I bought the white one last year to use for cold-brewing tea and now need a second one for cold-brewing coffee. So convenient to use and it helps that we can store this on its side without leaking!
It works amazingly! The way you can put it on its side in the refrigerator has solved so many issues with space in my fridge!
Unreal, worst product ever, melted like the wicked witch of Oz, not sure if it’s my fault or just a bad product. My whole iced tea experience was just messed up. I need a refund

I wish this were glass, but other than that, it's a really good design. I like that it fits in the door of the fridge.
I have gotten to use this 3 times since buying it. I will say I love the design and the fact it has the ability to lay on its side. When buying food related or products that could involve my kids I love things that can come completely apart to be cleaned thoroughly and this definitely ticks that box. That is also where the only complaint I have that cost it a star comes in. Like I said used 3 times and the first time it after being taken completely apart and reassembled it would leak if I turned it due to seal placement. I realize this is on me, but at the same time it is definitely worth noting that you must place that seal exactly the same way every time with what seems like 0 room for user error. I always triple check this now, but it would easily be a 5 star pitcher if it was a little easier to fit it perfectly as I would not recommend it to someone who I know would find this less of an annoyance and more a deal breaker. If you don't plan on laying it down this may never come up for you though. Still a very good pitcher for me.
I bought this as a Mother's day present. It seems well made although the walls seem a little thin. It does not seem like it would keep tea for cold as long as the glass iced tea pitcher we have, but it is larger and seems like it would leak less.
We love this pitcher so much we bought this one as a 2nd one. We use it mostly for drink mixes since my hubby loves crystal light but I make summer teas using these too. They look great and are easy for the kids to use. We do have issues with the seal so it does often leak and isn't fully sealed as advertised which is why it's only 4 stars. I would like it to seal and be able to shake it to mix up the drink mixes. Either way it is a lovely picture that is nice and durable.
This pitcher works great! It is very easy to clean. The part that hold the tea kept all the leaves inside as you pour. It is a little slow when it pours but is very accurate. It didn’t leak at all when tipped sideways.

This pitcher works great for the iced tea. Have only used the pouches so far but am excited to try loose leaf tea in there as well!
This pitcher fits nicely in my door so it frees up shelf space nicely. Plus at 4+ quarts it allows for a nice amount of caffeinated iced tea therefore keeping my smaller pitcher available for nighttime decaf.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS HAS SILICONE/RUBBER ON THE HANDLE AND LID! Unfortunately, I am allergic to both latex and silicone, and I did not know that this had a rubber stopper in the lid, or on the handle. I did read the description carefully, even triple-checked, and saw no mention of the rubber/silicone so that is why I removed 1 star as I've had to do some creative editing, shall we say, so that I can use this safely. But once I was able to use it safely, it has been great for cold-brewing my tea! I use a large mug, and this makes approximately 2 large mugs of tea for me (technically 2.5 mugs). I would highly recommend this airtight pitcher if you're not allergic to it!
This pitcher is great. I've got some cold brew tea in my refrigerator now nicely steeping. Can't wait to have my first glass of nice cold tea.
Easy to use, tight seal. Used for both the ice tea packets and loose leaf. Loose lease was messier but easy to clean out with the bottom of the filter twisting off.
Gave as a gift. recipient was very happy with it.
I ordered this as I prefer ice tea over soda. I ended up with two as my daughter got me one for Christmas. They are a tight seal. I have not tried laying it down but believe it would not leak. I also prefer cold brewing my ice tea so this works great for that.

I was not sure what to expect, but wow, this is great! First of all, you can disassemble it easily for cleaning. Even the bottom of the tea receptacle unscrews. They really thought about how people would actually USE it. Five stars for that alone. As for the rest, the promised functionality is great. I haven't had any leaks or issues so far. I use this pitcher at least every other day!

Easy to clean due to having many parts. Tends to clog during a pour, due to poor air circulation. The central tube is an ultra-fine mesh so you can use loose leaf.
I do love this ice tea pitcher, BUT please put a YouTube video on your website that shows how to disassemble the pitcher and how to pour from it. This could prevent one from damaging the beautiful pitcher.
It took me a few seconds to figure out how it assembles and disassembles to use and clean, but it's been a good purchase with how hot it's been this summer. I have a carafe in the fridge constantly. My only complaint is I wish it was bigger!

I use this pitcher regularly in the summer time to make the purple papayaberry iced tea. This pitcher works great for seeping a cold brew, letting it sit over night for maximum flavor. Remove tea bag after 24 hrs.
I was hesitant to purchase this pitcher originally because I have not had success with leak free pitchers. This one completely changes my mind. It is truly leak proof, even when I store it on its side. the insert is a great bonus. I would highly recomment.

This pitcher is great for my herbal teas -- I love fruit-flavored teas in the evening so that they don't keep me awake. I set up the pitcher in the morning, and by 7pm, I have a great beverage. I can even add more water if I leave the herbal leaves in the strainer. And none of them gets in the spout and then in my glass.

Nice pitcher, truly is airtight. No spills with I gave it a gentle shake to make sure the flavors were well distributed.
Has a much tighter seal than I was expecting but thats great! Super easy to use and clean. Its nice to have a container full of tea that easily fits in the fridge for when you get the urge for a drink!

Started out great. Not only can I not lay it on the side, it leaks when I pour the tea. It is not useable like this.
Pretty nice, not nice enough for the price though. If it was a gallon size, the price would be ok, but I found another pitcher by Takeya that's just like this one and its half the price. This is good quality though, just too expensive and if something breaks, you can't order replacement parts.
Love the color on this one! We use a black one for caffeinated iced teas and this one for herbal iced teas.

The idea is great and worked really well until I left for vacation and left it in the fridge. Came home to mold that I can’t clean out as the center column does not come out.
