I love the design in general, but the screen on the basket inside grew black mold on it. Not sure if I can clean that properly or if it can be replaced.

easy to use and clean up is simple it work well the only time it will leak if you lay it flat where the mouth is close it's worth the price

I didn't think I would use this too often, but I have already had to reorder several of the flavors that I've tried. My favorites are the Spiced Apple Chai Iced Tea and the Strawberry Lemonade. I laid it on its side all weekend, and it hasn't leaked. My only concern is a small spot of mold that grew in the gasket -- I'm concerned that if I take it apart to treat it, the gasket might get loose and not be airtight anymore. It would be great if there were replacement gaskets to extend the life of the pitcher.
The pitcher is a perfect size for me. It fills my extra large thermal travel mug with iced tea on ice for my 5 hour work shift, and there’s enough left to have with dinner when I get home. Then I brew the next pitcher for the following day and repeat the process all over again!! It’s also the perfect size and shape so as to not take up too much space in the refrigerator. Love it!!

I really like this pitcher - it makes cold brewing really easy/effortless. My only complaint is that it pours really slowly and awkwardly. The tea that I have made tastes AMAZING! Before, I was brewing hot and then refrigerating overnight, but I like the taste of this a lot better.
I've been looking for something like this for a while. The way my fridge is set up means there isn't any room for a tea pitcher, so one that can be stored sideways is awesome. Works great, looks good too.

This is a good pitcher just wish it was glass not plastic. Its a little bigger than the iced tea pitcher and the lid/handle on this one is better. Can hot brew in this just make sure it fully cools before putting in the fridge ot it could result in warpping and leaks.
I am glad I got this pitcher. It fits anywhere in the refrigerator with no problem. I suggested this pitcher to my son-in-law
This pitcher is the best. All the parts separate for easy cleaning. I don’t always want to use the filter, so that’s a plus too. There are absolutely no leaks when laying on its side!
This summer, we've kept a pitcher of herbal tea in the fridge at all times. Laying the pitcher on it's side not only makes it fit better, it also makes the tea brew better. I'm finding myself to be impatient waiting for the tea to brew so I've just purchased a second one! I foresee that we'll have a pitcher of tea in the fridge from now on and reduce our juice intake (which means we'll reduce our sugar intake!).
Easy to use and hand wash. (I only use the iced tea bags, so I have no comment on the infuser.) The parts fit together well and don’t leak. I prefer glass, but I’ve broken too much glass teaware to want any in my fridge—this is a decent alternative: no discernible plastic scent or taste
Love this pitcher & can tell I will be buying a 2nd in short order! I will want to make sure I always have tea on hand. Cold brew Berry Blast for the win!!!

Love this pitcher, and that it fits in the refrigerator door. But wait, it also fits FLAT! I need one in every color. Easily disassembled to clean. Should have bought this months ago!
I've only had this for less than a week, but I'm already in love. I have only used pre-bagged iced tea mixes from Adagio, so I can't comment on the infuser yet. However, the seal is great and I love that I can lay it on its side in the fridge. As a bonus, it also fits SO WELL in my camper fridge, which means I might just buy a couple more to use for non-tea beverages.

Good size and great for 'brewing'. I just wish there were an easier way to open the spout to pour out the finished tea. I keep accidentally unscrewing the whole top instead of just the lid.

Yet another fantastic product from Adagio! This pitcher is fantastic for big iced tea brews. The steeper basket is very fine - no chance of even rooibos dust getting through. It's also very easy to remove and store the rest of your tea after you steep. I'd say you need to make a minimum of 4 cups at a time if you're using the steeper basket - this thing is huge. But that's not a problem for me!
The metal handle in the plastic lid seems like it’s going to crack when turning the lid, I also HATE the rubber gasket in the steeping lid to the point I wish I kept the box to mail this awful contraption back to the designer, used once and the gasket will no longer seal and is too large.
Love this pitcher for iced tea. It's a treat to open the fridge and find it full of purple papayaberry or Herbal Berry Sangria.
Great pitcher with a narrow profile so it fits right in the fridge door. I like the very deep infuser that it comes with which allows plenty of room for the leaves to expand as they steep. A great way to have a larger batch of iced tea on hands at all times. @adagioteas
This is a nice pitcher but the metal handle makes it difficult to open. I don't know that I can trust it to not leak so I have not stored it on its side when it is full. It's a good size and does fit nicely in the fridge.

I have a bad habit of stockpiling tea and ordering more before I use what I have. And because it's so hot where I live I usually make hot tea, put in the fridge, and drink it when it's cold. This pitcher has made my tea-making a lot easier, and is helping me work through all the extra tea I've been hanging on to.

While I prefer glass, this is a great plastic pitcher! Love that the mesh filter can be removed and it's easily cleaned. We've been using it constantly.

I love Adagio's pitchers. They're a great size for cold brewing tea, and not so large that you can't drink all the tea in a day or so. Really nice to keep one always in the refrigerator, ready to go.
Even though my pitcher leaks when placed on its side, I still love it and ordered a second one today. I tossed out my older Mr. Coffee iced tea maker and am committed to this pitcher now because of the air tightness and it being dishwasher safe. If it didn’t leak I’d have given it five stars.

I was disappointed to find that the pitcher was plastic, I had assumed it would be glass and usable on the stove top. I will try it, but I don't like the taste the plastic leaves.
Can't even use it because the lid refuses to close properly, no matter what I do.
This pitcher fits in the door of my refrigerator perfectly, due to it's shape. I love almost everything about it, except the lid sometimes is very difficult to put on. If you get it at slightly the wrong angle, it is very hard to unscrew it to try again.
These are really nice ! I havn't tried to lay them down yet, but the fact they're so long and skinny makes them fit in my fridge door just fine !
Fits in the fridge door, mesh is small enough so no particles get in the tea. Very easy to clean the infuser
