The Ceylon Sonata has been adjusted in this new edition of Sheriff's Tea to lighten the taste a bit. Rooibos has been increased and this also helps lighten the flavor. Both blends of Sheriff's Tea are great - if you find the original too bold, use 1 scoop only per pot of tea.
