Traditional rose hip soup (Nyponsoppa) from Sweden always interested me, and I know there are popular rose hip teas already, but I wanted to give this a try! So I started with a base black Irish breakfast tea to help with the earthy and citrus flavor, lightening it up with vanilla (like the milk, cream or vanilla ice-cream they pair with Nyponsoppa) and a bit of almond, as almond biscuits are usually served with it as well. Then the rose hips accent itself!
