“ Steep them with your tea, you can also steep them in milk and add to coffee or baking recipes. Steep on their own with sugar to make simple syrups for cocktails or teas. You could also add them to bath salts or other home made gifts. ”

“ I believe there are meant to be added to your teas for that extra boost of flavor and considering they are found in many tea blends already it may make it easier for you to make blends at home (I haven't bought this so this is just my guess) ”
