the Ingenuitea. It keeps you from over filling your mug.
This mug is a simple but sturdy drinking device. It works really well with the ingenuiTEA brewer, with the brewer fitting precisely over the mouth of the mug. The mug cleans easily and holds a decent size cup of tea.
One of the nicest mugs I own. I've seen reviews that it's too thin-walled, but I disagree: it's so lightweight and nice to drink out of. The handle stays amazingly cool even when the contents are piping hot. Bravo!
Disappointed in the quality. Very thin glass. Handle is awkward and makes the cup hard to hold without burning your fingers. Would be a bonus if there was an Adagio logo on the cup (I knew there wasn't when I purchased the cup but would have been a little happy with it now if there was). Overall, the cup serves it purpose and that is all.
Thinner sides than I was expecting, but has been durable. Clean look, and resists heat well.
Great cup and even though you're not suppose to put it in the dishwasher I've done it many times before. I bought one before and it broke when my dad dropped it onto the marble floor.
A little thinner than I expected, but it holds a lot more tea that my other mugs, which is great.
Very delicate mug, much more so than looking at the photo of it. Displays brewed tea nicely.
I have found this mug to stand up to freshly-brewed (212 degree) tea, and it really adds to my experience being able to enjoy the sight of my milk-lightened tea. The only thing that would make it better would be if it was double-walled to allow me to cradle it in my hands.
This 14 oz. glass mug is an absolutely perfect match to my 16 oz. Ingenuitea teapot. After brewing, all my tea fits into this mug making the pair perfect for one person. The glass is thin and feels as though it might be fragile so I am not taking chances by putting it in the dishwasher or even the microwave, I'll just hand wash it which is no big deal. I couldn't be happier with this mug or for that matter with the Ingenuitea teapot...money well spent in these two items. I totally recommend both to anyone that drinks tea.
I was impressed by the quality of this glass mug. I would be more comfortable with thicker glass for it, it is surprisingly sturdy. I would suggest not picking up the bit of cup that has the hot tea in it, but the handle and unfilled parts of the cup remain surprisingly cool to the touch, as from some reviews, it was my fear that it would heat up far too much and make it hard to drink from, but it's definitely an A quality cup.
I love this mug, particularly because I use my ingenuiTEA frequently, but the glass does feel thin and I'm very careful with it. I'd recommend it to anyone who doesn't abuse their teaware but if you are used to carrying around a coffee style mug for your tea, you might want something a little more robust.
I love this mug! I had no idea what type of glass it was until I got it home. It is so light weight and easy to hold but keeps all the heat in! Very nice mug and will probably get more!
I usually use a ceramic mug for my tea. This glass mug is so much better! I enjoy seeing the lovely color of the tea, and it stays hot for a long time. Very pleased with this purchase!
These mugs are a little flimsy, but do display the tea so very nicely. So far I haven't had any breakage--crossing my fingers!
I love the glass mugs we got, great quality and the look great! Probably going to be ordering more... especially for the holiday season for all my other Adagio fans!
So light weight and pretty. A great way to enjoy your tea visually.
Cleans up easily and displays the beautiful tones of whatever you put in it. A beautiful mug.
I'm using it for the first time right now and it's the perfect size. The glass seems a wee bit thin and ultimately fragile, but that could just be myself being paranoid because I tend to be heavy handed and clumsy. Anyway, be careful. The bottom is no thicker then the sides and I nearly burned myself when I cupped it in my hands. My mistake for not paying attention. $9 seems a bit steep for a single glass mug, but what can ya do?
Feels fragile, but it's held up well so far. I love the way it looks!
Pro: great size. Con: thin handle, thin glass. I'm a little afraid it's going to break, and the handle isn't the most comfortable to hold. However, you can see the tea brew through it, and it's gorgeous.
It goes great with ingenuiTEA, but isn't very thick. A bit over priced
Works perfectly with the ingenuitea pot. The fact that it's clear lets you appreciate the subtle differences in the look of each tea.
This mug is great, but you have to make sure you hold the handle tight. You will burn your fingers if they touch the glass.
It's a mug, I guess. But compared to the one that I got from Teavana, it seems like it's on the thin side. I've had the other mug for a good few years, but I'm kind of afraid of the handle on this one lasting a good few months. I guess that I'll see.
I use this mug a LOT now, it's been my standard since it came in and I really enjoy it. It's pretty thin, but not so fragile that I'm afraid I'll break it by picking it up. My teas all look rather beautiful steeping in there, and it's fun to show off to friends.
The cup looks awesome, but the handle feels off for me. My hands are rather large, so with two fingers it's rather heavy and the cup slides down. With three fingers, it's rather uncomfortable. Otherwise, I'm pleased with the cup.
I did not realize how much I'd enjoy watching my tea brew and the green tea leaves dance! It really is a nice touch to my tea time routine!
I like that its big. Coworkers have compared it to a beaker. But for the price, I would expect it to be a bit thicker. Doesn't seem like the most durable glass. Still, it goes nicely with my ingenuiTEA
I love this new mug, although the glass seems a bit thin and more fragile then I would like. However, it is perfect for a cup of tea and looks almost deceptively smaller than it really is.
love it! I love seeing my tea, and this glass has a very sleek design. I was concerned about how thin the glass was, but it's been about a month since I've bought it and it's held up well. I'm extra careful not to bump it against anything though, so that might be it.
I don't know why, but my hot tea just tastes better in a glass mug.
My favorite mug! Love to see the tea color through the clear glass.
