3/4th cup of light vanilla soy milk, 1/4th cup water, 1 teaspoon of a mixture of tea that is a quarter and a half rose bud, a quarter chocolate, and a quarter and a half peach. Dash of vanilla, and a squirt of rose syrup obtainable at lollicup wholesale. Heat water and milk to a steam, add tea, sit for 3.5 minutes. While that's heating have a hot cup ready to serve. Hot cup is to keep the heat difference from quagulating concoction. I had to make do with not having rose syrup and just using regular sugar, which is just as good.
