I wanted to create a kind of Lapsang Souchong chai, to combine my partner's two favourite types of tea. I like cinnamon based chai, so I added a cinnamon Ceylon black tea. I added a bit of cream Ceylon to round out the smoky flavour of the Lapsang, and a touch of cloves to help create the chai flavour.
